Breakfast definitely needs to be improved, same stuff everyday, only thing they offer to make fresh are eggs. Also jams need to be changed after every guest, because we had used and half empty ones(photo attached). Our AC didnt work when we arrived, but front desk staff was very professional and quick to give us a new room, props for that. Overall great hotel, great location and service.

Gracious staff. Breakfasts were amazing- they covered my table for 4 with a wide variety breakfast foods.

Great boutique hotel in a very convenient location. Wonderful staff and management. Beautiful breakfasts and plenty of fresh choices. Mr Murat, the manager was kind, welcoming and couldn't do enough for-us. We stayed a week and were sad to leave. Amazing showers as well.

Great location in very clean and friendly hotel

Very smart, clean and historic property. Only minutes from Sultanhamet square and tram stop.
Lovely bathroom.
Bed a bit low and soft for us but thats personal choice.
Had suite room. For information there were no welcome drinks or fondue but we got a free sweet every day.
There was no Netflix ( unless you had your own password??)
No free soft drinks or sweets from minibar, price list displayed!
Did not bother us as did not need these freebies but it may annoy some people.
View from window poor but no big deal.
Very noisy at prayer times but we were next to multiple mosques.
Breakfast was massive, much of it uneaten on all tables, so a bit of a waste
Lovely towels and bedding. Loads of hot water and toiletries
Good air conditionong

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast they serve is amazing (and huge!) with eggs, fruit,pastries and a number of Turkish dishes. Our room was huge and incredibly charming! Bed was very comfortable. They had tea and coffee in the room and a small fridge with drinks and snacks. You could walk from the hotel to ALL of the sites, it’s so well located for sites, restaurants and shopping. I strongly recommend this charming boutique hotel. You will love it! They even took a poloroid of us in the dining room on our last morning for use to keep. So sweet!

Fabulous hotel in old town

This boutique hotel is great for a very central stay in Istanbul, it is so well located.
All the staff was very friendly and so welcoming.
The breakfast is fabulous too!
I would definitely recommend this hitel for a family stay or a couple's holiday.

\"Following my recent visit to Istanbul, I would like to share my exceptional experience with the miniature hotel I have chosen. As a solo traveller, I carefully compared the options in Istanbul, and it really won my heart through online searches. My four-night stay last December exceeded all my expectations.

First of all, the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was simply extraordinary, and the atmosphere created by the staff added a special dimension every morning. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, thanks to the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel.

The hotel's privileged location, in the heart of the old town and a few minutes from the tram, made my trips very convenient. The quality of the catering, the general atmosphere and the breakfast room were aspects that I particularly appreciated.

The roof offering a perfect panoramic view for my afternoon telework sessions. I highly recommend this hotel at 100%. For an optimal experience, I suggest requesting rooms on the upper floors, thus avoiding possible first floor noises from the reception during the night.

For me, this hotel undeniably deserves a 10 out of 10. Happy stay to future travellers!\"

This property is a charming gem. Great location, charming rooms, great roof top deck, superb breakfast and wonderful people. Close to all Istanbul attractions, good restaurants and transportation. Our room was on the small side, but had all we needed, with charming antique accents. Very quiet, since we faced the back. Would definitely return there.

Very good location. Walking distance to many major sights and near to restaurants. The area was safe and lively but not loud. Staff were helpful. They arranged a dinner cruise for us one evening and helped us with transportation back to the airport. Their breakfast was very good with fresh cooked eggs, fresh bread and many Turkish salads served with a variety of fruits and cheeses. The rooms, while smaller than I had expected, were very nice, clean and well decorated. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a dental kit. Plenty of hot water and were very clean. I would definitely stay here next time. The location alone makes it ideal but the staff and the lovely rooms made it extra special.

Amazing hotel in a great location.
This hotel was beautiful, we had the top floor to ourself which made our stay very quiet. It was spacious, well covered with blinds to block out the heat, great air con and a great bathroom. The only negative was that ONE of the spa features was not working which was communicated to the Hotel Staff.
The other feature worked but was too strong to just relax in it.

