Great access to night markets

I stayed here to relax after a couple of weeks travelling and staying in hostels and it was perfect. It was close to the night markets and it was lovely to see Thailand in a less tourist aspect. The bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend.

It was ok for a stopover of 1night but i wouldnt have stayed longer. Seemed disorganised, cafe staff took 20mins to make 1 coffee and another 5minutes to bring my wife one when i ordered 2. We prdered 2 yougurt fruit bowls and they gave me mine then after i fifnished mine my wofes arrived. There was no one else in the cafe at thos point

Hotel was fine. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Pillow was really hard. WiFi was iffy. Food was nice but when we tried to eat there in the evening they informed us last orders were taken at 6.45 yet they gave us a discount token to be used by 7. It would have been nice to have been informed at check in. Not a lot around the hotel but opposite was a basic eatery and food was good. We had our room checked at check out which was a first. A one night only hotel for us

Almost Perfect.

Almost perfect! Absolutely loved my stay here! Just a few minute walk to downtown Krabi along with the two night markets. The Krabi Seabass hotel is not only a beautiful clean property, but is very comfortable as well.

We booked a room with direct pool access. We loved it and used it each day we stayed.
We were disappointed that there was no room safe available to safely store our passports and money. This is a pretty standard hotel amenity. We were not allowed to have 2 room keys. The room was a 2 story room. There was only one bin available on the top floor. It was a bit inconvenient to run up and down stairs to put something in the garbage.
We witnessed unhappy guests with staff frequently enough to wonder. Finally, we arranged to have some laundry done. We were charged $46 CDN or nearly 1200 baht. All other occasions doing laundry in Thailand we paid 200-300 baht. Needless to say we declined the service. We also booked a scooter and our return taxi to the airport using other companies. We did not trust the hotel would quote a fair price.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of krabi town centre and night market. Food at the cafe was very good and delicious frappes. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The duoplex is a nicely.different experience with pool acess.
Really enjiyed the 2 night stay

It's a reasonable hotel

The hotels good points are that the staff are friendly and approachable, the swimming pool is nice and the buffet breakfast is good.

The negatives are that there is no safe in the room so i had to take my valuables everywhere with me. There was a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom.

It's a reasonable hotel and it only 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

It’s a simple and nice hotel for a stay. I would recommend this hotel as a it has a good location with a night market across the street and even a 7-11. Most restaurants are within walking distance. Yet at night it still is quiet to get a good nights rest

Great stay- walking distance to the night market which was amazing and is expensive to get to when you stay in town. The staff was extremely helpful and provided shuttle (for pay) to the ferry- pool was nice and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was delicious

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. A/C works well and room stays cool despite the outside heat and humidity. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Restaurant and bar service is good while the pool is open but after 5pm is all shut. If you come back early from your evening out go via a 7 eleven to pick up some supplies for the room.

I stayed for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, I did find that I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. There were small ants around the bathroom and areas in the room. Rest of the room was in great condition, comfortable bed, spacious room. Staff at the front desk were super helpful, I forget her name (shorter hair), she helped me and had helpful tips for day trips!

The hotel is rather new and with adequate amenities in the room. However be prepared to have families on vacation as room neighbours who could become noisy and uncomfortable sometimes if looking for some rest. Just for EXPEDIA update: The hotel DOES HAVE reception which can be contacted anytime. Another thing is that hotel staff did not reply to our email inquiring from transportation options once at Krabi airport. Their shuttle service (500 THB fee) could be somewhat pricey but if arriving late perhaps it could be and advisable option.

Hotel itself is quite nice and clean. Location to shopping is about 10 mins walk. Management ideas need to change. Only give you one key card so that when you leave the room, you cannot use the card to keep your air conditional on to save electricity. At night they also lowered the temperature to save electricity. Krabi is very humid and hot. Breakfast is so budget, needs to improve!!!
Bed is comfortable, bathroom smell, have to put the toilet fan on all the time.
Restaurant food is quite good, don't go for massage, is really bad and expensive.

The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and kind. The location was poor in that there wasn’t much around within walking distance for dining and the hotel restaurant felt like a cafeteria. Also the drinks were different from the pictures in appearance and also ingredients. Drink prices were inflated but food items were reasonable. Overall it was worth the price

Check in was fast and friendly. Staff very helpful. We checked in around midday and then went out exploring Krabi. The hotel is close to the main area but still 5-10 min's walk. The hotel ordered us a taxi to the airport for day 2 and stored our bags for us as our flight was late evening whilst we explored the area some more. They allowed us to shower before we departed. The room and hotel was clean, modern and fresh looking. There was good car parking space and lobby area.

However, the balcony door in our room did not shut properly and had a small gap allowing bugs to enter. There were ant in our room when we arrived but none later so this did not bother us, but they came form the central corridor so could be anywhere. The air conditioning worked but required a long time to cool the room and had no fast setting so we went to sleep hot but woke up in a refreshing room. Our room had a noise like a washing machine in the background, however we were so tired we slept all night, but you could hear it in the morning and evening when we arrived. The shower was modern and nice but the pressure was low, enough to wash but disappointing. The breakfast food was an additional charge, looking at the variety and quality we decided not to have it as there was not a wide selection and at 8 am the trays were 3/4 empty. Finally although we showered and were given towels this was at the pool side with an outdoor shower with no internal area to put clothes only a shelf outside.

Great place to stay I got the grand villa it’s the first ones right off the beach, was an amazing view, loved sitting on the balcony, room was clean and comfortable, location was very nice as it was 10min away from town if you need a down time and if you want to turn up just a 10mins walk.

New hotel, but the breakfast is terrible

We stayed here for 1 night when we arrived in Krabi before heading over to Railay Beach. The hotel is brand new, so much so the taxi didn't even know it was there. It had only been open around 2 weeks. The hotel is nice and clean, although when we arrived there was a cricket on the reception counter as they had all the windows open.
We were a bit surprised that we were asked to choose what breakfast we would want for the following day. There was a choice of about 6 things so not much.
We went to the room which was brand new as there was still a paint smell in the building which is why I guess the windows were open. The shower was a bit slow to drain and the room had obviously been \"stood\" a while as there were a few bugs making webs on the floor etc. But it wasn't a massive problem.
The main issue with this is the breakfast, We stayed in 11 hotels during our travel of Thailand and this was the worst one. I had a pan cooked egg breakfast, the white of the egg was still clear and runny, so I sent it back to be cooked both sides. A slice of processed ham, a processed chicken sausage and some tomato. My boyfriend had a \"English breakfast\" which was basically the same thing except he got \"baked beans\" which were soaked in vinegar. He also got some toast which was about all we ate. We had to go out and get food after as we were so hungry. Shame there was no buffet or a choice of what you had such as eggs on toast instead. The OJ and fruit was nice through.
