Housekeeping was outstanding! ✊ 💖 I got 2 coffee pods every morning, plenty of fresh towels and shampoo (very helpful), all the staff were just wonderful (even when I kept my keycard next to my cellphone (uh, please try to not do that 😆), there was space in the parking lot to jump rope (perhaps you could even bring a pair of light dumbbells and a mat to workout on ☝️), and they air conditioner, though...powerful, didn't make any obscene noises — it did a perfect job of keeping me cool 😎 And half of everything was to the left of the motel, and the other half to the right! 👌 This is one seriously awesome place and neighborhood, so please consider it when you come to Montréal or the surrounding area 😊 🫂 Deffo gonna be seeing when I can get back there ^^

I had a room with a single bed. the room had good space. It included a small table, microwave, coffee maker with coffee and a TV. The bathroom was smallish, but clean and in good repair. The bed was a queen size and quite comfortable with warm blankets. I had no trouble finding parking on site. It was a little noisy at night due to the closeness to a major highway, but not to excessive. One of the really good features of the hotel is the number of restaurants within easy (5 minutes) walking distance of the hotel. A wide variety of food choices are available. A/C is available, but I didn't use it.

It is what you pay for such a bargain price. The smell in the room was terrible when I came in. The AC is in terrible shape. It was just one night, I won't deny I didn't enjoy the location, but I knew that I picked price and proximity over any other aspect. The staff was helpful and smilling to the best of their abilities. Something that I appreciated a lot.

The rooms were a lot more run down than expected and the outside was full of cobwebs and various insects. The rooms also had a musty smell and the air conditioner was so loud and had a horrible scent when turned on. The blankets had literal holes in them, that seemed to be caused by cigarettes?

When we arrived at the motel, the air conditioning unit was dusty, but I just let the front desk know this, and they sent someone right away to clean it. As well, whenever I needed extra towels, I went to the front desk and they provided them without a problem. Also, it was wonderful to come back after a day of site seeing to a clean and made up room. We enjoyed how clean the rooms were and how accommodating the staff were. The motel is an older motel, but you can tell they are trying, and I appreciated this greatly.

I picked the Falcon because it's the perfect location if you want to be close to Montréal without paying Montréal prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and checking in/out was a breeze. There are many food options nearby. I recommend Scores for it's buffet and Eggsquis for their breakfast options. The Panama Station is a 20 minute walk and a train will take you into the city quickly. I was happy with the stay.

The location was perfect for a 2-night stop on our road trip. We were within walking distance of Panama Station and able to get just about anywhere in Montréal by train/Metro in under an hour, without the hassle of driving and parking in the city.

There are numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance and free on-site parking. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the sheets and towels smelled like fresh laundry 😌. We had a coffee machine, microwave, and mini-fridge with a freezer compartment, so we could re-freeze our ice packs.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but worked well. The only negative we had was the smell of stale smoke (possibly from the carpeted area) in our non-smoking room. Opening the window and turning the fan on for ~1/2 hour remedied the issue for the night and we weren't in the room much more than that, anyway. I'm sure if we had mentioned it to the staff when we first arrived, they would have offered us a different room.

For the price, this motel had everything we needed and expected. If you are looking for a high-end hotel, this is not it, but neither is the price. 😉 If you are looking for a safe, comfortable, and affordable stop along the way, this is a great choice.

I chose this location for it's location. It was about 30 minutes from the RailExpo museum and walking distance to the Panama REM station, which I used to go into downtown Montreal to visit museums.
The motel proximity to the Treachereau (?) Blvd - six lanes - made it difficult to find and to get to but, I called the front desk for directions and he was quite helpful.

The room was clean, all the staff with whom I interacted were absolutely friendly and helpful -- in particular in understanding and resolving some complexities of our complicated booking strategy. In short: booked two rooms initially; then realized we needed to add a night to both rooms; then the occupant of the second room couldn't accompany us, so we had to cancel the second room from both reservations.... My French is...sub-optimal; but we worked it out, and the Falcon's staff's patience and helpfulness were exemplary.

Parking was easy, right outside our door. The A/C worked fine.

The Falcon has some eccentricities -- of room layout, for instance, and the relative dimness of the lighting. But all the necessary things were present, and in any case I was not booking a room in a resort hotel; I was, in fact, simply looking for an economical place to sleep in while we enjoyed Montréal and the Formula 1 race weekend. The Falcon fit the bill exactly. The bed was comfortable -- I should have brought my own pillow to augment the rather slender ones on the bed -- and quiet. In short, all the things we needed, we got.

Merci à tous pour votre aide amicale!

So this is an interesting motel. Here is what's good: clean, value, close to Panama Station, mall is close and a number of businesses.

Neighborhood is not bad, but motel is not modern and looks a bit dilapidated. Some of the other guests were sketchy.

Strange some of the rooms have a shower in the middle of the room. Our first room had a jacuzzi in the middle of the room. The second the sink was outside the bathroom, but honestly that is not really unusual. The shower was weird.

Room was exactly what was expected for the price (ie great price). Not much water pressure in shower. There was no ‘no smoking’ sign on our door despite being told it was a non smoking room- the room smelled of smoke., There was a woman asleep on the couch chair in the covered alcove with a lit cigarette most of the time we went out of room, leaving ash all over herself, couch and floor that was not cleaned the 2 nights we were there. No ice machine. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was clean, very old, scratches on wall, patched holes in tub, slight musty smell, etc., but CLEAN. At 11pm we discovered one of the beds was broken and got nothing but a blank stare from the front desk when we informed him, there was no offer to see if they could fix it, or any indication that they thought it was a problem at all. After a short wait to see if they would offer any help or advice, my non confrontational sister simply said just wanted you to know it was like that. Refrigerator was LOUD, I had to unplug it to sleep. Heavier curtains on the windows to block the morning light would be good. Did not use TV or wi-fi, so no idea if good or not.
