Room was not ready even at 4.30 pm. They gave me the wrong room number. TV remote control did not work. There was no shampoo. Garage was too small. Other than that, it was nice.

Beautiful spot. Clean basic condo. Beware a few things: the staff won’t help and they always lead with ‘no’. No, you can’t check in early. No, there’s no water in the lobby while you wait 6 hours to check in, etc. you can’t adjust the temp in the condos less than 72, so we were sweaty and over heated. Fall to turn in a key card? $2 charge. Need to get a clean towel? Pay a fee or pay to do your own laundry. The whole place just feels like you’re breaking a rule when you didn’t know the rule in a retirement community. So if you go, read the fine print when you check in, and try not to talk to the staff, and be prepared to sleep uncomfortably warm. And bus your own trash. Honestly if you have that mindset it’s fine. We just had no idea from the listing.

Very strict and inflexible with check in and out. They made everyone wait around until after 4pm and then to get a room at 4:30, we had to take cheaper room yet no change in price.

At checkout, they threaten you with fines for every half hour you check out after 11am.
Many options in PS, we won’t be back.

It wasn’t a hotel. I needed a quick place to stay before an early flight and it was a condo property that was very difficult to get to our unit. It was very dark with terrible walking directions. Then it was a unit on second floor and we had heavy luggage. The AC was locked so we were quite hot. The ad made it look like a hotel or motel and this was a condo community. We were not happy as it wasn’t at all what we needed or wanted.

Our stay at The Oasis in Palm Springs was absolutely wonderful. The property was beautiful, relaxing, and had such a great atmosphere for a getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We truly felt taken care of during our visit. Our only regret is that we only stayed one day—we definitely wish we could have stayed longer! We would love to come back and enjoy more time there in the future.

These condos are so spacious and are stocked with everything needed. Very clean overall but floors need to be mopped better but all other spaces (kitchen, baths) were super clean. Absolutely beautiful grounds and it is gated so wonderful for walking the property day or night. Quiet area with 8 pools to choose from. We will definitely return for a 4th stay!!

We arrived at night and it was hard to find the condo and parking. Signage unclear. No shampoo, lotion, or any basic amenities. When I booked for 1 night, I thought this was a hotel but it is a condo facility renting units. FYI.

I liked the full kitchen and they have some items for purchase in the office. It’s clean and comfortable. I would stay here again when we are visiting the area. I didn’t get a chance to use the pools, bikes, barbecue, tennis courts. Really nice facilities overall.

Overall the condition of the room (68A) was better than expected. Clean, well maintained (with a few notable exceptions), comfortable and well appointed with appliances. The bathroom and shower were very clean and tidy. Noteworthy disappointments in the unit included the significantly water stained lower cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. Undersink cabinet hinges are loose and door bumpers are in need of replacement. Worst of all was the condition of the lightweight bathroom door. From the exterior it appears normal but once inside it’s obvious the door had been kicked or bashed from the outside and a large crack remained in the door under the handle, warping the door and making closing it difficult. The “repair\" was inadequate. Management should have replaced the door. The walls of the unit are thin. We could hear one nextdoor neighbor on the phone in argument. A regular sofa couch would have been more comfortable to sit on than the sleeper sofa present in the room.

Outdoors, the Oasis compound appeared clean and well maintained. Had we more time, we would love to have enjoyed time in the nearby swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Despite the few squawks already discussed above, we have already talked about coming back to Oasis Resort for another stay.

We had a great stay at The Oasis. Our condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the murphy bed option. The pool and hot tub were heated perfectly. It was nice to have 2 bikes to use and service was quick when we noted one bike didn't have functional brakes. The Oasis lost a star because of their coffee service (powdered creamer) and their groceries were over ridiculously and offensively expensive (i.e. $4 for a 8 oz of milk).

They do not provide inroom puspplies such as shampoo and lotion either. But it is my worst expperience with the front desk personnels and their unfriendly attitude toward the customers. The place was great. Quiet community, lots of pools, gym was clean and never busy.
My only setback was that none of our room keys worked well on our front door. It was a struggle trying to get back in every time. The room key worked fine everywhere else so it was that specific unit’s lock. Everything else was awesome. I’d stay here again.