Apart from that this hotel has one of the best terraces you will find in Istanbul. It is the perfect height to see the Sofia and the Blue mosque.
The hotel is well renovated with beautiful features in every corner.

The breakfast was delightful. The waiter (From Azerbaijan) is an incredible human. Speaks multiple languages and is very lovely to speak to.
The cleaning staff (One Gentleman) was amazing. The staff at the hotel make it even better. Thanks for the lovely stay in Istanbul.

We would like to thank the staff of Hotel Miniature for the wonderful time we had during our stay there between June 21-25. Everybody was so friendly, polite and accommodating! Always smiling and ready to help! Thank you nice people! The hotel itself it's a hidden gem in the heart of the busiest and most attractive part of Istanbul. It is located literally 5 minutes walking distance away form the main tourist attractions: Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and the Grand Bazaar. The hotel is very clean, modern looking and well maintained. Rooms are unique and offer everything needed for a relaxing stay when visiting Istanbul! Breakfast is a must, offering samples from the local food and more traditional foods at the same time. Once again, we have noting but praise for the staff of the hotel, no mater kitchen staff, servers, cleaning staff or the front office - they all were great and made us feel welcomed at any time! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Istanbul, especially for tourists visiting for the first time! Thank you Hotel Miniature!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Hotel Miniature. Could not fault anything. The staff were very helpful before and during our stay answering our many questions. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable and had all the amenities that we required. The breakfast was superb, so plentiful with many different options and all so very tasty. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to all the main tourist attractions with the Grand Bazar, Spice Market, Basilica Cistern Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace all within close proximity. We also were able to walk across Galata Bridge to visit the tower and walked up to Taksim Square, this is a little further but still manageable and we got to see so many different things along the way. The hotel also had a great number of restaurants close which suited us for dinner each night. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough about what an awesome experience my husband & I had at Hotel Miniature. The room was charming & clean. The staff were warm, friendly & hospitable. The location was within short walking distance to restaurants and the city center. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast feast included with our stay. The food was delicious and more than we could eat! From the roof, we enjoyed an incredible view of Hagia Sophia & the Bosphorus Bridge. We plan to return to Istanbul one day & we will definitely stay at Hotel Miniature.

The hotel seems nice at first, but the longer we stayed the more disappointing it became. Our floors in the bathroom were never mopped and I know because one of us got cut on the first day, and a drop of blood was at the entrance to the bathroom. It was there for the duration of our stay. Amenities weren’t that great, like the iron/ironing board is table top, and we were always given two towels in a triple room. Breakfast was not great and on our last day there was no bread, cold eggs, and stale cereal. We didn’t eat that morning, but we were charged for ordering tea, which I think the hotel could have easily comped for the inconvenience of checking out hungry.

Hotel Miniature was perfect for the long weekend my wife and I enjoyed in Istanbul. The location of the hotel to all the main tourist sights is great - all within walking distance. The tram is a few minutes away. The staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant - all so polite, willing and helpful. A true 'A Team'. It's in a great location but still quiet at night. It has a roof terrace with views of the bridge, Hagia Sofia and the blue mosque. The suite was exactly the same as the pictures on the website. The bed was comfortable and the sofa was lovely. All the staff were polite, friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast room is in the basement but has a glass ceiling so it's light and airy. The food was very nice. It's my favourite hotel I have stayed in in Istanbul ( and I have stayed in quite a few!) I'm happy to recommend it and look forward to staying again next year.

