A small room, but adequate for a short stay in Naha. There was an odd smell when entering the room, but it was easy to ignore. Bathroom + shower were OK. I found the desk a bit cluttered - I think the microwave oven was unnecessary (a safe would have been more useful).
There are some convenience stores in the area, and it is quite easy to get to from Miebashi monorail station, about 8-10 mins' walk. If arriving at night, be aware that some of the route between the station and hotel is not well-lit, but overall I felt quite safe after dark.

Calm, peaceful city.good for strolling about and enjoying the great modern architecture and flowers. As our first visit to Japan it was a pleasant intro. The staff at the hotel spoke English and were very helpful and friendly.

This is my second time at this property and it won't be my last (The first time with my family and second time with my friends).
It does seem a little dated but the cleanliness, staff, location and price all make up for it. I will continue to stay here everytime I go to Naha. 15 minute walk to Kokosai Street or there are cabs everywhere.

The hotel was adequate and very reasonably priced so I was not expecting luxury - just cleanliness and location were important. My one complaint was - the condition of the carpets on the different floor levels was appauling. Dirty and worn out. This was not the case with the remainder of the hotel which seemed clean - but the carpets were torn and worn and gave a very bad impression.

このホテルグループは居抜き物件をそのまま使用し、管理コストを最大限削減することにより、低料金と収益を確保する経営方針だと思う。料金との見合いが適切であれば良いかもしれない。しかし、このホテルについては、設備器具から勘案しておそらく３０年前後経過していると思われるものの、壁紙剥離、金具の錆、照明不点灯等、汚破損の修復はほぼされていなかった。さらに、室内及び廊下の窓が完全なはめ殺しで、壁・天井・その他の吸気経路がなく、外気換気がされていなかった。そのためか室内と廊下に多くの空気清浄機があるものの、室内のものはフィルター交換サインが点灯し、取り出してみると大量の塵埃が付着していた。この状態では衛生管理に疑問があり、料金が安くても今後の利用はためらわれる。

コスパは抜群です。部屋の臭いは古いので、しょうがないかと思いました。チェックイン前にエアコンも入ってたり、空気清浄機を付けたら、臭いは緩和され敏感な方以外ならコスパ考えると妥協出来ます。口コミにもありましたが、洗面所の水道は飲料水でも使えると書いてましたが、自分の部屋の水道はサビっぽい物と色もサビ色?濁ってたので飲む気にはなりませんでした。でもコスパ重視の方ならおすすめです。とまりん辺りにはコンビニもほっともっと🍱もあり、おすすめはやはりとまりん内のマーミヤかまぼこ店です。真空パックの物もあるのでローカルお土産に良いですよ

深夜火災報知器のけたたましい音声、、、からの、壁からの滝のように流れる大量の水の流れる様とその音を体感、、、そして床一面に広がるくるぶし程迄溜まった水、そこに浮かんでいる開いたスーツケースとマイシューズ・・・。更にTVカウンターの上も滝から押し寄せる水に浸食され、あわや着水寸前の我がiPhoneが、、、！危機一髪で充電器も含め救出成功したが、明日のために準備してあったハンカチだけは、悲しくも水浸。。。
従業員らしきお兄さんが右往左往、七転八倒しながら何からどう手をつけて良いのか分からない中で最大限の努力をしてくれていたのが、せめてもの救いだったような・・・。
聞けば、建物の老朽化(？)から温水の吸水管が破裂し、そこから大量の水が溢れたらしい。。。
その後は、急遽部屋を同階の別の部屋に移動するよう案内され、そこで一晩過ごしたけれど、部屋の行き来でその惨状を目の当たりにすると、なんとなく悪寒が走るので、別の階の部屋をお願いすると、気持ちよく対応していただき、連泊最終日はこんな環境下でしたがなんとか睡眠出来ました。

那覇泊港に便利
泊港に近く、市街地中心も徒歩圏で便利です。客室やその浴室、廊下など、他の同系列ホテルに比べて設備は若干古びており、残念ながらあまり清潔感を感じませんでした。しかしフロントの対応は親切で気持ちよく、また、コインランドリーが備わっているのは連泊するのに助かります。

今回は那覇港から離島に渡るのがメインな旅だったので、港に近いこちらのホテルを利用させて頂きました。
フロントの方の対応も良かったですし、お散歩感覚でちょっと歩けば国際通りの方まで行けるので、とても便利でした。

船は利用しなかったけど、立地・価格が手頃なので決めました。やはり船の利用する方が多いからか、レンタカーを借りていたので専用駐車場や割引のある駐車場があって欲しかったです。たまたま近くにコインパーキングがあったので良かったですが…。

전체적으로 가성비 좋아요. 국제거리, 모노레일 미에바시역 도보 13분, 침실 깨끗하고 기타 어메니티 로비에 비치하여 자유롭게 쓸 수 있어요. 욕조상태는 오래되서 사용 안했고, 샤워기로 발만 씻었네요. 이불은 뽀송뽀송하고 시트가 씌워져서 굳잠했네요. 일본어가 가능해서 여러가지 문의했는데 직원이 모두 친절했어요. 감사합니다. 수족관가는 버스 정류장 도보10분으로 아주 가까워요. 항구가 보이는 오션뷰인데 창문은 못열게 해놨어요. 안전상 그렇다는군요. 생수는 비치되어 있지 않고 고급 원두커피분말 준비되어 있어요. 생수는 일층 자판기나 도보 5분거리 편의점 이용하면 됩니다. 조식거리,간식거리 여기서 구입하세요. 인도카레 전문점 가까워요. 카레점이 오래됬지만 친절하고 맛있고 가격도 평균 1200엔정도.
호텔에서 공항까지 택시로 15분. 1800엔 정도 나옵니다. 전체적으로 만족스럽네요.

호텔 침대도 크고 깔끔하니 괜찮습니다. 한가지 단점이 있다면 국제거리에서 거리가 조금 있습니다. 국제거리에서 가는 길이 좁은 골목길도 아닌데 일본이 원래 그런건지 가로등 하나 제대로 켜진게 없어서 밤늦게 돌아갈 때는 조금 무서웠네요. 여자혼자라면 비추합니다. 하지만 호텔직원이 무척 친절했고 방도 좋았어서 위치가 조금 아쉬울 뿐이네요.

客室が写真とあまりにも違うのでお勧めしません。那覇には同じようなホテルはたくさんありますし、泊港から歩いて行けるホテルも数多くあるので、ここはやめた方がよいです。ただし、従業員の方々は非常に感じの良い方々ばかりでした。
