Decent room in a good location. Room was clean and as described. Bathroom was good. Bunk beds were very small though, looked like the child's IKEA bunk beds. So unfortunately you couldn't sit up in the bottom bunk.

Very lovely stay! Though the hotel is slightly dated, everything was so clean and nice, with a charming ambience. Great location, a short walk from the night market, and also just one short block walk inland for a great breakfast and coffee place (May & …).

Also the nice lobby has lots of space to sit and chat or rest. I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Krabi Town.

Good location with many food options nearby. Near to the river if you’d like a stroll. The Tan Cafe downstairs is actually really good, but closes in Wednesdays. Room is spacious but abit dim at night. Bed is abit hard while pillows are soft and abit flat. The ac is cold but also a little loud especially in the quiet of the night. Note that there are four levels to the hotel and no elevator. If stairs is an issue, I suggest to reconsider your options. Massage places all around and a 7-11 is 5min walk away.

This is a fairly dated hotel although very clean. Is tucked away, a bit hard to find and don't believe the part about parking as it is outside and not guaranteed. Staff were more interested in being on their phone than greeting patrons but i guess that is the modern world. Overall it is not too bad and very close to the night markets where the food is really good.

When we arrived at 11pm to check-in for a 12 night stay there were no staff & lights were shut off. Our taxi driver found a number to call & reached the staff. In which they directed us to find a key in a cooler stored outside to open the main door & then we were supposed to check ourselves in (the staff just left our room keys on the main desk). Definitely the oddest check-in experience ever.

The hotel is above a coffee shop & there are no elevators. Luckily our rooms were only on the 2nd floor, but those with mobility issues should be aware. I have a bad knee and the 2 flights daily exhausted me for most of our trip.

Facilities were clean, but well used. Bed was incredibly hard & sore on my back. Mosquitoes & spider bites were a daily annoyance, even with all the windows closed. All of my family came home with several bites just from sleeping.

While incredibly affordable for the week, we spent our last night at The Blu Monkey Hotel & enjoyed an elevator, pool, and the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Next time in Krabi, we'll just pay for the upgrade.

Really cute place. Convenient near the town and very walkable. Helped us arrange ferry transport. No elevator so we were huffing and puffing taking the stairs to the 4th floor! Probably was good for us though. The pillows were not our favourite but the place was large, clean, and quiet!

It’s a nice property, very nice staff and it’s extremely clean. The restaurant is very good and food is exceptional. I never had Wi-Fi working during the evening hours.

I didn’t realize it’s on the opposite side of Krabi where all the action happens. Its nowhere near the beaches or bar street. About 40 min taxi ride, so check on your map.

Very little to do in the area there are some traditional shops, but it’s mostly food market.

I stayed three nights and did back-to-back tours due to location some of the tours I wanted to do wouldn’t pick me up due to being out of location range.

Overall, great location again if you want the vibrant night life that Krabbi is known for this is not the side.

We stayed in the lighthouse room pictured in the first photo and it truly looked like the photos! Bed was very comfy and amenities were nice. Front desk staff was helpful at check in and provided tips for how to travel to Railay beach. We tried to get more tips when we checked out, but the front desk person at that time spoke virtually no English. We did laundry at the hotel, which was an easy service. The hotel is right next to a really cool night market.

As there are in many places in this region, there were a decent amount of tiny ants in the hotel room, which is kind of unavoidable. They didn't bother us.

It was absolutely horrible. The hostest was lovely however:
1) we got there 20 minutes after check in and our room was not ready
2) we booked a “double bed” and we got a BUNK BED when we confronted them about this they said that a bunk bed IS a double bed because it sleeps two people!!!!
3) THERE WERE ANTS EVERYWHERE. We went to brush our teeth and realized that our bedroom and bathroom floors were COVERED IN TINY ANTS.
4) online it said “airport transportation” and when we went to tell them when our flight was they said that they don’t run their airport shuttle in August... WHAT? Why? Total lie. So that was another thing we then had to pay for.

We have stayed in hostels our entire trip and went to “treat ourselves” to a hotel and it was a horrendous experience. Do not do not book here. Terrance and lobby are very cute and lovely staff, but HORRIBLE HOTEL. Horrible

Very friendly and helpful staff, made check and stay quite nice. Very convenient location as the river, night market, and other attractions are close by. The rooms are very good for the price, both in design and in cleanliness and comfort. The only downside was having no elevator but I knew this going in and they were helpful in locating both rooms on the 2nd floor. They helped arrange a taxi as well - the staff definitely increased the comfort of this stay.

I think that before we have too high expectations about Just Fine Krabi, we need to remember that it is a 3 stars hotel. Hence we should not have too high expectations.
Pros
- Staff is really helpful
- Location is great: Near to the pier, bus stops and good food around the place.
- Near to the weekend market as well
- Very quiet if you are looking for a really chill place
- No hard sellling

Cons
- Each rooms appears to be different in painting and the layout. You can't choose so oh wellz.
- Once again because it is a 3 star hotel, there is bound to have insects flying around. (Not many maybe just 3-5 max)

Convenient hotel in downtown Krabi.

We stayed here for two nights and loved our stay. The hotel is very near to Krabi downtown (just a minute walk) and also to the fruit market. From the hotel it is also very convenient to take long boats to Ao Nang and Railey Beach. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us in planning our single day itinerary.

The staff were very nice, but the room we were given was terrible. The bed was so hard you might as well slept on the floor. The room is very old dated. The room stinks and we checked out within checking in an hour as we couldn’t stay there.

Pleasant stay in Krabi

We really enjoyed our stay in this pleasant and friendly little hotel. The location is perfect for walks along the river and trips to any one of several markets in the area. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient with arrangements for various activities. They even gave us a bag of treats on Christmas Day. A great value!

