very dirty, not well maintained, old. TV didn't work, AC was struggling, bath was dripping and it wouldn't stop no matter what I tried. Bed sheets had tons of burn marks, weird stains. Only positive thing about this place was the staff who was at least a little friendly. Even at this price, not worth it, go somewhere else. My hair and clothes were smelling like cigarettes has to wash them like 5 times before the smell was gone even though I picked a non smoker room. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable or uncomfortable it was ok really. I was genuinely scared to get bed bugs.

I was unable to get internet connect in my room despite trying to connect the networks each at least a dozen times. On my first night, I was told the next day at 10:00 an expert would be in to help me connect to the internet. I came the next morning and was told there was no such person. No one ever attempted to resolve the issue. I was only able to acesss the internet when sitting outside. I cannot complain as I merely wanted the cheapest possible place to stay, but I wish they had been more helpful.

One star is too much for this facility. The rooms were not swept and reeking of alcohol and cigarettes smell, the bathrooms were dirty. Faucet and mirror shows that it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Was really scared to use the towels given. The name does not befit this facility. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. Not worth the money

When we entered the room, the bed sheets had visible hair, debris, food residue, and stains. The blankets and pillowcases also appeared dirty and unwashed. The bathroom was disgusting, with stains in the tub, residue throughout the room, and even a partially used bar of soap left from a previous guest. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.

When I reported this to the front desk, instead of moving us to a clean room, staff handed me clean linens and expected me to remake the dirty beds myself. The next morning, we discovered the shower handle was broken, making it impossible for my family to shower. I reported it and was promised maintenance and housekeeping while we were out for the day.

When we returned that evening, absolutely nothing had been done. The room was still dirty and the shower still broken. At 10 PM they offered another room, but my exhausted family was already in bed and moving would have required repacking everything late at night. We did not shower in two days!

The most shocking part happened during checkout when I saw explicit pornographic content openly playing on the TV behind the front desk, visible to guests and families. I blurred the picture on the television to post it here along with several more so you can see the real thing.

I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values minimum sanitary conditions, professionalism, or peace of mind.

Hotel staff were nice and helpful but the second we walked into the room we planned on staying at the airport. Where to begin… the curtains have burn stains, as well as the bed and we didn’t have any sheets just a fleece blanket, comforter and pillows so old that they looked like my granny’s tea bag. The towels had pick lipstick still on them… and the smell is horrible! The only reason why we stayed the night was because it was F1
Weekend and we had no where to put our bags. We’ve also had to heat wash our clothes because I’m pretty sure they had bed bugs. …. And someone dropped their drugs in parking lot.

The write-up on hotels.com said “renovated rooms”. Certainly not the one we stayed in. This motel was built in 1967. Everything looks like it is that old. I was completely misled by the write-up.

To give this awful dumb one star is an insult to all other one star motel. I have never stayed in a worse motel.

The bed was comfortable. The fridge was cold. The switches worked. I stay here whenever I travel through Montreal, it's good for a one-nighter and I sleep reasonably well. The place is \"tired\" (years beyond needing updating) but it's good to sleep at, and that's all I wanted.

With some TLC and elbow grease, this could be a gem. However as it is, it gets very poor results for a reason.

The property is older, and has not been upkept. That is part of the problem. Cracks in the wall, and peeling paint, being the most obvious defects. And the most easily fixed. I'm not saying that a fresh coat of paint will turn things around, but it is a definite step in the right direction.

The staff were super nice, and very accomodating. Luckily I am also patient.

The first room given was not the one we ordered (we ordered the jacuzzi). The next 2 rooms given to us had no heat. The final one also had no internal heater, but a working portable was in the room. It being late, and with limited options we settled in.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and clean. Definitely no complaint there. If not for that, i would have left first thing in the morning. We decided to say the entire 4 days.

The jacuzzi was somewhat a disappointment since the air inputs were blocked closed so very little pressure.

In it's current state, i cannot recommend this motel except for emergency 1 night stays, or if you cannot afford anything more expensive.

It's sad to see such potential wasted.

If the current owner puts some money into this 100 room motel, it could be a gold mine. Until then, it is barely a coal mine.

I had a very bad experience at this motel and I do not recommend it at all.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

The room was extremely cold. The heater was broken and completely non-functional, and we were shivering all night.

The room was disgustingly dirty. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The floor was not swept or mopped, there were dead insects on the floor, and dust everywhere. We even found socks left under the bed from previous guests, which is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

The bed was dirty, broken, and extremely uncomfortable. We woke up with back pain.

There was no hot water for showering. We called the reception four times during the night and reported the issue, yet no one ever came to fix it. On top of that, the shower cabin was broken, the water did not drain, and dirty water accumulated in the shower, causing a strong sewage and toilet smell to spread throughout the room.

