Of the two elevators, only.one worked so the wait for an elevator could get frustrating. The hotel room was clean however, the bedding on one of the beds was stained up when you pulled back the top.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Restaurant and a lot of snacks on site. Well lit parking. It was me and my daughters and I felt extremely safe! Room was great. Only inconvenience was the one elevator for 6 floors - but it wasn’t horrible. Would def stay there again!

The parking was excellent for what we needed. The room was clean with the exception of the bathtub. There was a water ring in the bottom as if it had been sitting a while before being cleaned. Around the drain didn’t look much better either. The bed had a leg roller missing which made the bed lower on that side. We told them after we saw it the first day of our stay, but it wasn't fixed by the time we left.

Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have liked. An example of the lack of sound proofing was the fact that we could hear some people outside our window talking late into the night (albeit the conversation was muffled). For the price of some $300/night

Went for relaxation while in the city . Lobby was clean spacious and updated . Check in went smooth . One of the elevators was out , understandable , but the hotel was also hosting a mixer in the front of the building . So wait for elevator was a bit long. Room was spacious ,but dated and aged, with purple walls and turquoise curtains . Not a big deal for a night or two but there was “event” being held in front of the building , music blared until 1030 or so . Called down , Cade in guest services was not very helpful nor polite. Hilton customer service and Expedia was helpful in the end.

The walls were thin, we could hear the neighbors until 2:00 in the morning. I contacted the front desk and nothing was done. We had to get up at 6:00am the next morning for my son’s sports tournament. Instead of a joy filled day making memories it was a extremely long day with no sleep and a drive all the way home.

However, the reservation was setup to pay at the desk upon arrival, whereas my card had already been charged prior to my arrival. No explanation -- other than the desk attendant stating something to the effect, \"Yeah, that shouldn't have happened...\"

The room never got quite cool enough. It was like there was a governor on it.
The handicap accessibility shower is not handicap friendly. It was easy enough to get on the shower chair but once you were on it you couldn't reach the faucet or shower handle.

I Paid $340 plus tax for 1 nights for a total of 2 overnight stays for a Business Conference which was recommended by the LANP as this Hilton hotel is located directly across the street from the Cajun Dome and my LANP Conference location. This expensive hotel has NO pool on site!!! Also, being a Hilton property, they do not allow you to use a pool at another Hilton hotel in Lafayette. Also, breakfast is an additional charge. Unfortunately, when we checked in late at night after traveling from Arizona, we were told by the Hotel Clerk that checked me in that breakfast was served in the am, but we were given the incorrect time for the breakfast serving. So, we missed out on our $15 breakfast per person. However, they would not refund my money for the missed breakfast or provide a credit since I used a 3rd Party to reserve our room through Hotels.com. I spent over $800 for room charge, $60 in breakfast vouchers that were unusable, and paid for expensive snacks in their hotel store. Not happy with this hotel reservation / purchase.
Disappointed is not even the word to describe my experience considering it is a Hilton Hotel property.

Geaux somewhere less expensive that has better amenities!!! I was born and raised in Lafayette. I should have stayed in a hotel in the Oil Center!

So freaking disappointing!!!! I only Used this hotel as the LANP conference committee and organizers recommended it:(

This hotel is extremely nice. The staff is very friendly as well. It’s very convenient and walkable when there’s something going on at the Cajun dome. The only down fall if every room should have at least 2 complementary waters as they do with the coffee. Then if you need more water then you should pay for them.

I’ve stayed here before. A decent property but they should definitely get some updates done with their rooms. We had to move rooms because there was hair everywhere and it barely was cleaned. The next room we got, the closet door was completely missing which meant no full body mirror.
