Great location and comfortable suite. We were on the first floor and still got a quiet night and lots of rest. The bed and pillows were fantastic, towels were fluffy, and we had plenty of space. I missed having a microwave, but not a deal-breaker. The property was smoke-free, however, there was a strong smell of cigarretes at the entrance hallway from folks smoking right outside the door and walking in - I would suggest having a designated smoking area a bit further away from the entrance. Restaurant was conveniently located by the reception and staff was incredibly friendly, despite my lack of proficiency in french. Overall, excellent stay.

The pictures do not align with the reality of the property. The Expedia ad portrays a boutique hotel however that was not the reality of the hotel that we stayed in. This is a transient Motel and the rooms are not reflective of what the ad shows online. Do not book this place unless yiu see it in person first.

We stayed at this hotel because my son who is a high-performance swimmer had a competition in Montreal. and discovered there were mice in the room. We heard them at night. We couldn't sleep at all and they got into our food and garbage. We didn't get a refund for that as well.
This situation is very serious because:

The room was in good condition clean. But the section they put us 302 is not good area. We had random people asking us to open the door with our room card. Did not feel safe after it happened a few times. We reported it but it did not stop the reception only told us don’t open the door for them. But the person is right there ready to go in as soon as you open the door. And not only that but after I left my son rented a room for 2 weeks and was given a room in that section even tho we asked a room in another section. Did not feel safe there with random people coming n going all the time and asking us to open the door for them.

Rooms were clean, spacious and good. Convenient location near the highway and 15mins away from the Botanical Garden. Area is quiet and staff were helpful. There is breakfast available but since they have a kitchenette we cooked our own breakfast. Still $13 for a breakfast was not so bad. Would book here again when we comeback and visit Montreal. For the price, everything as great. Value for money.

Hall ways smell bad; urine and weed. Rooms are pretty dirty, bathroom was gross, floors were sticky so I kept my shoes on, pillows were thrown into the bed and not nicely placed.

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and overall pretty nice for the price point. The experience was great, my only issue is that the area doesn’t have a whole lot around so it is best if you have a rental car.

Parking is free and easy but they ask for a $150 deposit for the stay. The room was very dirty and there was only one towel. I bought lysol wipes to wipe touch points. Sheets look clean. Shower was broken and there was no way to wash ourselves.

Don't book a room here if you want to sleep. People coming and going at all hours of the night. Doors banging and people talking in the hallways. They do weekly and monthly rentals. Perhaps some people work odd hours.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We got there around 10pm and our room with a kitchenette wasn’t cleaned, so they switched us to a basic room for one out of three nights and didn’t offer a partial refund. The basic room smelled like crap and fart as I opened the door. The floors were sticky. The bathroom was pathetically tiny; the standing shower is barely enough for my size (I’m 5’ and 160 lbs). The water hit the wall and you can’t adjust it, so it’s hard to take a proper shower. The shower was also dirty and had some black spots.
The kitchenette room wasn’t any better - no drawers, small room, same tiny standing shower. The photos they use are inaccurate, it is NOT that clean and big. There’s no bathtub.
Also, we booked on Expedia and it was $142/night. We later checked again when we got there and it was suddenly $86/night. Not even worth $86, and a total rip-off at $142. Do not recommend at all. The location is 10km from downtown Montreal which is its only plus.
