I was annoyed because the room had 4 unipersonal beds like bunk beds while I expected 2 double beds, but, the room was clean, the bathroom clean, and the breakfast very good. The parking was supposedly included, but it was charged apart. In general the cost benefit relation is good.

The room was tiny and we could have booked elsewhere for two double beds and a bit more room for the same price. Plus, the parking situation was ridiculous. Only 32 spots and it’s first come first served? That should have been stated somewhere clearer.

Just an FYI, rooms are a lot smaller than expected, European size.
Bare Minimum(small fridge). No microwaved in the entire hotel to warm up a muffin.. For the price, paying for location.

I booked online. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and the process was very easy. I was given a great room on the seventh floor. Which was a great view of downtown Montreal. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. Thank you for accommodating me when I was suddenly stranded in Montreal.

Heat was not working in the restaurant during breakfast time and it was really cold; when I complained about it, the empoyee replied she had the flu because of it
We had no access to the bathroom at the restaurant because it was out of order
Breakfast was too poor (only boiled eggs & croissant) conpared to was is being offered under different windham hotels chain
Cornflaks corner was empty and was not refilled
In sum our stay was terrible
We do not recommend itat all
Overpriced to what you get in return!

Everything was good except for one item; no hot water! This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it now has happened twice.

Last year and this year, I went to take a shower, ran the shower water for 30 seconds before entering and there was still no hot water. Given my time constraints, I ended up taking a cold shower again this year.when I called the front desk, they sent a maintenance person up. He opened up both the sink and shower faucets and ran them for 2.5 to 3 minutes before the water was hot. At least I now knew for the next time. That said, this us an incredible waste if water due to insufficient water heating for higher levels.

I spoke to the front desk and advised them that this should be clearly communicated to clients staying at the hotel. I also requested a partial reimbursement or credit, as this occurred two years in a row. My understanding is that Hotels.com will have to coordinate with Travelodge to this effect. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.

Parking was 35$ which I find expensive for Montreal. It didn’t even say it was an upcharge on Expedia.
Room was super small and breakfast was SOOOO limited. There was barely anything to eat. For the price of this hotel plus the parking fee, I could have found something so much better than that

Yes, the staff were very courteous. However, the room could have had better lighting, as it only had two table lamps. Although the hotel offered all the necessary amenities, the room itself could have been more spacious. We stayed for two days, and the breakfast menu remained the same throughout, which became a bit monotonous.

The property was posting a missleading photos about the room size, I had a queen bed size, with extremely small room & limited space to move + extra small bathroom with annoying extract fan that forcebly connected to the light switch.
The house keeping staff are so annoying during there morning rooms' cleaning, disregarding any sleeping guests that came in holiday to rest.
The entire building accoustic is so bad.

Restaurant offering - Poor Travelodge only offered breakfast, no lunch, no dinner, and the breakfast was continental
Vending Machine - Poor There was one vending machine for the entire hotel, the vending machine wasn’t stocked and the offering was limited at best
Housekeeping - Excellent. They cleaned the rooms on time and there were very efficient.
Parking - Cumbersome
Staff - GENERALLY, good. But I had one staff member, I think on Thursday Nov 13 and she was TERRIBLE. Didn’t open the parking gate TWICE when I asked for assistance and instead told me how I should be opening it. Assigned my parking to my mother who was NOT the driver. I booked 2 rooms, we had 4 keys, the attendant assigned 4 keys to ONE room 😵‍💫, and then when I asked her to assign 2 keys to mother in 1017 and the other 2 and parking to me in room 1020; and the attendant did the EXACT opposite.

Everyone outside of her was great. But yeah, if we could work on the amenities, that would be helpful.

Vous pouvez vous stationner dans la rue juste après l'hôtel (perpendiculaire à René-Lévesque) pour faire le check-in ensuite l'accès au stationnement de l'hôtel est disponible seulement une fois que vous avez payé à la réception... mais vous devrez refaire le tour du quartier pour pouvoir revenir au stationnement qui se trouve juste avant l'hôtel sur René-Lesvesque.

The room was fine, the staff was fine. There was a lot of noise from the adjoining room. Breakfast was not great. For the price of the room, I expected the boiled eggs to have been peeled—no peanut butter for the toast and no jam. I was expecting an elaborate breakfast. There was a 50-dollar surcharge on the room as a damage deposit. Really! I am an older lady travelling alone. Did the hotel think I was going to damage the room? The ozone machine was in the room when I opened the door. I had to call down to the front desk to have them come and remove it. I may never stay there again.

No Bath soap. The bed squeak and the middle of the bed is caving in, it is very uncomfortable.
Breakfast, same menu every day no other option.
It can be fixed easily by the management.
I still recommend this hotel and when I’m back to Montreal I will book my stay here.

Property was ok, thick dust and cobwebs over the railings where you sit and eat breakfast. Breakfast itself was a disappintment - 4 days of juice boxes, yourgart, over boiled eggs, bread and croissant. Highlight was the fresh melon/pineapple.
Staff are lovely and accommodating. Place was quiet. Room was clean but smaller than a colleage dorm room. I was prepared for small from the reviewes but still surprised at what small is there.

Only incidents we had.Was the housekeeper cleaning the room when one of us was in the shower. She banged on the bathroom door and proceeded to clean the room with the hallway door open. Frightened the heck out of

I give it 5 stars for cleanliness and location if you want to see Old Montreal. It is next to Chinatown so there’s tons of eatery around. Grocery store and shopping is a stone throw away, therefore it’s very convenient for everyday needs. I give it a 3 or even a low 2.5 for the room as our bed mattresses are lumpy and pillows were almost flat.
This our second time to stay in this hotel in 3 years, and I thought I was appointed to a better room the last time, we’re here in 2022.

Not a bad place to stay if you don't mind things not working properly. First room we checked into the shower wasn't working. Called the front desk and they sent someone up. Got a new room after waiting nearly 25 mins. Upon getting the new room I thought everything was functional. Only to find later on the fridge was broken and my food went bad. Also the air conditioner wasn't working properly either. By the time I returned to my room it was 3am and to late to call down to the front desk. After raising my concerns to the front desk they did nothing to rectify the situation and had horrible customer service.
