Quiet location in a residential area. well equipped kitchen and bathroom, spacious layout and ample closet space. However, the place was pretty dark with small windows and skylights that couldn’t be closed so it was hard to stay asleep in the morning. The hallway leading upstairs smelled terrible even when garbage bins were taken out.

The place was large with the bedrooms on opposite sides. We didn't cook but the option was there. We did take advantage of the silverware and plates though. A little worn around the edges but still cute and comfortable. Perfect location to the Metro and it is very walkable to nice restaurants and a grocery store. I would rent it again!

Excellent customer service. Someone else took my parking spot, and they handled it as best they could. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Clear instructions were provided for check-in and check-out. The mattress was very soft, and the soap dispensers were broken. However, those were the only issues; I will stay again.

Check-in process was difficult as it seems that check-in instructions are only provided the minute that check-in starts. We arrived 15 minutes early and had to call in to get the instructions. The door code for our until was about 9 digits long so not fun when you are carrying your own bags up two flights of stairs. As well, it wasn't clear that the door had to be locked manually after exiting. Having said that, the space itself was nice. One light in the bathroom was flickering.

The appartment door did not lock. When we moved the couch away from the heater on the wall, we noticed that the floor had not been vacuumed. There was broken glass . The bathroom was clean. Overall the appartment needs some loving.

We did not end up staying at the original room that I had booked, but in all fairness the gentleman that I spoke to was very kind and helped with a few options to make last minute changes and offer me a stay at another location which had access to an elevator and was a little bit better. The only problem was there is no one to clean the apartment and the set up is not was I was expecting.

I google mapped it to see a dollarama alone pop up. That was very confusing for me. I called and rep answered. Daytime hours not night. She was extremely helpful. I needed it. Its not a hotel. Fine. But the front has a small sign to the right of the door. Easy to not see at night. There were garbage and recycling bins at the front door inside. Just not a good look considering its a self check in a check out set up. The loft was huge. Comfortable if the couch wasnt as dirty as it was. TV. Good luck with that. It had everything you needed overall. Space, dryer and washer. Huge bathroom and storage for clothes. Pretty comfortable bed. Safe looking area. It lacks a personal touch. Something i prefer. Late check out was an automatic fee. Not impressed by that. Id likely never stay there again for the cost. This place should be under 200 all in. Otherwise its a definite no for me. Cant forget to mention the damged floor once you enter the building. The grated area was sunken in making it unstable.

The location qas very nice. A quiet neighborhood with lots of small shops and food places, and very close to the metro.

Beautiful massive modern loft. Well appointed. Only downside is no lifts (you have to carry all your luggage and bikes up several flights of stairs) and no blackout blinds so if you want to sleep late bring an eye mask - there are 3 huge skylights. Also there were delivery trucks blocking the driveway so we couldn’t get our car out but we called Simplissimo Property Management and they sorted it immediately. Great location right off Autoroute 15 walking distance to fabulous Atwater market.

The room definitely did not look like the pictures on the web. The rug was old and the floor was not shining either. The table and chairs looked kind of old too. Other than that, overall experience was great. No problem with communicating with the company who is responsible for the hotel and whenever we needed assistance, someone responded almost instantly.
There is no room cleaning service, but it didn’t bother us. Plenty of towels were provided, so we had enough for the stay. You need to bring soaps, which we did.

The location was great because of the two minute walk to the Metro station. The unit was great because of the space, comfy bed, shower and kitchen.

Amazing Price!
The loft was clean and very well stocked and organized. There was a little trouble getting the front door code but when I called the office, they helped me immediately. It was also located above the Dollarama so any essentials needed were close by and the Metro was footsteps away. We had a lovely stay and the price was the best part!

Loft is nice but need a good paint job. Garbage bins sit in the main entrance lobby, smelly. Sofa is stained by human fluids, needs a full cleanup.

Gorgeous space near Atwater Market
Beautiful, large space with high ceilings, and skylights, enormous bathroom with a very fancy shower and deep soaking tub, great neighborhood near the canal and the metro. A nice kitchen but no pots and pans or chopping board (please add!), a nice work desk that would be improved with a task light and extension cord.

This place is a hazard and is unsafe. All 4 of my guests woke up with bug bites and a headache from the stench in this room. They also will take security deposits without warning for things like “hallway being crowded with more than 4 people when there are multiple rooms on the floor” this place is a nightmare do not bring your families their are plenty of places to stay in Montréal. So stay away.

Parking had inadequate space and was littered with broken ceramic and glass not a value of $23/night.

The place was beautiful and clean. I did not like the fact that there were a few kitchen amenities that we did not have, like kitchen mitts, measuring cup and scissors. For people who cook those are pretty much all essential so I had to go to the dollar store next door and buy stuff. But overall, the place was nice and clean. Also, lots of dishes were not clean so we had to re wash everything.

First impressions were not great. Neighborhood is questionable, and our Uber driver was hesitant to leave us. It’s a block away from a metro station, so you can get anywhere quickly, but there is little in the immediate area to explore. When walking into the property you immediately pass the garbage, and the smell inhabits the entire hallway. Inside property was exactly as pictured. There is much potential, but it could use some TLC. Dining chairs bent. No soap and empty shower liquid dispensers. There is a nice patio, but door to get out is next to impossible to open, and there is no furniture to enjoy the outside space. The stay was ok, but it was more expensive than a nicer property was stayed at earlier in the week in a much better neighborhood.

When we reached, the neighbourhood was not as good as what we expected. But once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth it. Not good for a short stay because of the 1 time expense, but if it's 1 week or more, this is a good \"home\" away from home. I will come again. We had some issue because of a gas leak in the area, but that had nothing to do with the premises.

There were few hotel options in this area, so this loft worked well for me. Since the bed was in the main living space, it is meant for an individual or couple. Having a kitchen was nice since there is a nearby IGA and I most ate in as restaurants in the area are limited. I never met anyone to check in as they just emailed me door codes the day I arrived, which all worked fine. Overall, the place was quite nice with a large bathroom, closet, washer & dryer and necessary supplies.

This place was exactly how it is pictured!!! The amenities are awesome, my boyfriend and I had everything we needed to cook dinner amd breakfast. It is so close to the Metro, literally a block away, theres a supermarket 4 bocks away. And you're literally 10 mins away from the Basilica and old montreal, Also 10 mins away from downtown montreal. Our host Alex was great to communicate with, he answered any questions we had promptly. I would definitely be staying here again. If I had to write a con I would say, the garbage in the lobby, the smell was terrible walking in the building. Either than that this place was impeccable! Thanks for the hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at Les Loft du Centre. The hotel room was clean and exactly as advertised. The check-in/out process was simple and the hotel is located down the street from a metro station. We had everything we could have possibly wanted in our room. It was very spacious, had excellent lighting, a full kitchen and 2 closets full of hangers and shelving. We will definitely be coming back soon!!

The loft itself was beautiful, modern and spacious. Unfortunately the smell of garbage wafting into our unit was very off putting. As you enter the entrance to the properties a large garbage bin greets you and the smell is smack you in the face intense. The smell continues to carry up the stairwell and into the beautifully decorated hallway leading to the lofts. We could still smell garbage from inside our entryway and bathroom. This aside the actual loft space is beautiful. I should also note this property is not in the greatest neighbourhood - to the point of making me feel uneasy during our stay. We were often greeted by drunken disheveled gents yelling at each other and scuffling as we came in and out from the loft.
