Ilike the proximity to the autoroute. I didn't like that the charger for the véhicule was not included in the price of the room.
Joanne
Property renovated but redesigned rooms have no dressers( drawers) or closed closet. All is open. Couch was facing open closet instead of tv!!!!Large size mini fridge with freezer compartment for ice packs.
Breakfast was nothing special. Same thing served for 3 days in a row! Sausage, scrambled eggs and potatoes. Fruit salad was canned! They had yogurt. Low value! We ended up eating elsewhere. Maybe they should have two tier pricing. One without breakfast.
Bed is ok.
Have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. Not sure we will again.

Small rooms, old hotel, dirty rugs, breakfast was a joke, soundproof is horrible.
On the good side, good location, easy parking, good wifi, good ac, confortable beds.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and breakfast was nice. My only complaint was the room was quite cozy so there was not much room for suitcases and we were having to step over them. Did not use the pool so cannot comment on that but it looked nice.
Vishalkumar
washroom was not clean. Also room cleanliness was not sufficient.
Carleen
Great stay! Three days and loved it
Cora
It was a place to sleep. The hallways, dining area and elevator were in terrible run down shape. The front desk staff at check in were not very friendly. The toilet in our room was unbalanced and very slow to flush.
Stephane

This location isn't up to the usual standards I expect when staying at a Quality Inn.
Upon arrival after a 9 hour drive, and with a small dog, the night clerk was too busy chatting on the phone for an extended period of time. I eventually had to interrupt him to check in. I found his interaction curt as if I had inconvenienced him.
Upon arrival at our room, there was a large stain on the carpet that left me feeling that this was a sign of what awaited us. Neither of the door cards worked. The furniture and decor was in dire need of replacing (broken lamp shade, filthy baseboards, wallpaper bubbled and lifting in places). The air conditioner was very rusted and appeared filthy.
I have come to learn that this Quality Inn is used by the Canadian military attending basic training and isn't recommended by retired military members that I know.
On any future trips to the east coast we will be staying at the Quality Inn in Levis.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. It included scrambled eggs, sausages, beans and potatoes. They had a variety of breads, bagels, waffles, cereal and yogurt.

Good place in a nice location. Elevator needs an upgrade to 21st century though.

Nice breakfast
Melanie
Propre. Tranquille. Beaucoup d'espaces de stationnement.
Catherine
Newly renovated, super clean and inexpensive. It’s in walking distance of the mall, diners and supermarkets.
Juliana Maxene
No complaints, everything was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay here.
Stéphanie
Déjeuner ok, staff gentil et utile, parking facile. Chambre propre, mais très vieille. A besoin d'amour.
Maxime
Bon rapport qualité-prix
Dallas
My only complaint. Is we stayed 4 nights no house cleaning.
Denise
Merci !
Sheila
Very basic hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Elevator was very sketchy don’t advise use. Smell of weed was very strong in the hallways with an extra charge of $100 if caught smoking in your room.
Linda
This is a very nice property with a very good breakfast and good amenities,Good value for the money.

Very clean - don’t be concerned if you walk into the lobby that it’s going to be like the gross Quality chain in the states. The room had new flooring and was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the coffee at breakfast wasn’t bad at all. If you’re going to grad at the base this is a really good option.
Juliana
It was a good stay for the price. It’s had a welcome upgrade. Parking can be tricky, and breakfast is ok. Room was good and bed was comfortable.
paul
Room was clean, and parking was good. Breakfast was terrible. No eggs for breakfast, coffee was bad, maybe potatoes?
Shannon
The staff was great and the property is clean. The pool was a delight. I didn’t use the fitness centre but others in my party did and said it was fine for the short visit. There is also a laundry facility which is great for anyone staying longer. All in all I would recommend!
Roshika
Nice hotel and room was very clean. We could check in early with an extra fee since the room was ready. Parking can be tough later at night if the hotel is busy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had good options for both vegetarian and meat
Maurice
Lots of parking at the hotel and EV charging is available for a fee.

