I haven’t been to a hotel like this in a very very long time. It was clean, safe, the staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth and checkout was smooth as well! Even the sleep, it was quiet! Amenities were all so close. Perfect location. Police station was right across the street and the sirens did not keep any of us up during the night.
The room was nice and clean and had everything we need there!
We didn’t do the breakfast or dinner in the restaurant but it looked fabulous.
We will be back again!!

Very friendly staff and the restaurant attached was delicious. A problem at night was the blinds are not blackout and the street light shone in all night. Very difficult to sleep.
Eve
C'était parfait! ;)
Christine
We called the hotel and were able to arrive one night earlier. They had a room available, even though it was above the restaurant. The second floor is noisy once the breakfast begins at 6 a.m. However, we were very grateful for them accommodating us at the last minute and late in the night. The next day, we had our booking and it was on the 7th floor. That was a much nicer stay. The room was the right size for the King-sized bed. Love it! The only downfall was every time I moved my feet in my bed, the bathroom light would turn on. Finally, the bathroom door was closed.

My family and I stayed here for my son's RCAF ceremony and we were pleasantly suprised by the hotel and their staff. I love that the rooms do not have carpeting. The restaurant was gorgeous. All staff were very friendly and spoke English. I will absolutely stay here again and I recommend this hotel for anyone.

There was a team staying on our floor and were very loud and up in the halls all night. Also the ice machine was next to our room and was very loud waking us up every hour when someone used it.

Great location to attend our daughter’s graduation ceremony from basic training.
The bathrooms are small so if you need a lot of counter space for your things this is a problem .
Beds and pillows are great , slept well .
Dinner at the restaurant on our arrival was excellent .

We did enjoy the property; the facility and staff are top notch. What was missing was complimentary coffee in the lobby but there was coffee for purchase there. Coffee maker coffee in the room is not as good and there was only coffee whitner (powder) rather than milk/cream. The restaurant on site was Thai which didn't appeal to us nor would it appeal to families with young children. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Michel
Excellent location and excellent service from the staff at the reception

Beds were comfortable. The room was clean upon arrival. The reception desk staff were friendly. The restaurant on-site is very good. On the third day, the cleaning staff refreshed the bathroom but didn't make the beds. We stayed in a room right beside the cleaning storage room. It was quite noisy in the mornings, but we were already awake, so it didn't really bother us. We could hear people outside our room clearly. I'm not sure how soundproof the rooms are.

Beautiful renovated. Upscale feeling without the steep price. Staff more then helpful. Fluent mostly in both languages.

I really liked this hotel. The price was right, the room was very clean, no funky smells, etc. It looked like it was recently renovated. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The outside needs some sprucing up.... but hey, its the inside that counts, right? lol.
I would definitely stay there again.
I would definitely stay there again.

Good, the only thing is during our stay we couldn’t watch Netflix or YouTube on both of the tvs..only channels. We would’ve liked a headsup before but other than that we had a good stay!
