My husband and I had a great stay at Hotel Le Dauphin Montréal - Longueuil. The location is perfect for taking the metro to the city (less than a 10-minute walk). A grocery store is about 3-minute drive from the hotel. We took the river shuttle to Old Port Montreal one morning, it was a 4-minute Uber drive.
The hotel itself was clean, quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was plenty to start the day. Parking is free.
The only thing I was not completely satisfied was the quality of the shampoo and the conditioner. For women with long hair, bring your own!
It was an otherwise perfect 3-night stay at the hotel.

Clean and spacious room! We love that the room had a computer available as well for use. We had a car and found that the hotel had the perfect location for quick access to the city. Had free breakfast available as well! Would come back again.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour

Second year on a row that we stay there, everything was excellent. Parking is very convenient, breakfast is really simple but good. There’s a grocery store very close by as well an ice cream store right across the hotel. We will still come back.
Aline

We had a great 3 night stay at the hotel , the bed was very comfortable, the room clean and we had fresh towels everyday. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a good choice and plenty of it. It was easy to walk to the Metro and getting into the city was so easy. There was also places to eat near by.

Lina
Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast choices. Everything was perfect for my stay.

Rare gem. Just outside of the downtown core, we were able to easily find the hotel and go out for a night on the town. Secure and free self-parking was very appreciated. Would stay there again in the future.

Was traveling Montreal for couple of nights for vacations and location was perfectly situated near the vicinity of Montreal. Hotel was clean, no issues at all with amenities as mentioned in website. Would definitely consider this as an option for my next visit.

Very nice hotel. We loved the clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast was super good. And great location.

We arrived early, before check in time. The staff was very accommodating. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel and room was very clean.
The room was large, loved the bench and small table to sit at in the room.
The breakfast was good and fresh.
Lots of parking onsite. Secure. We have a truck and didn’t have to worry about underground parking.
Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay again if back in the area.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My vehicle was stolen overnight from the hotel parking lot during my stay. This has caused my family significant financial loss, stress, and inconvenience.
What disappointed me even more was the hotel’s attitude afterward. They showed very little concern, offered almost no assistance, and took no responsibility for helping guests deal with such a serious incident. I expected much better customer service and support.
If you value the safety of your vehicle and your belongings, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Great location, if you're driving in from Ontario you can avoid driving through downtown Montreal completely which saves a lot of time and stress. From the hotel you can walk across the bridge to downtown or take the metro from the university campus around the corner. Hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly, continental breakfast was well run and useful to have before setting out for the day
David
Excellent location for our needs. Great staff. Spacious, modern room which included a computer. Secure building. Included parking.
Very nice simple included breakfast buffet.
Only thing missing was decaf coffee.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, making it convenient to get around. The lobby is modern, welcoming, and gives a great first impression. The room itself was spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a computer in the room - such a unique and useful feature.
The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of options, and the coffee machine served some of the best coffee I've had at a hotel. Parking was easy, and there were multiple EV charging options available, which is a huge plus.
However, there is one thing that completely spoiled the experience for me: the bathroom sliding door. I honestly don't understand who thought it was a good idea. It didn't even close properly, offering little privacy and making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. Hotels should bring back regular bathroom doors - they work for a reason.
Everything else about the hotel was great, but the bathroom door is a deal-breaker for me, and it's the main reason I would hesitate to stay here again.
