Soy un viajero experimentado por eso tengo varios puntos de comparación. Dicho esto este Hotel tiene una buena ubicación sin embargo las habitaciones son muy básicas, pequeñas, el aire acondicionado suena muchísimo. Y en mi caso la experiencia en general fue muy mala ya que se fue la electricidad por más de 2 horas y el banco de contadores estaba haciendo mucho ruido cómo si estuviera ocurriendo un fallo mayor. En ese momento temimos por nuestra seguridad y nos fuimos del hotel. En fin estuvimos menos de 3 horas y los gerenciales se negaron a devolvernos el dinero y lo peor fue que nos cobraron cómo si nos hubiéramos estado por las 4 noches. No les recomiendo el hotel a menos que quieran tener una de las peores experiencias de viaje en su vida.

Honestly? They probably advertise the hotel as you see it, and have no plans to follow through. If all you literally want is a place to sleep, do it. Don't count on the amenities, or really anything besides your bed working.
A/C? Non-working unit in room.
Rooftop Bar? Sure, there is one. It won't be open though.
Hot tub? YES! It's there with no water in it.
Wi-Fi? Don't bet on it working.
Don't plan on seeing the wine glasses from those advertisement photos in person ever. They've got two plastic rocks glasses it seemed like they shared between every room.

The hotel was okay for a short stay, but there were definitely some issues. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were very flat, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning also leaked whenever we set it below 22°C, which was frustrating because on hotter days we really needed the room cooler. On top of that, the walls/windows didn’t block much noise, so you could hear pretty much everything happening outside.

That said, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which we appreciated. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, which is convenient. However, it feels a bit out of the way for most other attractions in Rome.

Overall, it does the job if you just need somewhere to sleep, but it’s not somewhere I’d describe as particularly comfortable or great.

I booked this hotel for its location to the Vatican and wasn’t disappointed. It was literally a 5 minute walk from St Peter’s Square. Castel Sant’Angelo is maximum of a 10 minute walk away and this is at a leisurely stroll! There are lots of cafes bars and shops around the hotel and there is a bus stop directly outside the door that takes you anywhere in Rome for €1.50. I used the bus twice- bus 81 to the Colosseum and bus 280 to The Knights of Malta keyhole.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and cheerful which makes all the difference as a solo traveller.

I was disappointed that the roof terrace/bar was closed and had been since COVID as this was one of the attractions when booking this accommodation and is still a selling point on Expedia. However there is a very good bar directly below the hotel which I used for my nightly aperitivo instead!

The accommodation itself was fine although a little tired looking. However I must stress how clean it was even though it was ready for a refresh which I believe is happening soon due to the sign in the lift. I would definitely recommend a stay if visiting the Vatican

The hotel is clean and has all the basic amenities. There is a lift, regular housekeeping, friendly and helpful staff. It’s location is superb - from restaurant and fine dining to the best pasta five minutes away, the bus at the doorstep and the Vatican City and subway station round the corner, the place couldn’t be better located. The staff are all new (not sure why) but they are excellent. Special mention of Valentina, Chelsea and Thierry. We are grateful for your help in making our stay so comfortable.

This hotel was AWFUL nothing on the Expedia website was true. It was dirty there was NO restaurant, bar, blanket, soap, tissues, HOT WATER, the refrigerator was broken and no ice available. We spent 3 hrs of our day getting the shower, sink and refrigerator fixed. The pictures on the sight were all fake or out dated. The staff was nice but we could tell they were embarrassed, having to make excuses for everything. Shopping nearby was convenient because we had to go buy everything we needed. The only thing that worked was the WiFi…DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I know what you’re thinking, I’m mad because it wasn’t clean. But trust me this is a bad place period. Staff are useless and probably under payed, property simply needs a redo. Everything about this hotel or total crap. I’ve never been in such a dirty bad smelling bad functioning hotel. Take away the stars call it a hostel. At least then we can understand. Save the money, add a bit more stay somewhere else. Trust me you will regret being here.

