Came here for the Formula 1 Grand Prix with my family and the hotel staff were friendly! Received a complimentary gift which was very nice for my son. My daughter enjoyed the pool.
Denise
Frederic
When I booked on your web site, and when I paid at the Hotel when I checked in... 170$ difference.. and this is unacceptable. All the rest is great. The place, the staff and the cleanness.
Gabrielle

Stephen
The accommodations were very comfortable and the location is convenient to the Metro station to go into the city of Montreal.
Andrei
Staff was inattentive, had to seat ourselves at the restaurant, noise in hallways past 11pm and snow plows operating outside our windows until 2am. Much more that went wrong but too much to type
Cynthia
Outdated and no microwave in the rooms. The rooms were small compared to other hotels.Breakfast was not included in the price.
Mohamed Reda
The rooms were clean and staff was very nice, they spoke both English and French, room was cleaned daily too.
Yves

In general it is an ok hotel. One of the elevators has had issues for years. You just have to push the door close button for it to actually close. I found some stains on my pillow and on the duvet like food or whatever. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said that was too bad. But I did not feel like they were going to rectify the situation. I expect clean sheets and linen when I stay at a hotel. If you need a quick place to stay it is good.

Staff was courteous and rooms were clean

Clean room, friendly staff, will return on next trip to MTL. Only thing, there was freezing rain that was forecasted already but the property was not salted the day before. In the morning everywhere was ice, and I saw a lady fall by the front door and I asked if she was okay and she said no… thats so extremely unsafe. They partially salted the areas near the doors by afternoon.
Lubny Clarens
I enjoyed my moment there, everything was in my taste!
Thelma
Mohammad
It was nice.

Michelle
i booked with breakfast via Expedia but the holiday inn staff said i didn’t. so we starve to death
Jean-Pierre
Room had to receive ozone treatment to remove strong odour. But then the room had to be aired as the ozone odour was strong and gave an instantaneous headache. Given the windows do not open, we had to 'wave' the door for 30 minutes... In total we lost about 2 hours of use with no apologies and no compensation. All of this could have been done before we arrived.
Maria
Clean room and excellent staff.

The hotel has a very good location, just about a 15-minute drive from the city center, which makes it convenient without being in a busy area. One strong advantage is the free parking, which is definitely a plus and adds good value, especially for guests traveling by car.
The rooms are somewhat dated, but overall they are acceptable and functional. Everything works as expected, and the stay is comfortable enough for a short visit.

Room next door was noisy all night. Called to front desk twice. Tried to dea with it however noise persisted from 11 pm to 3 am. Police should have been called.

The person at check in never mentioned we have to put a sign on our door if we wanted our room cleaned, so our room was not refreshed with towells and garbage.
The day time clerk was very friendly and helpful we asked for plates and cutlery and she had them arranged for us from the restaurant. The evening clerk was the opposite, we asked for towels to be brought up and he told us to come get them at the desk. Overall it was a poor experience and I will not be staying again.

Overall our stay was good. Some of the issues were beyond the control of the hotel, like the loud construction next door which started VERY early our first morning. The rooms are not very sound proof. We had neighbours who came in and out of their room at all hours and liked to chat outside our door. The thing I found most annoying that could easily be rectified is the bedding. We had a king bed that clearly had queen bedding on it. Obviously the fitted sheet would not stay on properly and the comforter barely covered the mattress. Disappointed there was no complimentary breakfast which most Holiday Inn’s offer, instead there was a $22 breakfast buffet. All in all not a bad stay but could have been better.
Jennifer
The issue with the room was the plumbing at the tub 504 room . If y want a shower tub spout goes on at the same time as the shower and will not shut off . After cleaning the air con was turned on by staff . The air con is so loud we could not have it on . We are early risers and the restaurant was not open early enough for us for breakfast . No spare toilet paper was left in the bathroom . The place was nice and relatively quiet . Staff polite
Richard
Property seem to be under renovation during my visit. Also the heat in the room didn’t work
Sean
Staff were great & friendly. Room was clean. Only issue was the ac unit was loud
Salma
Gym is very very basic . Small swimming pool. Poor service. Staff not nice the way they interact. Poor costumer service. I was disappointed. Doesn't deserve the price I paid
Anecia
Clean room, helpful staff
Melissa
Room was clean, staff friendly. Area has construction going on the signs for the hotel were off the building at my visit making it difficult to know if I was in the right place room have coffee maker but no sugar or milk for morning coffee. No coffee available for guests in Lobby for guests who don’t want to sit in for breakfast. Rooms are not sound proof could hear music and doors opening and closing. It’s not what I expected for a Holiday Inn Hotel but definitely a 3 star hotel.
