When i first got there the receptionist was sleeping and the scent there wasn't that great. When i got to my room the beds were nice but the heater had bugs on it. The view was only just the back of a building and the bathroom door didn't shut all the way. The shower handle was little gross but that amount of hot water i got was actually amazing. The shower curtin had some weird substances on it. I brought my swim suit because they told me that there was going to be pool but instead it was half empty, green, and was under construction. When i turned the air conditioner down it only made it hotter and was terrible to sleep. When i was going to leave the receptionists was on his phone and i had get his attention for a while. Now if you were looking for a place to stay i would only get this place if you had no other place to go to.

Didn’t get the room we booked leaving us to go buy a pack n play at 9 pm, burn holes and stains on every linen. Not a single trash bin in the entire room or bathroom, the remote was crusted with lord knows what. The pool has been closed down for over a year after reading reviews but there was no mention of that.

The staff is rude. Be prepared to pay a $50 deposit, refundable once an inspection of your room has been done. So if you are planning on leaving early you’ll have to wait for the inspection. The room I stayed had mold in the bathroom and a current water leak above the shower head. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean. The tv sucked. Very limited channels. The shower faucet was about ready to fall off. The inside door lock was broken. Did come with a mini fridge and small microwave. Heat worked well. The free coffee was thick and terrible. Customer service was lacking after i told him i had a dog with me. Very concerned about the dog getting on the bed. $50 deposit I doubt I will ever see again.
It's Motel 6 but they don't leave the light on gor ya anymore.

The room and facilities are great! Friendly staff etc. the problem is with some of the guests. There is no charge for pets! PEOPLE! Be a decent person and pick up after them! Disgusting pet owners! They provide bags and a spot. Some A -holes let their dogs do their business right outside the door.

Roof was disgusting, needs to be cleaned and painted for sure. The bathroom vanity is just a bunch of 2 x 4 lumber slapped together. Outside doors wouldn't shut so anyone could just walk in. Towels and bedding didn't look clean. Pillows were terible so small and thin. Guy behind the counter was not freindly or accommodating, asked for a quiter room and got told you get what you get.

After a long and exhausting day of travel, my partner and I (along with our furry companion) rolled into town completely drained—mentally, physically, and emotionally. Our room was amazing. Especially for the price. I can tell the owners take pride in their establishment. A lot of new updates. Carpeting, mattress were new. The place was very clean. The fidge was cold and the TV worked great. The areas outside our room were also updated and clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We were very pleased!

I’ll give them some leeway due to being in the middle of construction but dang it was not good. Thankfully the cheap price made up for it. Not sure if they had breakfast because we were up there for a volleyball tournament and arrived late and left early the next morning but I’m not sure I would’ve eaten it if they did.

I placed my reservation online through Expedia, which was very easy and convenient. I was to have a room with one King-sized bed. I got a room with two queen-sized beds, which felt a bit cramped and had no comfortable chair except the one at the desk. My electronic devices could locate the WiFi signal, but the password did not work. The person at the desk treated me like I was an idiot when I tried to get that resolved. At least the WiFi was free. It didn't matter to me, but the place advertises a pool, but it is not in service. At least that was free, too. The person at check out was friendly.

Not cheap enough for what you get

The owner was very rude and accused me of wanting to smoke in the room. He repeatedly said I would smoke in the room. There is a $50 hold for incidentals they did not state on the website. The room had no lamps the bathroom only had a shower will cracked tile needing replaced. And the tv didn’t work correctly.

It would have been amazing had we known there was renovation going on, they worked well into the night it was disturbing. There were holes in the bathroom wall, the toilet got clogged after the 3rd use. In reality you get what you pay for. Overall the service was excellent.

You get what you pay for

Hotels.com lists the hotel as pet friendly, but then there's an additional $20 per pet per night fee when you check in that they did not mention. The room obviously used to be a smoking room, it smelled pretty heavily of old cigarettes. The tables all had burn marks. The bathroom door didnt have a latch, it looked like someone had kicked the door in at some point and broken it. There are cigarette burns on the toilet seat. We reserved a king room and got 2 queens, not a big deal. There was hair in the beds and shower. Lots of lottle things like the tissue holder missing and the sink plug missing and the smoke alarm missing. It was quiet, which was nice. The hotel is obviously being remodeled, so hopefully it's on it's way to being much nicer.

Didn’t like anything! Room wasn’t finished remodeling. Light blinking outside off window. Refridgerstor noise. Bathroom shower was dirty. Blanket on bed was ripped. Door to bathroom wouldn’t close. Remodeling wasn’t finished in room. Smelled bad like they tried to hide the smell of cigarettes. No breakfast like was advertised. Room was too expensive. Said it was pet friendly and charged $20 for each dog. Must not have installation in the walls because you could hear the people next door. Only good thing was the manager was friendly.

Not recommended for anyone except low budget travelers. This is an old motel in a dismal part of North Sioux City. Holes in the carpet, wallpaper peeling, various things broken and unfixed. Every room smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Staff is friendly and competent and it's not unsafe so OK for those on tight budgets.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The stale smoke smell is horrible, the air conditioner works, but makes a horrible noise. There are stains on the bedsheets. We booked thru Expedia, which had a 6.6 rating, I should have looked closer.

No Service Personnel?

No attendant on duty when I attempted to check out at 7 AM. No one responded to the \"door bell\" switch on the counter.

I wanted/needed a receipt.

When I checked in, I specifically ask if the desk would be manned in the morning, and was assured someone would be there.

Only lights in the room were 2 huge ceiling lights that gave off more heat than the noisy heater. Recliner was so filthy I decided not to sit in it. The overall motel needs a visit from the health and safety inspector.
