We did not have a pet. The breakfast was nice though without any hot dishes. The room felt old and the sound-proofing was inexistent. For each of the 2 nights we had people laughing loudly and slamming doors once at ~2am and once between 3 and 4am. Finally, it would be nice if the fan could be left at low (to cover sounds) but the heat worked at the same time.

This time was all pretty good. Staff was great, and unlike last time, the highlight was the young man in the restaurant (March 07, 9 am) Super kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice, only complain.. no meat proteins, sausages or similar. Hotel needs some improvements, room was clean and decent, elevators are not in a quite good condition. I was promised an upgrade to king size, it didn't happen. Don't know why 🤔 Still, the room was ok.. Will book here again.

We would like to thank everyone who made our stay amazing. The rooms were clean, towels were available for everyone (it was counted and we did not have to request for more) and I loved the morning breakfast nook to just have some coffee and work before the family woke-up. Stayed Feb 02-05.. The room was very decent and we liked it, people at the reception were nice and professional. But... our experience in the restaurant was really bad and ruined the stay. That was the morning of February 05.The young man was very rude and disrespectful. People like this affect hotel business. We came to the restaurant at 9:05 am, got some bagels, coffee and a tea.. sat down to eat, all of sudden he started removing the food from the display. I told him that we were not done and need little more food or sweets. He yelled back, the restaurant is closed and nothing is available anymore. Not to mention how he was throwing the food into the plastic containers. My wife and I were shocked by such a behavior..
After we got out of the restaurant I told the man at the reception about our experience and he felt bad and tried to apologize. We appreciated his efforts but it didn't help much. Massage to management ... All other hotel staff work hard to accommodate the guests and then you have a single person who ruined all that in a whip. We've stayed in your hotel in December for 5 nights, this time 3 nights.. We are planing to stay at least two times more for a few nights before spring.. And certainly hoping something like that will never happen again, as we'll find another hotel instead . Thanks

Good place to travel with a dog - there is a dedicated doggy floor! right next to the Longueuil subway so convenient base to go to downtown Montreal. The room was functional and clean. The gym was pretty good, so were the pool and sauna. I’d go back in the future.

Expedia did not promptly inform the Hotel that we could not make it after a canceled flight. After a live chat twice with your agent. I most likely with use other means to book an hotel. If i loose out $150 dollars for a quick call that the agent said she make and did not get an answer, but i called twice and immediately got answered by the hotel staff. Hotel staff waited to be contacted by expedia. Just received a call from hotel staff at 12:02am wondering if we were still needing the room.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and met our needs for two adults and two kids. Appreciated having free parking and a quick drive across the bridge to downtown Montreal. Our only complaint was being awakened by the cleaning service at 8 AM on the day of our checkout. She indicated that we should have put a “do not disturb” sign on our door. I have never had to do this on the day of checkout and we didn’t appreciate having our sleep in disturbed. We put the sign on the door, and she knocked again one hour later!

Le tapis de la chambre était sale et le couvre lit aurait eu besoin d'un bon lavage (odeur). Pour le reste la chambre était ok. L'ascenseur et les tapis des corridors sont mal propres. L'hôtel est bien situé et ma chambre offrait une belle vue sur le fleuve et les ponts (15 ieme étage). Personnel du front desk sympatique, stationnement adjacent gratuit.

Hotel is not clean, tub is clogged, the hotel looks nothing like pictures posted, looks like it has not been cleaned or upgraded since 1985 .. the pictures are deceiving, definitely not worth paying over $110 per night for. The only pro is there’s parking lot right in front of the hotel entrance, which is a nice amenity.

- The lack of attentiveness was highly missing
- Me and family waited for couple of minutes around 11:40pm and nobody was at reception
- We kept on waiting at the door in the snow and main door to the lobby was closed
- We rang intercom nobody answered couple of times
- A Man after all the hustle came out with no courtesy at the reception and said our intercom isn’t working or what?!
- As if we like standing in snow almost at the midnight
- It’s not the end here , a housekeeping lady right around 7:30am banged my door and kept on waiting till I opened and she said oh I am sorry wrong door
- Same happened with my parents room too
- As if she wanted to kick us out before check out time
- Never in my entire lifetime I came across with such a practice in hospitality business
- I would never recommend this place to anyone later

Yes, the restaurant was great, and the service was fantastic! Great staff! However, due to the presence of noisy young room occupants on the 16th floor we did not have a restful night. Otherwise, the rooms were very neat and beautiful!

Location is excellent, we stayed twice, first time the room was bad, ac was not really working, smoke alarm was pasted which I reported to front desk, front desk staff on our first trip was excellent. second time out room was excellent !
Enjoyed swimming pool, second time fromt desk staff was not very keen to help or hospitable, overall 3 star out of 5, hotel does need some maintenance as it is getting dated and old.

The receptionist who checked in for us seems to be a lot nicer and professional than the two ladies who worked in the morning shift.

At night they let some random people go into the hotel which I did not feel safe.
And then in the morning there were so many construction workers standing at the door and took up the space at the entrance.

Not sure if they were to park there or what.

The room was okay. But not enough tissue paper and etc. The heat did not work properly and only ac / fan is working. Which was quite chilly inside the room

The hotel elevator is quite old, and although the room shows signs of renovation, it still feels dated. The air conditioning system is outdated and often shuts off on its own, and the noise level is quite high. Even with the outside temperature around 6°C, we still had to turn on the AC because the room felt stuffy and hot. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom, and the air in the room doesn’t circulate well. It’s hard to imagine how uncomfortable it would be to stay here in the summer. Although the hotel is right next to the highway, it’s easy for travelers to miss the exit since the road layout is somewhat complicated. Also, there’s another hotel with the same name in Longueuil, so make sure you double-check the address when using Google Maps.
