There. Is. No. Soundproofing. Despite their brag/advertising about it. You will hear every single door open and slam shut at all hours of the night, luggage coming and going. You will hear the people above you all night long and you will even hear other people's cell phones ringing. No check in cutoff which should have been a warning sign. But we trusted if they wrote soundproofing they wouldn't lie about it. Don't make the same mistake I did. Other interesting choices....no fitted sheets. I don't know if they can't afford to replace them or what their issue is but they use a flat sheet that falls off all night. The cherry on the sundae of this trip was the AC. It works but whines like my mother in law. And then randomly makes other clunking noises. Just avoid...

We had a very pleasant stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Montreal. The hotel is a great affordable option for anyone visiting Montreal who doesn’t want to spend too much on accommodation. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay.

The hotel offered good value for the price, and everything we needed was provided. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel that’s clean, peaceful, and conveniently located, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I would ensure you have a room in the back. We had a room that was constantly noisy. They also didn’t have a fitted sheet. We asked and they said they would and returned to another sheet and not a fitted one. The rooms are small. The only positive was that it was a convenient location. Would not return.

This location worked well for us. It was, as expected, a lower budget accommodation but the staff were great and the room was well maintained...for the most part. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, but after a couple nights we got used to it. There was ample parking.

We did not attend the on site restaurant, so I cant really speak to that. I did see people at the restaurant/bar.

The room was right next-door as close as you can be to the registers office or you check in and check out. The noise was terrible. We paid over $500 for a two day stay and the beds were not very nice and at checkout we got called at 11:01 when we were trying to leave our room to get out of our room we’ve had we stayed at many hotels and never was treated like this and the noise was beyond terrible, and lastly, the hotel was fully booked on the Friday night and Saturday night and their local little tavern pub inside the hotel closed at 11 o’clock at night when people were just checking in around 11 and probably like us were hungry and couldn’t find a restaurant, but an hour away from our motel.

Unfortunately, the customer service during our stay was extremely disappointing. We understood that our reservation was non-refundable, but after staying six of the seven nights, we asked to leave just one day early on compassionate grounds because my special-needs child was unwell.

We followed the front desk’s instructions, gave advance notice, called the general manager and sent an email, but received no response or flexibility. When we checked out early, a staff member took my phone number and assured me that the general manager would call. We are still waiting for that call and for any kind of response or resolution.

We were not asking to cancel the entire reservation—only for some understanding after already completing most of our stay. The lack of compassion, communication and follow-up made a difficult situation even more upsetting.

Based on our experience, I would recommend staying somewhere that values its guests and is willing to show basic understanding when a family is dealing with a sick child.

We had booked two rooms with two queen beds each.
One of the rooms had the smallest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel. Neither room had mirrors, a desk, a wardrobe, or a chest of drawers. While the second room had a decent-sized bathroom, it also lacked all of the above amenities.

The room was clean. The amenities were zero helpful. There was not even a proper light in the room it was too dark. We complained the bed lamps were not working and the receptionist didn’t even care to check it or even apologize for the inconvenience. It was a crammed up space and not enough space to keep anything in the room. Will not recommend to anyone for sure.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The room was much smaller than expected, leaving very little space to move around comfortably or store luggage. The washroom was outdated and showed signs of wear and tear, making it feel unclean and poorly maintained. The shower was also old and inconvenient to use, with low water pressure and inconsistent water temperature. Overall, the small room, outdated facilities, and uncomfortable bathroom experience made the stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

The place was clean. The front desk lady was a little rude at check in. We were 2 hours early she did not seem very happy. Was very cheerful at checkout though. We had booked rooms 187 & 189. The rooms were clean however, we got back to the hotel at 1am. The bed was super squeaky and our rooms were underneath a hallway on the 2nd floor. We were woken up around 8am by people walking back and forth and im assuming the cleaning lady's carts rolling extremely loud back and forth. It was a terrible sleep I do not recommend those rooms. Everyone was super tired the next day because of how loud it was.

I had no hot water for a full 24 hours of my two night stay here. The staff was super slow to have this resolved and I didn’t see the plumber there to fix this issue till 24 hours later. They did not put me in a different room while the water was cold. They kept telling me to just wait till it’s fixed. I would never stay here again! I have had way better accommodations while in a 3rd world country!!!