On top of everything, this place felt completely unsafe. One morning, while we were sleeping, a woman violently knocked on our door, waking us up. She asked if her sister was staying in our room.
This is absolutely unacceptable. How can a random person knock on guests’ doors early in the morning? This shows ZERO security, ZERO safety, and ZERO control.

Some of the reception staff were very rude, unprofessional, and careless, which made the experience even worse.

The sheets were dirty! The towels were dirty with black spots! The chairs were stained!!
I asked to changed the bedsheets but I was offered another room… with dirty sheets!
When I finally found a room unnoticed that the girl who showed me the previous room did NOT change the dirty bed but simply redid the bed with the dirty sheets!!!
I had planned a two day stay but in left after one night!
Horrendous experience
The photos are either fake or 20 years old!!
I decided to stay one night because I arrived late and could not go anywhere else!!

the room i got was pretty decent, its not bad for staying a couple nights in, the bed was kinda hard but it was doable. there was clean towels and sheets, the fridge worked but the microwave didn't but they at least offered to let us use the one in the lobby instead. the shower worked good and the water was hot. the AC was older but it did work but it couldve been better.

The heat worked & the door locked. The staff was pleasant. Room was dirty, towels were dirty, overall unpleasant atmosphere. We slept on top of the covers with a blanket from home. I wouldn't want to be outside by myself in the motel parking lot late at night. Understandable for picking the cheapest place available.

Booked a kitchenette. The stove did not work at all. There was an old mini fridge that was unsanitary. While there was a new mini fridge as well it was gross and dirty inside. The microwave took 12 minutes to heat up our food. I was unable to prep the rest of my kids food because the stove was not working. The rooms said no smoking but the whole room reeled like cigarettes. I needed to leave after one night (booked three) due to family emergency. Hotel said I needed to speak with Expedia since I booked online. Expedia was unable to reach hotel management to resolve issues. Not expecting a 5-star hotel when booking a motel but also not expecting a complete waste of money

This property should not even be listed on Expedia. In a way, Expedia pushed us into choosing this location, and once we arrived, we couldn’t leave because we had already paid. Cops were in and out of the place every day. The rooms were filthy—beds had stains and crumbs, and the overall condition was shocking. I had to cut my trip short because I couldn’t stand staying there, which cost me both money and my vacation. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll never trust Expedia to choose my stay again. Expedia has lost me as a customer.

recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience regarding the cleanliness and service.
Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the bathroom and shower had not been cleaned. The hand soap had already been opened, there was hair in the soaking bathtub, and the floor was noticeably dirty. Even more concerning, I saw cockroaches in the room.
Additionally, the mattress, sheets, and blanket had an unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the level of cleanliness and service did not meet the standards I expected.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The worst experience I’ve ever had.
Far too expensive for the service provided, even in high season.
Mosquitoes, insects, and even spiders in the room.
Furniture straight out of the 1960s, and outdoor chairs that look like they were collected from public donations.
The staff try to be friendly, but the basic comfort expected from any accommodation is completely missing.
Cleaning is superficial — the room is simply dirty.
I strongly advise against staying here, even for a motel — cleanliness has nothing to do with the price charged.
Paying $200 a night for something that shouldn’t cost more than $50 is unacceptable.
Don’t go, even if the stay is offered for free.

This is the first time ever, we had to pay a deposit to get the remote for the TV !

This was a last minute booking, another place I had tried to get filled up while I was attempting to book it. So this location was my last choice (the Grand Motel Sainte-Hubert). The regular night charge was $60/night, but because of the F1, they were charging $420 for 2 nights! This place is a dump. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, the sheets were miss matched and in need of replacing, the bathroom sink and toilet were in need of replacement, the carpet was thread bare in areas, the paint was yellowed and you had to leave an additional $20 for the TV remote that didn’t even work properly. The beds and the furniture should have been taken to the dump. There was no WiFi when we arrived in the room, so I went back to the office to find out what was going on. The staff was belligerent and stated it must be a problem with my phone, however, in the office it was working fine. So I demanded that it be fixed. The acting (?) manager told me the router at my location was out and would take him an hour to fix it. It did take an hour and it was out again the next day. The pool on the property is a garbage pit and the grounds haven’t been maintained in any way whatsoever. If you have an need of accommodations in this area and nothing else is available, do yourself a favour and sleep in your car.

This room was the most disgusting room we have ever been in. Upon arrival had to tell staff to clean the room as it had many dirty issues. Food on the floor, handprints on the mirror. Filthy batb tub. Among many other things. We had no choice but to stay but did nog sleep. Bed was not made, under blanket sheets were wrinkled. We had to use a blanket we had in our trunk. Macaroni on the floor. Disgusting black inside fridge. Microwave had profanity drawn inside. Broken chair outside room missing a leg that caused a fall. This hole of a place should not even be on a booking website. We rushed home to shower. We should be refunded for an awful sleepless night
