Le service dans l'ensemble était satisfaisant, le personnel très accueillant et souriant.
Par contre, dans la chambre certains endroits étaient poussiéreux, pas du tout agréable pour quelqu'un qui souhaite passer une nuit de qualité.
Le lit après notre première nuit était mal dressé, la propreté pas bien faite. Je suppose qu'il s'agit d'un cas isolé.
Malgré tout, nous y retournerions volontiers.

In general it is an ok hotel. One of the elevators has had issues for years. You just have to push the door close button for it to actually close. I found some stains on my pillow and on the duvet like food or whatever. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said that was too bad. But I did not feel like they were going to rectify the situation. I expect clean sheets and linen when I stay at a hotel. If you need a quick place to stay it is good.

Clean room, friendly staff, will return on next trip to MTL. Only thing, there was freezing rain that was forecasted already but the property was not salted the day before. In the morning everywhere was ice, and I saw a lady fall by the front door and I asked if she was okay and she said no… thats so extremely unsafe. They partially salted the areas near the doors by afternoon.

El Hotel necesita mejor sistema de aire acondicionado y calefacción. Está a 25 minutos aproximadamente de las attracciones de Montreal. Es un hotel grande y cómodo pero necesita mejorar sus amenidades como incluir el desayuno en la tarifa como otros Holiday Inn.

Room had to receive ozone treatment to remove strong odour. But then the room had to be aired as the ozone odour was strong and gave an instantaneous headache. Given the windows do not open, we had to 'wave' the door for 30 minutes... In total we lost about 2 hours of use with no apologies and no compensation. All of this could have been done before we arrived.

The hotel has a very good location, just about a 15-minute drive from the city center, which makes it convenient without being in a busy area. One strong advantage is the free parking, which is definitely a plus and adds good value, especially for guests traveling by car.

The rooms are somewhat dated, but overall they are acceptable and functional. Everything works as expected, and the stay is comfortable enough for a short visit.

The person at check in never mentioned we have to put a sign on our door if we wanted our room cleaned, so our room was not refreshed with towells and garbage.
The day time clerk was very friendly and helpful we asked for plates and cutlery and she had them arranged for us from the restaurant. The evening clerk was the opposite, we asked for towels to be brought up and he told us to come get them at the desk. Overall it was a poor experience and I will not be staying again.

Overall our stay was good. Some of the issues were beyond the control of the hotel, like the loud construction next door which started VERY early our first morning. The rooms are not very sound proof. We had neighbours who came in and out of their room at all hours and liked to chat outside our door. The thing I found most annoying that could easily be rectified is the bedding. We had a king bed that clearly had queen bedding on it. Obviously the fitted sheet would not stay on properly and the comforter barely covered the mattress. Disappointed there was no complimentary breakfast which most Holiday Inn’s offer, instead there was a $22 breakfast buffet. All in all not a bad stay but could have been better.

The issue with the room was the plumbing at the tub 504 room . If y want a shower tub spout goes on at the same time as the shower and will not shut off . After cleaning the air con was turned on by staff . The air con is so loud we could not have it on . We are early risers and the restaurant was not open early enough for us for breakfast . No spare toilet paper was left in the bathroom . The place was nice and relatively quiet . Staff polite

Area has construction going on the signs for the hotel were off the building at my visit making it difficult to know if I was in the right place room have coffee maker but no sugar or milk for morning coffee. No coffee available for guests in Lobby for guests who don’t want to sit in for breakfast. Rooms are not sound proof could hear music and doors opening and closing. It’s not what I expected for a Holiday Inn Hotel but definitely a 3 star hotel.

Stayed one night for a family event—my first visit to Quebec. The hotel’s location was convenient for driving in and out. I appreciated Amanda at the front desk, who kindly assisted me with retrieving my IHG membership information so I could check in early.

The room was generally fine, but there was a strong odor in room 522. Upon checking, I noticed the smell seemed to come from the AC unit, which had visible black spotting across the fan section. This should be addressed by maintenance.

At checkout, I stopped by the dining area to ask if there was a place to heat my food. The staff member (Latino looking guy) I approached responded not with a greeting, but with “Do you work for the hotel?” in a dismissive tone. When I clarified I was a guest, he reluctantly directed me to the back. After heating my food, I considered sitting to eat, but he quickly came over and told me, “No, no, this area is for my guests. You can’t eat here.” I asked where I could sit, and he replied, “I don’t know, but the rules don’t allow outside food.”

I understood the policy, but his tone throughout was condescending and unwelcoming. I left feeling singled out and disrespected, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise positive service I received at the front desk the prior day. Customer service, welcoming, and respect, should be the standard for all guests and colleagues of the hotel.

we ordered 2 rooms, and had to request a new room once arrive, all 3 rooms had a moisture odor problem- like an old barber shop with a faulty AC. One day they didn't clean our room, although we left the door tag requesting it. the rooms and corridors are a bit too dark. The place has potential.

The hotel grounds itself was great and a was a good location to drive into Montreal.

The room upon entering smelled like it had been shut for months and before it was shut someone spilled a bottle of hard cider on the ground.

It was cramped space for a room with two beds. The air conditioner vents were directly touching my feet as I slept.

In the morning my partner asked the front desk if there was a microwave and fork she could use. She was directed to the restaurant where she asked the man working and he grunted and pointed over at a table. She grabbed a fork and then was yelled at saying “those are for paying customers only!!!”

Then the manager came out and huffed rolling her eyes and gave her a wooden fork. Such an odd experience.

Other than this it was a fine one night stop. I’d say from our experiences it gets a solid 3.
