The place isn't safe at all. Someone gave me a bar to lock the steering wheel of my car. Also, there was a door in the room that led to another room, and I couldn't really lock it securely from my side. I didn't feel safe at all.

I’m giving this hotel 4 stars. The location was excellent just steps from the Metro, making it easy to explore Montréal. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the air conditioning. It kept the room cool, but it was very loud, especially every time it turned on during the night.

Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location, updated rooms, and friendly service.

there are a lot of parking lots; the room is clean and the bed is reasonably comfortable; the soap and shampoo is a bit too basic, but OK. some of the towels feel quite hard while others are fine. Breakfast is expensive for its quality.
for people travelling in summer, the air conditioning is those kind of window unit, which is very loud. it has to be turned off at night. However, neighbouring room's air conditioning might still be running, so ear plugs might be necessary.

Terrible hotel, was not worth the price paid at all. Breakfast wasn't included which made it worse, toiletries only included 2 shampoos and towels, no toothbrush and toothpaste
Thought there was no advertisement for the toiletries it is usually expected at a hotel. Staff were friendly but that was about it, the room wasn't clean, the toilet was stinky and very small, and the balcony view was a concrete wall. My first time experiencing such a terrible hotel, won't be going back there again.

The hotel itself wasn’t the best, but it’s a decent option if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring outside. One tip I’d definitely recommend is booking directly by calling the hotel instead of using Expedia—it can save you around $300 and also often includes breakfast, which isn’t always covered on Expedia.

Overall, the staff were really nice and helpful, and the location is quite convenient with a subway station nearby as well as a shopping mall within easy reach. It’s not a luxury stay, but for the price and location, it works well if you’re mostly out and about.

Breakfast is great, they don’t have room service. I’m disappointed with the cleaning because the housekeeper came in but didn’t sweep the floor. For the parking is good but it’s scary because every customer has to lock the wheel so they don’t steal your car. The staff are great at the reception great welcome, after that everything is good, good location. I think it’s a reference for everyone coming to Quebec.

Our first room the toilet got clogged and they had nothing to unclog the toilet so we had to change rooms. Parking was in abundance. Location was next to the metro and made for traveling around very easy. Lack of food choices in area made it difficult for late dinners since the mall across the street closes between 5-6pm for most stores and did not open until 10 or later. If it was not for the metro being there this would have been a horrible place to stay since it was so far from everything. Metro was very safe and clean. The hotel was clean on the inside and outside had trash but next to a metro explains it. However, when you have fire alarm hanging off the wall felt a little lazy. All and all we would stay here again.

We came to Montreal for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. We arrived 3 days early to explore Montreal before the race. I wasn't sure of the location but once we figured out logistics, we found the being outside the downtown of Montreal was better for us. The green metro line literally dropped us off next door to the hotel and using the metro was so efficient. Location next to a mall and various good restaurants, were a life saver after the crazy crowded venue. We were essentially the opposite direction of the crowds, near the suburbs. Depending on what you want for location, this may or may not be for you. About 1/2 hour from the \"action\" of downtown.

The hotel itself was fine. A typical hotel with pool and breakfast room. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we made use of it. We had no issues with noise, as I asked for upstairs room in the back. The room was clean, beds comfortable and heat/air units in windows worked well.

I would say bring liquid soap if you are not fond of the little palm sized soaps.

I didn’t sleep for four nights because there was constant banging, and you could hear people walking above your head. You can hear from your room every time someone opens and closes their door. I didn’t bring my own shampoo and conditioner because every hotel has, their shampoo and their soap was cheap and disgusting. I couldn’t even wash my hair again because II didn’t bring my own shampoo and conditioner because every hotel has, their shampoo and their soap was cheap and disgusting. I couldn’t even wash my hair again because I didn’t want to use it. The remote control backing kept falling off, the blow dryer was all tangled. This hotel was straight up. Hotel photos look much better then it really is. I would rate the hotel similar to a Motel 6 and the nightly rate was rediculous even considering that our booking was during the Canadian Grand Prix. Found that if you booked directly with the hotel you received a coupon for a free breakfast. If you booked online you did not get the coupon. Breakfast was $130.00 for 3 people and the quality was bad. You only got one toast with breakfast. Never heard of that. Bathroom had a tub with shower spray that required an engineering degree to figure out how to stop it from falling out of its holder. Toilet was made for a child. There was mold around most of the caulking in the bathroom. We mistakenly booked a room that had 2 double beds instead of 2 queen beds. We had to buy some air mattresses to fit our two additional grown children. We paid almost $2700 for 6 nights or over $400 per night. The only positive about the hotel was that it was 100ft away from the metro line which allowed us to travel throughout Montréal and leave our vehicle at the hotel.

The hotel was perfect for us, we were there for the race and it was right on top of the subway which meant a quick 40 minute train to the venue and a quick run to the downtown core. Restaurant and shopping was right across the street. I wished I would have got the one young lady name at front desk (long curly hair ) as she was so friendly and amazingly helpful.
