Hotel is dated, but very clean. Staff is excellent. It is located on the edge of town so a bit to walk to the center. There is not much close by.

Decent room if you get the higher floor refurbished ones. Rest of hotel is little dated. Great pool area, limited options around unless you walk into town. Disappointing breakfast.

We loved this hotel. Staff are wonderful, really genuine and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is large, but we had the place almost to ourselves. Food amazing, breakfast outstanding. We ate in the bar area for one night, i have to say the pork and shrimp kebab was fabulous.
Pool area outside is stunning great place to catch the sun, relax and have a dip.
Good parking too. Its a 10 minute walk up the road to the Castle area, which is lovely. All in all a lovely hotel

Was a short stay for one kight only, it serves the purpose. We arrived late but still found a parking space in the hotel carpark (free).
Breakfast was great as expected.
You have a big supermarket 2min drive. In case you need to grab something.

The check in was quick. The staff was helpful. The rim was clean. It has easy parking and we are fairly close to the center of the city. The price for what we receive is great.

Excelente hotel, só o acesso a piscina para com cadeira de rodas é um pouco complicado pois tem que passar por dentro do bar e do restaurante e tem a porta trancada!

L'hôtel ne correspond pas vraiment aux 4 étoiles affichées. Le personnel est très accueillant et compétent. C'est principalement les chambres qui auraient besoin d'un bon renouvellement.

nous avions demandé 2 chambres côte à côte. Quand nous sommes arrivés à 17h30, on nous a dit que cela n'était pas possible hors 10 minutes après des personnes s'installaient dans la chambre à côté de la notre ....
Hôtel familiale. Desfamilles portugaises y viennent en vacances. Bruyant. Nos filles ont été réveillées à 23h30 et nous avons dû intervenir dans le couloir.

Hôtel super dès le hall d'entrée, belle salle à manger, petit déjeuner copieux, tout réuni pour un très agréable séjour dans un hôtel 4 étoiles offrant de belles prestations ! Sauf que notre chambre possédait trois défauts : dessus de lit taché, barre de douche en pente, plafond de salle de bains ouvert...On s'attend à un \"sans faute\" dans un tel lieu !Ce qui nous a aussi surpris ce sont les animations bruyantes autour de la piscine : gym aquatique et yoga avec micro... pas moyen vraiment de se reposer, ce n'est pas l'hôtel idéal !
