We loved staying at the Luxury in Transit property so much that we extended our stay by a few more days. The apartment was very clean and well furnished—it even had a first aid kit! The bathroom had dual sinks and nice finishes. The shower had a rainfall and spray wand which was great. Also, the location was PERFECT! It is right in the heart of the historic district of Montreal and close to everything. The kitchen was high-end and had everything we needed and more. Finally, we appreciated the snacks, coffee, tea, and water in the apartment.

Positives: clean property, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, plenty of storage, fully equipped kitchen, excellent location, great a-con, extra supply of towels, toilet paper etc available
Negatives: extra charge for housekeeping and early checkin.
Access code not available before 3pm checkin. No parking on-site.
Other: When choosing room at time of booking, photos should correlate with the actual room you will be assigned (instead of having multiple photos of all apartments)

Whoever book this place just have to read the fine prints. This is an apartment style booking. There is no concierge on site. All communications are through texts or email. They make things very clear so there shouldn’t be confusions. As long as you are aware of that, the place is beautiful and clean and you are literally in the middle of all the action on Old Montreal. We had a very pleasant stay.

The property is ultra convenient with the entrance right on Jacques Cartirer Square. There IS an elevator. The one bedroom unit we had was very spacious with excellent AC, a waher dryer and modern kitchen. The view is onto the back alley, but this wasn't a concern for us. There can be a bit of carryover noise from other units, but not so intense that we were concerned. We would very gladly book another stay at this property.

It's one of the best places to stay in Mtl! Located right at Vieux-Port and only 2 minutes to the river and the metro line. It's also clean, well-decorated and the owners are super responsive. Would recommend!

Nicely remodeled aparthotel in the center of Old Montreal, with easy walking access to restaurants and major sites. Very clean, spacious, and convenient. Communication for check-in and our stay were clear and efficient.

Keep in mind that this is located in a populated area with restaurants below, so if you’re highly sensitive to noise you’ll want to keep that in mind, but we didn’t find it to be bothersome for sleeping and loved the location overall. Would gladly stay here again in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mix of strong positives and a few notable drawbacks.

The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to Old Montreal and close to many key attractions, restaurants, and shops. It’s very convenient for exploring the area without needing transportation.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the view was disappointing. My room faced the back of the building, with a small window overlooking an unattractive structure, which took away from the overall experience. I did try to communicate with the hotel about this, but was informed that a room with a better view would require an additional upgrade fee.

The bathroom facilities also felt quite dated and could benefit from some renovation or refreshing. Additionally, the air quality in the room felt somewhat stale, which made the space less pleasant over time.

Overall, the hotel has a great location and good room size, but improvements in room views, bathroom updates, and air quality would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Fabulous accommodation and location. Communication was perfect and timely and kept the entire stay stress free. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Could not have asked for a better location in Montreal. Sights and attractions, walking tours and wonderful restaurants were all just steps away. When we return to Montreal this is where we will stay.

Well located if you want to be in the middle of the Old Port action and dont have a car.

Well decorated but shower drain doesnt evacuate, shortage on towels and very loud depending on the unit youre in.

Team was very responsive when we asked to change unit due to noise. We moved right away to no view but quiet, which we needed.

Location was fantastic! It was amazing to open the door and step right out onto Place Jacques Cartier! Great restaurants and close to many attractions. We were able to walk or bike to almost all of our destinations in the city; even longer walks were very enjoyable and flew by quickly.

Apartment was true to the pictures, beautiful and well lit. Unfortunately ours faced an alley and dumpster area which was an unpleasant view and came with some unwanted noise. We would have loved a view out over the square, but understand that not all apartments can come with a great view.
Two things were missing that puts this property at 4 stars instead of 5: The biggest frustration was that there were only two towels. I would consider it standard to have four towels for a two-person room. I read this complaint in other reviews and was disappointed to see that the property has not made this change. It is a cheap luxury to skimp out on in such a beautiful apartment! It seemed too small an issue to call and complain about, but I would suggest that more towels be added, as well as an extra towel bar. There is certainly space in the bathroom for it! The only other thing I wish the room had was a throw blanket for the couch that could double as an extra blanket on the bed if needed. I do hope the property takes these two complaints into consideration! But otherwise, we loved the apartment and would absolutely stay again.
