The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the room itself could have been better maintained, and the cleaning standards left something to be desired. With some improvements in upkeep and cleanliness, this place could offer a much better overall experience.

I stayed at this motel last night, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The room had a strong, foul odor that hit me as soon as I walked in. Even after trying to air it out and using air freshener, the smell lingered the entire night.

It made it really hard to relax or get any proper sleep. The management needs to address this immediately — deep cleaning or better ventilation could help. Until the issue is fixed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you’re sensitive to bad odors or have allergies.

Very basic rooms with few amenities. No in room coffee. Rooms are taken care of and are generally clean. The property however is another story. Renting rooms on a monthly basis and having people living there full time cheapens the place. A LOT. There appears to have been a bar and discotheque at one time and possibly a restaurant and pool. All of that is closed and gone. Could be a nice place but the exterior has been left to age and somewhat decay. Oh, and for those that read the other reviews, the cats are no longer there,

First when I walked in the main office I should have known then that I had mad a mistake. The property is nothing like what it shows on the Expedia website it was dirty, falling apart, no pool and looked very unsafe I would not stay with my daughter. I tried to get a refund from the motel and from Expedia but could not get one. I lost my $130 and then had to try and find another place to stay for the night. I was very disappointed and upset, I will not recommend this property. Maybe Expedia should check into some of the properties they have on the website.

Pictures are from many years ago. That is not what the property looks like. It was our first night in Canada and it did not feel safe, it was FAR from clean, and it did not correspond in any way, shape or form to the promised accommodations.

When we arrived, the sign for the hotel was partially missing - fell off. Dining on the property was \"under construction.\" Sides of the building were disintegrating. The check-in manager was confused on which guest arrived, how many in the party, and how many nights the check-in is for. No internet access was provided until request and after request - manager provided personal internet because the property was \"not reaching\" the room.

The room was dirty, dusty, and the bathroom was moldy. Nothing in the kitchen was usable - dirty and shelves contained old take-out bag with condiments. No exhaust in the bathroom and the light bulb had to be jiggled to turn on. Bathtub has not been washed in a long time - kids had to wear shoes while standing under dripping shower. The faucet in the bathroom kept having the top fall off.

When all this was addressed with the manager the very first evening (hours after check-in) - she stated we were in for both nights with no refund. Had to make a scene and tell her I will dispute with the credit card company to have her refund the second night. False advertisement - children should have never had to sleep in such conditions for the price of a normal 3-star hotel we found for the second night.

Well, it’s not the worst experience i had but if you got some extra cash look for something better!

- The cigarettes smell in the room was terrible even with AC working all night!
- Microwave and cassettes weren’t working!
- The pillows and the blanket on the bed weren’t clean and were smelly!
- There is no enough electric plugs in the room other than the ones used with the appliances! so if u are looking for a plug to charge your phone good luck!
- The room was very old and poorly built!
- The yard in front of the motel is very dark at night that i barely found it at 10pm!

The only good thing that the bed was little comfy!

So if u are looking for only bed and u don’t care for the other stuff go ahead!

I rented a ‘suite’, 2 bedroom mini apartment it says on the website, which was less than one star. I paid 321$ for less accommodating conditions, than anything I would ever live in, for two nights. Two bedrooms, four double beds, and they are so hard that I needed to sleep on top of my pillows so I could be in less pain! I found two empty cases of old 24 corona beer bottles, someone’s finished deodorant tube, soap wrappers and used bars of soap within the cupboards and behind the toilet. I booked 5 people and we had no towels or anything at all, along with 5 bars of soap and one replacement roll of toilet paper. The whole place looks like a tornado hit it, COVID-19 hit them hard and so the bar, restaurant and pool are being REMOVED, NOT ANYTHING CLOSE TO WHAT IS ADVERTISED. I think people are living there too.. It was sketchy, I had my daughter’s cell phone stolen (at a public pool we ended up having to go to because the pool advertised and paid for at the Motel is no longer even going to BE there!) by a LIFEGUARD! I didn’t see the bugs or cockroaches I expected though.. Can’t have it all right? I’m going to have to write a novel if I continue ha! rating? Negative.
