Alex
My room was cancelled and I was not notified until I got to the front desk at check in. At that point, I had already travelled hours to Montreal. The front desk clerk was very nice though and did tell me the closest hotels in hopes I would find a room.
Jason
The staff that I spoke to were amazing and helpful however, the room itself was not available until two hours after check-in. Also, the toilet did not flush appropriately as it wouldn’t flush pee, however, was flush harder substances.
Melissa

Ideal if you need to be around brossard, still not far to drive into montreal, on a main road and restaurants and outlet mall nearby. Ideal spot for the price.

Issue with my reservation. Manager was horrible to deal with. Told her I was going to be adding a bad review. She didn’t care. Absolutely no desire to fix the situation. Workers were great. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Rooms need some fixing. Bathroom door didn’t close, shower leaked the whole time.

LAURA
I had a great two-day stay at the Comfort Inn in Brossard. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out for being both friendly and professional, which really made the experience smooth and welcoming.
A special thank you to Gopy and Tarik (reception). Emily (Breakfast) for their excellent service. Each of them was attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind, making sure everything went well during my stay.
Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nathalie
Loved my stay. Clean room. Staff very kind and smiling at all times. Perfect service. I did not put a 5-start just because the shower floor is highly slippery, like walking on ice, and I've been in other hotel with smart TV and better access to channels for the moments we want to chill out and enjoy our evenings. :) This would not keep me to go back though. :) Thank you for everything!

The breakfast was fine, as expected. The parking was also fine. The room was clean and neat but there was a burnt out light I couldnt get the tv to work. Staff seemed dismisive of my concerns and couldnt resolve them (I was there a little afyer 4:00pm). An inconvenient room change and the issues were resolved.

A strange thing happened! We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned. Booze containers on the table, bed not maid up, dirty linens
In the bathroom.
We went to the front desk and were given a new room that had been cleaned.
This has never happened to me before.
I’m not sure how to rate this.

The goods: above expectation breakfast, good and safe location, with many restaurants and stores nearby.
What could have been better: building is showing some age, with not so good sound insulation for internal walls.

Good location, safe and quiet. Refrigerator, bed mattress needs upgrade.
Suzanne
Room was dirty - the floor was sticky and evidently never mopped. Bed was uneven and super hard to sleep on. We could hear everything from inside the room - people talking, flushing from other rooms, etc. There was no way to adjust the AC, it kept reverting back to 62F despite trying to re-set it and even turning it off was impossible. Hair dryer was missing from our washroom, the back screen door was broken. The place is very dated and needs an update. Free breakfast was decent, the staff seemed friendly and the shampoo & conditioner dispenser in the washroom was a bonus.
Lindita
The bed was ok. The derive not good

Maybe have the staff ensure more control whenever teams are occupying a lot of rooms. So much noise in our room because of the kids running up and down the hall.
We drove from Nova Scotia with 2 kids and just wanted to shower and go to sleep.
I saw 10:18 before I finally fell asleep.
Kids should be in rooms by 9:00 at the latest.

The AC was very noisy and the room was a and a bit dated but comfortable. Great restaurant Barbies right across the road.
