Modern looking hotel with a nice restaurant/bar. Completely renovated
Marc-antoine

It was nice. The king size room for 2 people is good for a couple, the shower is not private to the rest of the room which would be weird if you are travelling with a friend or family member. It was funny, my kids made fun of it. :) lol The double room for my kids was good but outdated. The stay was nice overall but I’m not sure if I would return, like half of the hotel was renovated and something is missing so if you are a picky about hotels may be want to give it a second thought, otherwise is ok.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. We were traveling with a baby, and the hotel made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Marvelous however $150.00 for incidental. I travel a lot. Not good

Awesome hotel but we just didn't have enough time to take full advantage of all it has to offer. If you fly into YHU airport in Montreal. There are lots of hotels nearby but this one is a no brainer! Clean, modern and friendly staff.

When we plan a night away from the family, we always choose here. The atmosphere the second you walk in is great. The staff are always so helpful and always serve us with a smile.
The room was clean and spacious. This is the only hotel my husband enjoys the comfortable mattresses.
Quiet floors, all the amenities you would need in a room.
We have yet to try the pool or sauna, but hopefully on our next trip.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, great interior especially the lobby. The hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed our pool time. The room service was good and quick. The staff are friendly and very helpful; I had multiple bookings for 4 consecutive days and they helped me combine the stay to avoid re-checking in. I loved my stay at hotel Mortagne!

Clean Room, Friendly Staff

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
The restaurant is also fantastic, a bit expensive when traveling with kids but the amount of food on the plates and the quality makes up for it.
Was glad to find a Nespresso machine with 4 coffee options, this is a nice touch!
Beautiful and spacious bathroom also, really enjoyed showering there and having a bathrobe available.
The only downside would be the sofa-bed in our room.
The mattress was in bad shape and not clean enough for any of us to feel comfortable sleeping on it.
Thankfully, we had a king sized bed in the room so we shared it with our 2 and 4 years old.
Other than that, I recommend this hotel at 100%

Very clean, good acess to level 2 charging stations, good qualith y restaurant and training room. However the room design was odd, with the miror and lavatory as an island in the middle of the room, show and toilet in separate units, the shower transparent making the naked user visible to anyone in the room. 10/10 for breaking usual architecture rules, 7/10 for customer commodity.

Beautiful Hotel with super clean and modern rooms. Only one downside was the beautiful glass shower enclosure fully open to the room and sink in the centre of the room. Absolutely no privacy when taking a shower (beware if you happen to be traveling with a child or other person) nor when brushing teeth, washing face … Rhis was a big deal for us.
Hristos
I had a great experience at this beautiful hotel. The service was excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. When I return to the area, I will definitely book here again.

Eric
Hotel is actually quite nice. Entire experience was ruined by staff nickel and diming us at every turn. They charged us extra fee for early check in and did. It tell us that regular check in was only 20 minutes away. We rented three rooms and two of them had errors in billing than needed a lengthy phone call to fix. Would not recommend based on service.

super nice clean rooms. Super cool LED light strips in the rooms. I like the room set up as well. Really nice place to stay. Nice, friendly staff. Would definitely come back!

The location of this hotel was very accessible and easy to get around - this was the best part of our stay.

My family had an absolutely wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant on Friday night. We came back for dinner on Saturday night and the service was deplorable at best. We were in the restaurant for over an hour and had still not received our drinks, let alone our food. Lots of staff working but completely unorganized. We had very high expectations as dinner on Friday night was wonderful.

Our jetted tub room was amazing, so spacious and the staff were great. Restaurant has great food and bar staff.

Loved the hotel! No issues at all!! Hopefully will stay there again next time I go to Montreal for the Grand Prix

Great location and very clean, modern looking rooms

Was a good experience overall. Had issues with room cleaning and smell with towels. They forgot to clean out room, so we're stuck with same sheets for over 3 nights

Overall I enjoyed the hotel, clean and check-in staff were excellent. Food in the restaurant was really good… only one problem… made reservations at 730 on Saturday the 24th…. Took 5 min to be seated… so far so good….. sat at our table for 35 min…. Had to ask for menus … then when I went to the bar after another 15min to ask the bar manager( guy with dark framed glasses) to send us a server… he pointed to a server and said there he is….. I went back to our table and told the server that we were ready to order… he said ok….. we only saw him walking around totally ignoring us…. Other servers were walking around literally trying to look busy! So now after about an hour without service (not even drinks) we looked up restaurants near by and went to another place.
This probably might be a factor in the hotel I choose next year for the F1…. I booked 4 nights

I came to this hotel for the second time, and during my second stay I faced some issues.
First, the room I received was different from the one I had booked. I had reserved a 450-square-foot room, but we were given a 300-square-foot room instead. Since we were four people, the room size was very important for us. However, we were simply told that the room we had booked was not available and that this was the only room they had.
Second, there were no complimentary drinking water bottles in the room, and guests had to buy drinking water if they needed it.
Third, there were no slippers provided for the guests.

Property and the room was eelly clean and we enjoyed the stay. But i call reception for a bottle of water like 3 times nobody responded. There was not even a single bottle of water left in the room
Jessica
Trendy and updated room with a centre “island” sink. Comfortable bed and bedding.
Danielle
Nice stay, nice room for 3 of us.

Everything was wonderful except when it came to washing my hands in cold water. Ran the tap for awhile and when I put my hands in it burned me. Steaming hot water ended up coming out. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff they said “that’s weird, we will have someone look after it.” I even showed her how red my finger was