It exceeded my expectations. The room was big, clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The balcony was large and nice. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms and there was an extra half bath off from the kitchen. Pools were nice. I would definitely stay there again.

My favorite Place to come! I wished check in time wasnt so late so I can enjoy the day time around noon with my family instead after 4pm and inconvenience of pool used to be open till midnight in the past at main pool now they all close at 10pm and get locked and main pool is under construction right now. But rather than that everything is okay.

The outside may be a little dated but the inside is quite convenient,nice and includes all amenities you would expect at home. We like that each bedroom has their own bath and shower. We did use the Murphy bed for a 3rd guest that has access to a half bath. The phone systems doesn't work though so have to call via cellphone for front desk. Enclosed garage with 2 bikes for guest to use, balcony is a bonus.

Very nice resort with large condos that are well furnished and have a fully stocked kitchen including dishwasher, gas stove/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, plates, cups, pots and pans. There are multiple pools, tennis courts and a gym on the resort grounds. Each condo comes with outdoor BBQ grill and two bikes.

We really enjoyed this resort. The room was a full apartment and the kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook while you are there. Just a warning that there are no toiletries provided in the room other than simple hand soap. But overall, we loved our room. It was very spacious and the resort grounds were very nice and well kept. It was easy to get to the pool nearest to the room and you can also use their bikes or reserve tennis or bocce ball. This resort is not in the city center of Palm Springs if you want to be in the party zone. Personally, I like that this was a little bit out of town, so it was nice and quiet. It’s about a 10 minute drive or less into downtown PS.

This is a resort property with lots of amenities such as bikes to ride to the 8 pools and jacuzzi's or pickleball and tennis courts. They have a gym and a huge lobby with lots of activities for guests. We had a garage and a huge condo that was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was a pleasure to stay here, I only wished our stay was longer. The kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook your meals. The beds were very comfortable and we had 2 TV's and a balconey with a BBQ.

Fabulous condo/resort in Palm Springs!

Property grounds are absolutely beautiful! 2 BR condo is so spacious and fully equipped. One recommendation is to bring a small tv for the 2nd guest bedroom...a simple/inexpensive thing for VI Resorts to add, but strangely after 2 years, there still isn't one. Pools are wonderful and heated! Plenty of parking includes a garage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Grounds were clean and nicely maintained. We enjoyed the tennis courts and pools. The workout room was very small and basic with almost no free weights (5’s and 10’s only).
Our unit was spacious. Do not expect any toiletries. Our main issue was the that the AC could only go to 72. Our room was very hot and stuffy and night which made it hard to sleep. Noise from upstairs neighbors walking around was also a problem for sleep.

I was on the bottom floor, the people above me were SO loud and when they would move the chairs, it sounded like a heard of elephants were crossing the floor, I could hear everything they said. They offer no TV unless you rent a Fire Stick. You have to take out your own trash, the bed was painfully uncomfortable. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. I would rather stay at a Motel 6.

We loved the amenities; pickle ball, bocce ball, tennis and that they provided the equipment.

The pools, hot tubs were clean and well maintained.

There were 2 power outages while we were there. It appears that these were scheduled maintenance outages by the power company. Would have appreciated some notice by the Oasis staff so we could plan accordingly as one of the outages was on our check out day which was a bit challenging.

It truly was an OASIS!

The place was great. Very close to a couple of the eight pools. The only negative was on our second night there were little water ants coming in by the kitchen and living room window. Called the front desk and maintenance man showed up within 20 minutes and killed them with spray and also sprayed outside. It’s tough to control these little buggers but some outdoor traps would be helpful

This is not what we in the UK would call a resort. The rooms are ex-miners rooms so very basic and small with very limited facilities. OK for 1 night but not recommended for long stays. For remoteness dining was reasonable. It is a very isolated spot but great for sky watching