The room smelled likenpiss from the street on our first day. toilet needs refurbishing. The jacuzzi was full of moulds and when i tried to turn it on, bits of dirt came out of the water outlet. The metal part of the shower hose was detached, only being held by tape. The exhaust wasnt working, the light bulb inside the orange box on the mirror wasnt working. The remote of the aircon unit is broken, only being held by tape too.

*I know a lot of reviews of this hotel are glowing but I urge you to read the Google reviews to get a clearer picture. Had we had read them I don’t think we would have booked this hotel. *

The best way I could describe this hotel is a hostel with private rooms. I have stayed in hostels around Europe with the same service for much less money. I honestly would say that this place isn’t worth 4 stars. We were told to move after our first night due to deep cleaning. And we were given a much worse room than that we had paid for. It’s important to note that we weren’t the only ones. The entire 2nd floor was emptied. When we asked if any other rooms were available, there wasn’t any and no compensation was offered. The air conditioning in the room was broken and made such a loud noise that you couldn’t sleep, the bathroom was tiny as was the room itself, and the double bed was just two mattresses with a sheet over it. Also in the bathroom they only give you three small sachets of soap and no shampoo etc were provided (again makes it feel like a hostel). Additionally, the pictures have clearly been taken with a wide angle lense as they are quite small in reality.

If you want a great location and that’s all you care about this hotel is really good. But if you wanted a nice hotel “experience” you can get a lot better for your money. The staff were friendly but weren’t sympathetic to the issues that we brought to their attention.

I communicated clearly the need for two single beds with my stay. Staff on arrival claimed no such correspondence had been received and basically falied to acknowledge it despite my proof when presented. An additional €60 later i was allocated a different room. Furchtbar! Das Bettzeug hatte einen großen Blutfleck. Nachdem angeblich kein anderes Zimmer mehr frei war (auf Expedia zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch einige Zimmer verfügbar) hat uns die unfreundliche Rezeptionistin einfach noch ein Leintuch in die Hand gedrückt und meinte wir sollen es doch einfach über die Flecken ausbreiten.
Generell ist das Personal nicht sehr bemüht.
Die Einrichtung ist total demoliert - alles wackelt.
Die Wände im Zimmer sind mit grauem Stoff bezogen - der Stoff war total staubig sodass auch Nicht-Allergiker zu Allergikern werden.
Lage nicht ideal da alles (bis auf den Petersdom) sehr weit zu Fuß ist.
Alles in allem schlecht.

Vergleichsweise relativ günstig - aber der Preis erklärt so einiges…

Location was great. Young staff members were polite but didnt have any answers. The rooms were NOT sound proofed, as stated on their website. Roadworks were so loud the room was shaking and you could hear people chatting in the corridor. We found that the terrace gad been closed for 6 months, which is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. This was so disappointing.
The room was cleaned daily and towels changed regularly but there was a squashed bug on the wall all week.

The pictures on the website are not up to date. There is no roof top bar and the rooftop spa/hot tub did it have any water and was dirty. Our door had to be splayed to close and after a day out we returned to find the door open where staff did not close for behind them after cleaning. One of our rooms the tv did not work. No cups in room for bathroom and no coffee. When asked we were told they stopped coffee in 2920 with Covid. We had to go outside hotel to get food or drinks. Would not recommend to stay in. Do not let the pictures fool you.

Overall decent stay for the price, the ac doesn’t work but most hotels in Italy don’t have working ac so we weren’t too bothered by that. Our safe wasn’t easy to get working and the fridge wasn’t working which was inconvenient and it’s pretty loud as the walls are thin. But it’s in a great area lots of amazing restaurants especially the one next door and a quick walk to things like the Vatican. Check in process was super easy and the staff is very friendly and accommodating as we had to stay an extra night last minute due to a train strike and they accommodated us right away even though the request was very last minute. Overall a pretty decent place to stay if you want to be central to everything but save some money.

The location of the hotel was good. BUT this hotel has seen better times.
The positive:
Good location in Prati very near the Vatican, bus stops, shops and walkable from the metro.
We asked to be relocated because the first room wasn’t very nice which they did with little hesitation. The new room had good air conditioning and was clean.
The price is we paid was fair for what it is and how late we booked

The areas of improvement:
The hotel decor is TIRED. So much so that it feels seedy. The bed is hard and we didn’t sleep well for two nights. The windows are thin if noise bothers you.
The rooftop (which is what made us book in the first place) was closed for refurbishment which was disappointing
While the hotel boasts to be a 4 star, it isn’t.