Metro is also very close so it’s easy to get to attractions outside of the old city, but you can still walk to Taksim Square and other attractions

From the moment we arrived, this place has been 5*. From the small personal tokens the hotel did for us to the room and overall hotel space. The rooms were very modern and had everything we needed for our stay. I also liked the traditional wall look that were In our room. Location was perfect, on the doorstep to everything and breakfast was also very nice. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a few days in Istanbul. Would very much come back and stay here again.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Tucked away on a quiet street 10 mins walk from the Blue Mosque and Agia Sofia and then 10 mins in the other direction to the Grand Bazaar. It's also right next to some of the best restaurants in Istanbul according to Trip Advisor.
The Staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. We were met by Murat when we were arrived and his knowledge and explanations of the local area were fantastic. He also helped us book a tour and showed us clearly on the map how to walk everywhere.
We probably had the worst room location wise (room 101) as our bedroom door opened into reception so we could hear everyone come and go during the night but with ear plugs it wasn't so bad! The rooms were lovely and clean and well appointed. The hotel also arranged a special birthday surprise for my husband as it was his birthday whilst we were visiting which was brilliant.

Finest and tasteful appointments in a new rebuild of a wonderful old building. Quiet at night yet minutes walk from both bazaar and hagia Sofia. Great breakfast, and at scores of restaurants 1-15 minutes away.
For the money and privacy I recommend very highly. You get excellent personal service from this family owned establishment

Aside from it's top location, this is a gem tucked away in a little street between the Ayasofya and the Blue mosque and the grand bazaar. There are lots of dining and drinking options in the area. Special mention to Aituk ( but all the staff were great) who made my stay such a pleasure.

To put it simply... from check in to check out, everything about this hotel was genuinely fantastic! If you are looking for a hotel in the heart of Istanbul then this is the hotel for you. 2 minute walk from Hagia Sofia, Blue mosque and Topkapi palace yet tucked away in a quiet side street. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with considerate attention to detail. Bathroom looks unused and all facilities work perfectly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The view from the terrace was spectacular. I love Istanbul and now i know i have a perfect hotel to stay in when I visit again.

We stayed at Hotel Miniature for 6 nights during our time in Istanbul. They are excellently located in Sultanahmet, very close proximity to Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque & Tram stop. Their location is tucked away on a quite street away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.

The room and bathroom cleanliness was superb, we were very happy with this.

We stayed there for 1 night. The service was exceptional and he attention to detail was remarkable. When we arrived, our name was written on a board welcoming us to the place. This was such a heartfelt gesture. The service was exceptional throughout the stay and care was taken to provide us with anything that we need. The place has breathtaking views of Hagia Sophia from the terrace.
The place also serves breakfast in the morning. I would suggest them to include custom made eggs to the menu as well beside the many options that are already available.

We had a great stay at Hotel Miniature in Istanbul. The location is central and within walking distance to many great sights. The hotel itself and rooms are very clean and exactly as pictured. You are served a buffet style breakfast every morning. The staff is extremely accommodating and will go out of their way to help, which we really appreciated. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view so I took advantage and had room service delivered there one night. I hope to come back again! I would definitely stay in the future.

Fantastic place to stay in Istanbul

This is a great hotel. Newly renovated, beautiful inside and out. Such a perfect location for touring Istanbul, walking distance to everything. The staff is probably the best that I have ever experienced a any hotel, very attentive, kind and always there to help. The room was great, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was great each day and the eating room is very nicely decorated. Our favorite part was the rooftop deck and view of the city. Amazing. And all this for a great price. Istanbul is beautiful and very safe, you shouldn't hesitate to visit and when you do you should stay at hotel miniature.

As a boutique hotel, the service is exemplary and personalized to guests specific needs. The staff are friendly, attentive and take pride in providing guests with an optimal experience. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated in a modern and clean style that highlights traditional Turkish decor.
This was my first trip to Istanbul and the hotel staff helped us navigate our way through Istanbul and gave advice and recommendations on where to go and where to eat. When we arrived, they greeted us like family and were quick to provide refreshements and a never-ending supply of Turkish delights. The breakfust buffet is incredible and the chef truly cares about serving high quality food. The greeting note, chocolate fondue and welcoming attitude from all the staff made this hotel experience one of a kind. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Istanbul and will definitely be back.
