We stayed overnight with 2 kids after visiting granby zoo for the day. The place was clean and location was good (near mcdonalds, gas stations etc:). My only critique is the window AC units are very loud. If you are a light sleeper do not book this place. The AC unit pumps cold air straight on to your bed (which is next to the window). I stayed here 1 night and continued on my way. Good for a quick stay.

hubby and I both enjoyed our stay, the location is good and convenient with a gas station and Tim’s next door! it’s clean and the people who run it were very kind. the only bad thing is the stairs in and out of the pool need to be more sturdy and the picnic tables in the yard could be replaced and taken care of so they can be used, I would stay again

For a motel this is a really great place to stay. It is 40 minutes out of the city. It if you are okay and in a pinch to stay somewhere or on a budget I highly recommend this place! It was SUPER clean which is a must for us. After reading the cleanliness reviews on here we booked a two night stay. Only thing I say was off was the ask to not flush the toilet paper down the toilet and place it in the garbage bin instead. Other than that was great and they came to clean the room throughout the day while you are out! I would stay here again for sure if needed in the future.

Bed and bathroom were very clean which we really appreciated. We only stayed one night so we didn't need much. It did have a microwave and fridge but no coffee maker. There was one surprise however, it actually had a little jar on the counter with Q-tips. I had never seen that at any hotel or motel before. Place was dated but very clean.

This was a fine place for an inexpensive stop-over near Montreal- we liked the drive there through the countryside. The room was very small and the linens and towels were quite poor quality with a very small room. A one night stay with two dogs in tow. Not wanting to pay the big buck rates the more mainstream chains want for a place to lay your head down for a few hours I usually opt to try and find alternative solutions for lodging (not to mention the sometimes ridiculous and prohibitive charges for dogs). This motel had decent reviews. Decent rates. A small, reasonable premium was charged for the dogs.

So… from the street this is your typical looking motel. The type of place many would drive on by, a little tired in appearance, usually frequented by work crews being put up at while on out of town jobs. I have stayed at many of these establishments in my younger working days. Some perfectly fine, and some you definitely wouldn’t want to have to pay for, mostly staffed and owned by indifferent to aggressively negligent people. This Auberge is of the perfectly fine variety. Work crew was in attendance. Quiet and friendly. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Nice yard for the dogs and to sit and enjoy a couple of beers at the end of a day. Above ground pool for a quick dip on a 30C degree day. Nothing special but passable. The very best, and most important, part of my stay was the absolute, immaculate state of the room. I have stayed in upscale properties that could not hold a light to the standards of cleanliness this operator keeps their accommodations to. Very comfortable mattress and bedding as well. Shower with good pressure. I would definitely stay here again.

Pretty nice for the price. Not bad for an older place. Bed was nice and heaters worked well. My son immediately noticed the nice plush toilet paper saying it wasn't like the other hotels. Breakfast was included, which was simple but good to get the day started without going out. Hotel owner was nice and friendly. Owners were very nice people, very cordial and friendly. I was told I had breakfast included with my room. I went to the dining room the next day and there was coffee and toast. Fine, but the TV was off and the lights were off like they weren't expecting anyone. I turned on lights and made myself at home. Just as I was leaving the gentleman brought out muffins and sliced oranges but I didnt have any more time to stay in there eating so I left. My room was clean and neat the WiFi was pretty sketchy and only worked about half the time as did the TV in my room even though I followed the instructions printed on a paper infront of the TV. Overall I would say it was a slightly above average stay but I will stay there again if I have another opportunity to visit Farnham.

First off, our room was extremely clean. It was not fancy, it was a tad crowded with furniture, but it has everything you need. Very comfortable bed and a great shower. We had a non-smoking room. I'm not sure how smoking vs non-smoking rooms are situatued, but we felt like we were next to a smoking room, based on the smell.
Overall, great stay for a stop-over at an affordable price.

Pleasant experience for the price. Dont judge from the outside. The room I stayed in had false wood flooring which was a nice surprise instead of the smelly old carpeting. Only about 20 digital antenna channels. The beds were clean and without the nauseous smell of javex. Breakfast is a simple continental but not to worry, there is a Tim Hortons across the road and large store/gas station with the lowest gas prices in the area. Ill be back onmynext hunting trip.

Key for room a bit difficult to use to open and lock door. Beds were comfortable and staff helpful. it would have been nice to see sligjtly larger breakfast selection, but overall pretty satisfied for price we paid for the night, unlike Chateau Bromont... for the high fee at Chateau Bromont you would expect a couple of non caffeinated tea options in room or help from front desk in obtaining a tea bag or two from the restaurant, who attempted to charge me for the tea!

We selected this motel because it was less than 30 minutes away from Le Zoo de Granby. The reviews were better than other motels near the zoo. Check-in was quick and easy. We were given extra towels upon arrival because we were 4 guests and they only put towels for 2. I was surprised because usually you have to ask. The room was clean and spacious. There is a microwave oven and mini-fridge as well as satellite tv. Everything was working good. We tried out the salt water pool in the backyard. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was muffins, watermelon, yogourt, toast and cereal with appel or orange juice and milk and coffee or tea. Check-out was also quick and easy.

It was great; we asked for room 102 since it was larger.with a nice continental breakfast and for a small cost I got to have warm eggs made as per my request. The room and refrigerator was clean and the washroom had a tub and shower combine. This is a family operation and it is family oriented. The owner speaks French, English and Chinese. They offer a room and Granby Zoo tickets package.

Inexpensive hotel with all the comforts of home.

We stayed 3 nights and we're very pleased with the hotel. It was clean -- no yucky molds in bathroom, smelled clean, and the beds were very comfortable -- something I have trouble finding with my bad back. The continental breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. It was quiet and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well even though it was over 30C outside. I was a great place to stay and explore the region. We will definitely be back to stay and see more of the Eastern Townships. We highly recommend it as an economical and comfortable place to stay.

This is a feel good like at home hotel.

This was our second time to nice one floor hotel.
It has simple but well balance breakfast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, spreads, tea, coffee, juice and fruits
room nice and clean
it's location is NOT noisy
The outdoor entrance welcomes you with grapes growing over the archway.
The pool is above ground with a safety gate. Within 5 minutes drive from grocery store which also sells hot meals. Friendly town.
We purchase our tickets for the Granby zoo from the hotel which is only 1/2 hr. away with a beautiful driving view. There is no phone or clock radio in the room, that said the owners are our disposition since they stray at the hotel. A big thank you to the owners, you made our last vacation days a relaxing and fun time.

The owners were very accommodating and solicitous. They provide a very nice continental breakfast, better than a lor of other places. They have taken an older motel and are upgrading it nicely. Everything is very clean and convenient.
