Really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean functional room in newer hotel. Well situated if you are doing hiking on the GR trails. I was on the street side of the building and while there is a fair bit of traffic with the windows closed you can't hear anything. The one thing I would hope that the hotel could improve upon is making the room doors close more softly, they are quite noisy.

Smashing little hotel, very clean & tidy, with a very friendly reception. Central to Ales with a very convenient underground car park & a lift straight up to the hotel! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 5 nights to visit family. There is an underground car park for hotel, which is charged at 7€ per day. You can park on the streets in some places, but the car park was convenient.
We had to ask for extra milk and coffee everyday, (2 small milks allocation per day, we needed 4 per cup!) Our room was quite warm and no air con. We opened the window to cool it down (which the maids shut everyday!) but if you have a room overlooking the square, it’s very noisy with the window open. Nice view though. A couple of the staff spoke some English, but as it’s not really a tourist area, English is not a priority. I think us Brits are too assuming that if it’s a hotel chain, then English will be spoken. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food.
Overall, central location, car parking, (free would be better) clean, comfortable beds. Just too warm for me. Air con or fans would be nice. Not to be so tight on the coffees and milks as well.
Would I stay here again? Yes. I would pack my fan though.

Idéal pour dormir ou sejourner à Ales
L'hôtel est idéalement placé au centre-ville, doté d'un parking, a proximité immédiate de restaurantes. Il donne sur une large place très calme.

L'hôtel est très bien et l'accueil pro, souriant et sympathique. Le seul souci est que nous étions côté rue, et malgré les fenêtres double vitrage, le bruit de la rue (véhicules, passants qui braillent jusqu'à 23h / minuit) est présent, à faible échelle mais présent. Sinon les alentours sont agréables à visiter et les Alésiennes et Alésiens fort aimables.

Le personnel était au courant pour le téléviseur, mais aucune remarque n'avait été faite à la réservation, ni a l'accueil lors de notre arrivée. Et encore moins de proposition de geste commercial (cela n'a pas été réparé pour notre nuitée).
Manque de personnel au pdj, réassort limite malgré toute l'énergie déployée par la personne en place. Et un seul distributeur de boissons chaudes : 2x 5 minutes d'attente pour un thé et un expresso..

L'hôtel est propre et le personnel est accueillant. Le parking permet d'accéder directement à l'hôtel par ascenseur ou escalier. Par contre contrairement au autres Campanile le parking est payant (9 euros pour une nuit en octobre 23. Il n'y a pas de restaurant comme dans les autres (les plats proposés sont réchauffés). Autour de l'hôtel il y a beaucoup de restaurant proposant des burgers.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre ville de Alès. L'emplacement est très calme avec le parking souterrain payant. Le personnel est sérieux, bienveillant et très professionnel avec la clientèle. Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour et recommande cet établissement.

Quel bonheur d'arriver dans une chambre lumineuse, propre, confortable, avec des draps sentant bon la lessive ! Nous avons séjourné seulement une nuit mais ne pouvons que conseiller cet hôtel.

Bon séjour ! Accueil et personnel souriant ! Hotel récent et bien situé. La chambre est propre, spacieuse et bien équipée mais bruyante du côté du boulevard...le plateau bouilloire est un plus! bon matelas mais les oreillers sont un peu mous. Parking à disposition avec accès direct à l’hôtel mais assez cher 8€/24h. Attention au détecteur de fumée qui pend dans la chambre. Très bien dans l’ensemble, je recommande.
