The air conditioning wasn't working, no one would answer the phone at the front desk. After one hour of calling a female worker answered and offered no explanation other than saying no one was there to help. Technician will be here after 9am. She sounded obviously frustrated however instead of being apologetic she seemed more dismissive. The next morning the technician came way after 9am, said he wasn't sure why it wasn't working but it should be working today. This continued for the 3 night stay. They sent me 3 squares of mini chocolate and a pill bottle of chocolate covered nuts. This was the most insulting gesture they could've possibly made. It was actually comical, it left myself and my family stunned. I expected better from Marriott even if we were in a different country than the US. It's why we choose the Marriott brand over others, for the service! July in Montreal with no a/c. I would not have been moved to a different room until the next morning which meant more inconvenience to my family. I'm not sure if the property turns off the a/c at some point in the day but being upfront with customers would have been the right thing to do. The room didn't have enough towels or toiletries either, those were requested around 7pm and weren't delivered until the next morning after calling again. I don't know if this is the normal behavior for this property and staff but it was very disappointing. Lobby is great, parking was easy but the customer service and room were lacking.

Très belle hôtel

The check-in was incredibly fast, the rooms AC were set to a cold-ish temperature and the room mini fridge missed the water bottles we usually find in hotels. Beside that, the whole building was really beautiful and clean. Getting to the room was really easy too. For the parking, there wasn’t much explanation but luckily, I found a parking spot right in front of the building.
Alex

Courtney
Very nice hotel! Location was perfect for getting around because the metro is maybe a three minute walk! Also, so many good food choices to choose from right below the hotel!
Samantha
Nice rooms but crap air conditioning
Mahendra
There was no kettle in the room as and no body cream
Gabriela
Clean Room, good parking, nice staff.
DANIEL
Très propre. Bien situé. Avec stationnement.
Lilian
I love how spacious the suite room is. Excellent location!!!
Réjean
The location was fantastic with many restaurants walking distance and the shopping was even more better. I would recommend the Courtyard by Marriott to everyone going at the Dix/30 District.
Nick
Staff was very helpful. Our Truck wouldn’t fit into the parking garage they have but we were allowed to just park out behind the hotel. There is a lot of construction in the area and the route was a bit confusing, but they made sure we got on the right place. The room was much bigger than expected.
Nicole
excellent stay

The hotel was very good.
What I didn't like was the welcome of the employee at the desk who was disinterested. He never offered help with the suitcases.
Then I found the room not very soundproofed we could hear absolutely everything that was happening outside. At midnight there was still a lot of noise.. our room was on the 7th floor.

Very helpful staff. This hotel is short walking distance to the rem train to events at the bell centre. Worked perfect for us.

Excellent place to stay. Always clean and they have maintained the standard since they opened as I have been staying there regularly. Tons of dining options and lively place. Rooms are well insulated and u don’t get road noise, if any. Excellent choice for family and individuals alike.
GUY NOEL
We really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the indoor parking system was convenient and worked very well.
However, one of the elevators had broken floor tiles. For a hotel of this standard, this is unacceptable and detracts from the overall experience. I hope this issue will be addressed promptly.

Excellent hotel but unfortunately no break
Steven
There is limited car charging in the parking area which was super convenient. The room was clean however the refrigerator was not working. Called it in, no one came.
Very nice hotel and location.
Very nice hotel and location.

We are often in passing in Montreal and we sampled various hotels in the city and suburbs and this Courtyard by Marriott is one of the best. New, modern, clean, quiet, in a very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and great shopping. And parking is free 🙂

Housekeeping was only every other day. Would have been nice for a towel refresh daily. Great location around lots of restaurants. Had a Starbucks in the lobby but no employee working at location in the morning.

Brad
Great stay. Thanks :)
Bridget
Had a great 3 night stay here over the Grand Prix weekend. Everything was super easy and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet despite proximity to highways. Restaurants, bakery, convenience store, cafes on the doorstep and only a 4 minute walk to the very new modern train right in to the city. Hotel parking garage was great too. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Connie
CLean, spacious, exceptionally maintained and close to restaurants
Pierre
This place is our go-to every time we have to be in town, close to Montreal. The staff is amazing, the facilities are perfect and the closeness to everything is perfect.
Emmanuelle

Daniel

Sarah
Good location, free parking and a clean building
Maïka
Clean room, nice view, but very noisy.
Heloise
We stayed here to visit sites in and around Montreal. We drove so we appreciated free and easy parking with electric charging points. The room was spacious anf very clean. The pool is very nice and our daughter loved it. No breakfast but lots of great options within 2-5 minutes walk. Would highly reconsider again if doing a similar visit. Also great proximity to Dix30.
Maïmouna
Juste for the cleanliness. I will come back.

Fatima
Dienabou
The room was comfortable and clean! A great area with restaurants near. Parking!
Nazmin
Staff should be more client focused and provide clear and distinct assistance in English as parking is a nightmare and instructions about the elevators to the room and parking more clearer. Rooms have been renovated and are excellent
Serena
The parking was a bit of a struggle as the lot was always full. While the housekeeping and cleaning staff were wonderful and very kind, the receptionists felt a bit cold and unwelcoming. Also, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, which was disappointing.
Stacy
Very clean and accommodating hotel. Would come

The staff and room were great. The parking isn't awesome - its a little complicated but once you are there for a couple days its all pretty simple.
I was pretty disappointed with the pool being closed. I think hotels should update their postings or adjust pricing when their main amenity is not functioning. I stayed for the pool and it was unfortunately closed for maintenance.
Outside of that - it was a great stay. Close to restaurants and Brossard is a great city!

Absolutely fantastic facility
Guillaume
This hotel only want your money. You pay high price and get a nice looking room but when you decide to left early due to unforeseen circumstances, they refused to refund me because of their \"policy.\" Plus, it's really noisy at night. Definitely not the best hotel I've stayed in in Brossard.
Guillaume
Loud music until 11 AM. Very noisy all night. Refused to refund for two days because of \"their policy.\" I lost $600 because of this hotel.
Daniel
Great location, friendly staff, and a very clean, modern-looking hotel. A Starbucks and a corner store are conveniently located in the same building. Free underground parking is also a great bonus.
Henrik Freitas
Very good
Amanda

Martine
the rooms were amazingly clean and the staff very courteous and welcoming.