We went to canada to celebrate relatives graduation and, planning to stay 2 nights, but because of the Muhamed we stay 3 nights. He helped us a lot. Thank you....
Michael
Clean and comfortable. Very good value for the money.
Nicole
The room was clean and had enough towels like I requested. The pool was exceptional and the ambient lighting was great. Breakfast could improve but I say that everywhere, definitely have had much worse. We will stay again when visiting the area.
jason
Upon check in the staff was very friendly
Thomas Bernadette
If you don’t like to sleep then this is the place for you. When you allow children to run the hallways playing yelling and banging the walls then your business model is very poor. The only reason you go to a hotel room is to get sleep/rest. None of that happened here and the breakfast is terrible. I will never stay here ever again.
ibraham
Everything was good, thank you.
Odile
Our arrival to the hotel parking at 7pm was greeted by 2 shirtless guys pounding back beers and coughing their lungs out while smoking a glass pipe. Both looked like it was way, way past their bedtime. Shared with the young gentleman at reception that this wasn't a very good look for the hotel. He didn't seem extremely concerned. I quote, \"his neighbour also goes shirtless\" - say what? Let's be clear: I have nothing against shirtless tradesmen. The overall cleanliness of the place is passable: the staircase to our room stunk like cleaned-up old tobacco and some other unidentifiable smell, the bed spring mattress sounded like it had had much better days, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty, there was a splatter at the bottom of the headboard and on the wall on one side of the bed, which we didn't care to find out the nature of. Breakfast was blah.
NOEL
was a good stay, Breakfast was hot and yummy!
Gertrude
The staff were awesome! Friendly, spoke English & French. Great breakfast every morning. Didn’t use parking. There was some damage that needed repairs & missing toilet paper roller.
Harmony
The staff were super helpful
Masakazu
The hotel looks new and very clean. The location is convenient. Our room was located at the end of the building, across from the staff/janitor's room and cleaning/laundry facilities. There were many people exiting from/entering the building, making audible noise frequently. I wished if our room were in another part of the hotel. Other than that, I like this hotel.
Natasha
Great place very accomodating and staff is great
Melanie
Hôtel très bruyante et déjeuner trop tard !
Eric
Super bon rapport qualité prix
James
Excellent little place, new carpet installed, staff is respectful and helpful, restaurants near by, nice and very warm swimming pool, gym, classic, old but functional elevator, has EV charging stations.
Kevin
Room was clean and tidy. Common areas were spotless and freshly carpeted. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast included was typical and more than adequate.

This is our second visit and we were very pleased again. There’s a Boston Pizza adjacent to the hotel which is nice.
Mary
The gym has no disinfectant for you to clean after using the equipment. The pool smelled really strong of chlorine so if you have any sensitivity I would recommend not using it.
They say coffee 24/7, but it’s just a powder mix of French vanilla in a machine!
The floor in our room had stain spills on the floor, so obviously not mopped between uses.
We had issues with the air conditioner, I think it had been awhile since it was serviced. It smelled.
Staff were friendly.

Very clean hotel. We stayed for a hockey tournament and they were kind enough to have breakfast available earlier than the schedule 7 am to accommodate those with early games. Beds and pillows also super comfortable. I would stay here anytime.

Room was very clean. Nice pool area and pool was quite warm. Breakfast available, great coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bon petit déjeuner. Dans l'ensemble très bien!

We arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and the front desk staff was incredibly patient and attentive despite the late hour. My son asked about the gym’s opening hours, and although it opens till10, the staff member kindly offered to open it for us if needed, which we really appreciated. The staff we encountered the next day were just as friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is OK. Swimming pool is also clean and the staff checked the water quality occasinally. Overall, we had a very pleasant weekend stay and felt well taken care of throughout.
Ester
The room we stayed in was very dirty. It didn’t seem like they sweet or wiped anything down after their last guest.
Cool elevator though
Cool elevator though

Breakfast is terrible. A dog was barking in a room adjacent to us and I notified the receptionist who assured me they would take take of it but the dog continued to bark and cried so we couldn’t sleep.

The bed was so comfy and the room was renovated. We were close to all the amenities that we needed and was close to the Military school for our visit. The staff were super helpful in additional coffee packs for our room.
Thomas Bernadette
Everything was good except for the noise of people in the hallway! Very poor noise management around the doors mostly. You can see into the hallway around the door. The doors need to be insulated or foam barriers around the doors to prevent the inconsiderate person going to their rooms and kids running down the hallway. The most important thing is sleep and l got none! Thank you for the lack of sleep!!!!

Every things was good 😊