Expected tiny room but it was decent for the square footage and cleanliness. I'd stay here again. Staff was friendly. Cute decor. Lots of restaurants within 4 blocks. 1 mini suoermarket too. Is really close to Vatican. Is a hike from train (S.Pietro), so take a $8 taxi. 1 Usb plug. Safe, fridge, closet too. Has small elevator.

Negs: tv was 16\". No shampoo. A/C shrills but was nice. Noisy street at 5 am garbage men. And thin walls, could here next room. No restaurant noise on our side.

We chose this hotel for proximity to Vatican City and the many amenities; room service, rooftop meals, rooftop view, handicap, accessible everywhere.

Well, the restaurant was closed . The Jacuzz you have to pay €32 per person to use.

We called the hotel from the airport for early check-in were told we could get early check-in by 11 o’clock. We paid for a taxi service for all of us to get there including my mom in a wheelchair and were told there was no early check-in we’d have to wait till 3 o’clock no exceptions if a room happened to open up, it would cost us another €30 per person to enter any room early and they lied they said they never spoke to anyone and that was a big lie. And So we had to take my mom in a wheelchair and my whole family and go find a place to park for three hours sees me for hours while they read it up our rooms the handicap accessible part is they have a lift that takes you from the bottom floor to the base floor of the lobby there’s two lobbies ones on the left ones on the right basically ones in the front was in the back we can only answer the front one the Back being too many stairs. This is a big issue. The room had a big step up to the bathroom. The rooms were dirty, dusty, smelly and old. No toiletry articles actually had to ask for everything blankets, etc. not 4 star at all 2 at best. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms sakes issues. My sisters room looked like there was blood on the wall.

There is a lot of mix feeling about this hotel. The location is great about 5 min walk to the Vatican. The room are so-so. No big deal. The first room the Ac didn’t work and and u can see there where some water damage or stain in the wall also it smelled moldy in the first room. The second room was good just water stain in the walls but the biggest problem was the noise that came from the restaurant which is 2 feet next to the hotel and did not close till 2 am if your a light sleeper they will keep you up. This hotel did not really look the way it looked in the pictures. We were excited about this stay but it was not what we expected. It was quite small, most of the lighting was orange, the walls must have been thin because we could hear the noise from the restaurant downstairs when we were trying to sleep, and there were bugs as well.

Very accessible hotel in Rome

The location of this hotel is incredible if youd like to explore Vatican city and the more eastern parts of Rome. Its is a 10 min walk to either St Peters Square or the Vatican Museums. There is a lot of local shopping in close vicinity and also many restaurants and geletarias. Despite the location, the hotel itself needs a bit of work. There was no soap in the washrooms and the shower needs to be upgraded. If rooms are upgraded this would be a great hotel in Rome.

This property is very run down and dirty. The mirrors in the room I was given looked liked they were never cleaned. The bathroom was leaky and the water was not draining. I kept getting told they will fix the issues in the morning and that they didn’t have another room to move me too. I spoke with other people as I was there and they had the same issues. Luckily I was only there for one night. Don’t stay here believe me you will regret it!

There was no AC or hot water in the room we had. I discovered that there was no hot water the day we checked in but were never told that. Took a cold shower on Day 1...the room was like 85degrees so it didnt matter. When i complained about the AC, there was no follow-up. They offered another room but the entire property was without hot water. It appears from the reviews this has happened before. I left after two days and went elsewhere for the remaining 3 nights. Ill be seeking a refund and am disappointed Expedia books packages with such a low rate hotel.

Check in was smooth no problems staff were pleasant. However, once my gf and I got to our room it was a turn for the worst. Found another persons hair immediately on the bed and on the ground. Stains on walls and floor however I can handle that. What I can’t handle is the fact there is MOLD and left over used Q tips lying on the table and in the shower. Additionally, sheets and towels left us feeling itchy. Would not really recommend this place unless you brought your own sheets and towels fr.
