The hotel was clean and our stay was comfortable. The staff was great. The only thing that was different was the layout of the bed on a platform to accommodate more people if necessary, however the switch controlling the lights was a bit awkward.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were fantastic, always had a man available to drive us to our room in his golf car. Nice pool and breakfast available. Room nice and clean with area to sit outside.

Villas need update for accomodations; are located conveniently- not on the immediate property. Requires golf cart for transportation. Service very prompt and friendly. Pool could use a few more longe chais; limited number available. Hotel room acclamations comfortable Ok - but not deluxe.

Nice location and beautiful property itself. Kids really enjoyed pool and water park on the property. However we couldn’t get any sleep as beds in the rooms are so tiny with springs poking out. We had 2 beds for 2 adults and 1 child and all we got 2 pillows and 2 blankets, beds are so narrow that it’s Impossible for fit a second person in it even if it’s a child. And they Charge for extra blankets!! Not sure how they expect 3 people to sleep in that room but we have suffered the whole stay. Giving 3 stars because of great pool my kid enjoyed and a friendly staff by the pool. At the check in go to a guy with the glass as he is the only one who knows what he is doing, other front office staff is absolutely clueless.

Its advertised as a 4 start hotel, but its clearly not. We couldnt even get a toothpaste from the hotel as they dont provide it.

The pool is very average, but its good for kids.

We enjoyed our poolside room in this historic hotel. Yes, in some ways it could use a bit of updating, but those reviewers who focus on that miss the “Heritage” part of this hotel, which really does capture old Bangsaen. We are delighted that it’s still in operation, and in a stylish “Thai” way.

Nice spacious property, we were traveling with a dog so we had to stay in the villa zone. The villa zone was far from the main property and was quiet. Nice place to relax and let your dog wonder around. The only down side are mosquitoes, they were large and were flying everywhere.

The room we got was not clean, and kept not well maintained, everything was so old and stunk, the key card holder even broke and hung down the wall. No iron or microwave in the room. The front desk person gave us only one key card, and we asked if we could have another one to keep the AC on while we go out and eat, she said no, one key card per room she said, we had to talked to her for couple minutes till she gave us another card that used only for power not for open the room, but that was only reason we needed it anyway. We also had a gecko in the room, it was running on the floor when we walked in. Overall is very disappointed, we checked out first thing in the morning and canceled the rest 2 days of our reservation.

It's very easy recognize the hotel was built in the 80' - It's about time for renovation.
We stayed at Vila A type and its took 5 hours to the A/C get the room cold.

Beside the hotel is spreading on huge area and the moving is by golf cart.

good thing is the breakfast!

Not as nice as the pictures.

I booked a new B Villa, nonsmoking. I received a very old sparsely furnished smoking villa. We walked to the nearby 7/11 and bought air freshener that helped a little. TV in the bedroom was unwatchable due to the poor cable connection. Never wish to stay there again. On the positive side was the spectacular breakfast buffet. Really wonderful food, well prepared with a great variety to choose from.

Perushuone oli pölyinen ja tunkkainen, parveke suorastaan likainen. Huonekalut, kaapistot, tasot yms viime vuosituhannelta. Ovessa muinainen lukko, jonka saisi auki vetämällä voimakkaasti.
Lisätyynystä olisi pitänyt maksaa 50b.
Uima-allas aikuiseen makuun huono, lapsille liukumäkineen kyllä erinomainen.
Kohteena Bang Saen on länkkärimakuun tylsä, ranta ihan ok. Ihan hotellin lähellä ei ole oikein mitään.

Großzügige Anlage, der Jahreszeit entsprechend Grünanlagen sehr trocken. Direkt gegenüber dem Strand mit Promenade. Gutes Cafe und Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Anlage. Keine Taxis und nur wenige öffentliche Minibusse verfügbar. Mobilität sollte man selbst organisieren.

Le restaurant de l’hôtel fermé il est proposer de prendre les repas sur la plage… très moyens…la chambre avec une grande terrasse sans siège ni table … chambre et salle de bains étroit, odeur d’égout persistante malgré le remplissage des siphons… la piscine est très sympa avec 6 bains de soleil seulement! Pas de taxi dans le secteur… pas simple de circuler… je ne recommande pas cet établissement …

พักที่ Villa A เงียบสงบและเป็นส่วนตัวดี มีมินิบาร์ให้ฟรีด้วย แต่อยากให้ดูแลไม่ให้ในห้องพักมีจิ้งจก กลางคืนได้ยินเสียงตุ๊กแกด้วย แต่ไม่เห็นตัว ไม่แน่ใจว่าอยู่ที่บ้านพักหลังไหน

ส่วนของใช้ภายในห้องพักอยากให้เพิ่มทิชชู่เช็ดหน้า ผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเล็ก และ Slipper ที่ใส่ในห้องพักด้วยจะดีมาก

ข้อดีที่พักกว้างขวาง มีส่วนของห้องนอน ห้องรับแขก และโซนครัวภายในสะดวกสบาย ราคาเหมาะสม แต่ข้อเสียพื้นมีฝุ่นพอควร และยุงเยอะมาก กลางคืนไล่ตบยุงที่มาจากโซนห้องรับแขกแล้วมาเข้าห้องนอน แทบไม่ได้นอน เพราะตบยุงทั้งคืน ขนาดพกไม้ตียุงไปด้วย ตียุงตบยุงไปเกือบ50ตัวได้