Note: Krabi town is FAR from Krabi. We checked into 2 rooms for a 3 night stay. Check in was great - staff friendly, big spacious rooms. However, one room had TERRIBLE smell of sewage. Checked in late so had to stay there first night - staff promised to fix next day. Next day all they did was leave the patio door to the room open to fresh air. Smell terrible - hotel only has 11 rooms so couldn't change until our last night. NOT GOOD! Also - although rooms very spacious - linens need updating, Towels and sheets threadbare and stained. Need to do some maintenance on this hotel. Breakfast ok but very limited. Toast and eggs, bland cereal or nothing. Hotel basically run by a bunch of young girls who try hard but it doesn't cut it. Would NOT stay there again.

Hotel staff is very sweet and friendly and does their best to accommodate. But this hotel needs some help. 11 rooms total linens are old and tired. Towels been used way too many times. Pillowcases clean but stained. Breakfast offers choice of three different plates of eggs with toast and cereal but basically very limited. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. One room had a terrible smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. They couldn’t fix it and couldn’t change rooms until the last night. The last day water shut off in morning while we were still in the bathroom. Can’t say I recommend this hotel. The staff tries hard but it just isn’t fine.

The biggest problem is the hotel in on three floors with no lift! There are two lots of stairs to get to each floor. We were given a room on the top floor. There was no one to help with our heavy luggage. We had to ring the bell a few times to get someone to let us in. The staff were friendly and tried their best. Breakfast was good and adequate.

After looking at a few reviews, I decided to choose Just Fine. I liked that it was near to the night market which was my main destination for that 1 night stay. Was served at the recep and within minutes, got my room key. The room I had was very spacious, clean and inviting. It felt cosy and they had the aircon switched on before I arrived - thankful for that given the scorching heat. As stated by others, there is no lift so you need to take this into account for the elderly etc. Location wise is nearby the park and jetty (no idea to where since I dint take it). You can stroll by the seaside path that takes you to the end of another park. Along the way, you will pass by open air eateries as well as covered ones. Halal food was in abundance for me and non-halal ones just nearby as well. A coffee joint, money changer and tour agency runs its operation in the surrounding area of Just Fine. Very convinient. Behind the hotel is the fruits market - some stalls sells food as well. The night walking street market is another 10mins walk away towards the Vogue Shopping centre. For breakfast, there was a halal shop opened on Vicar Rd that sells roti prata/roti canai. Was loadful of tourist from Malaysia and was too crowded. I walked towards Maharat Food Market instead for a local fare of halal breakfast. Was overall a good stay at Just Fine.

We stayed in the Beach Front Villa and it was perhaps the most picturesque hotel room I've ever stayed in. The beach itself is quite secluded, which made for a beautiful view of an unoccupied beach every morning when I woke up. The rooms themselves were very clean and looked quite new. The hotel has minimal amenities (besides a restaurant/bar and swimming pools), but it is within a short walk along the beach to several other hotels/resorts whose restaurants and spas you can use. I highly recommend this hotel.

NEW Best hotel for backpackers in KBV town

Very nice stay. I really love the interior design of the room, it is simply beautiful and relaxing. Staff are friendly and the location is great! just around 5 minutes walk to the river with lots of restaurants around. But, I would actually want to raise my concern on 2 things: 1)No escalator & 2)the mosquito. I understand in Thailand no one can escape from the mosquito, BUT! Their little pond on ground floor garden has 'produced' so many hungry mosquito that hunting for guests' blood. So, my suggestion is try your best to keep them away from your room. Good night!

Excellent location next to the Night Market and close to the river. Everything in the town is in walking distance. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu was simple but nicely cooked - menu was choice of eggs plus salad and ham or sausage. The rooms are attractively decorated and comfortable. There aren't many extras (e.g. no tea/coffee facilities). Air conditioning didn't work properly in our first room, but staff willingly changed us to another room so no problem. Overall, we really enjoyed our 4-night stay.

One night at Just Fine Krabi

Just fine Krabi is a great hotel and staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved the decor and it is really comfortable with games and comfy chairs in the lobby too. The breakfast that was included was tasty. There are quite a few really good restaurants in the area too.

It's not in the most happening part of town so if you are looking to shop and go to the night market and get away from more touristy areas this is ideal but if you want to go out and party and be in a tourist area it may not be the best choice.

Great value for money

Great little find for a day away from the beach. There isn't too much to do in the area so if you just want a nice clean room and to explore the night market and do shopping - this is perfect. Staff were wonderful and helped us with getting our laundry done (at about 60 baht a kg) and organizing airport transfers. Breakfast was included and was good. Great value for money

On our adventure we stayed at JUST FINE

Loved our stay here- a one night experience beforw heading to ao nang!
Would recomend to get a feel for authentic Thai town! Great location for central town and ealking street markets ( also if you need to- tourist information places) staff were very helpfull and the hotel is kept very very clean! And the rooms huge!! ( i think we stayed in the middle rated one)
Would stay again no question!

Comfy little motel

Staffs very friendly and helpful. Very cute room. Kids love it. For the price u paid. Worth every penny. Totally feel like home. Will definitely stay there again.

great location in Krabi town

it's near (about 2min walk) to the weekend (fri-sun) walking street! and yet it's away from the city noise. hotel is new and each room has a different design. it's a family-business, the people there really made you feel welcomed :)

Wir waren für 2 Nächte zu Gast im Just Fine Krabi. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Dusche hatte warmes Wasser. Es liegt in perfekter Lage, in der Nähe der Nachtmärkte, zahlreicher Geschäfte, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Fluss, die Black Crab Statue und ein kleiner Mangroven-Pfad ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Für das was wir vorhatten einfach ideal. Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder ein Zimmer in diesem tollen Hotel buchen. Danke an das Team!
