Overall, we had a mixed experience at this hotel and hope our feedback helps both management and future guests.
On the positive side, the location is fantastic — a real highlight of our stay.
However, noise was a significant issue when sitting in the living room. Both the fridge and the air conditioning unit ran very loudly, making it really difficult to relax in that space. At night, street noise from outside was also clearly audible, adding to the disruption. We reported the air conditioning noise to staff, who did come to the apartment to listen — but told us it was normal. We respectfully disagree, and feel it is something worth addressing for future guests.
We also reported an unpleasant smell in one of the bathrooms. Again, staff came to check but concluded it was normal. It was not something we would expect at a hotel, and we'd encourage management to take a closer look at the plumbing or ventilation.
The location makes this hotel convenient, and with a little more attention to guest comfort and maintenance, it could be a much better experience. We hope this is helpful to the team and to future travelers.
