Fantastic stay. We are current Titanium and lifetime Platinum Bonvoy members and typically stay at Marriott properties, but with the need for a kitchen and more space, we decided to branch out. We are so glad we did. Very modern space, plenty of space, fresh breads on the door every morning, restocked breakfast in the fridge, daily room service, and very helpful front desk team. We are very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Modern apartment in a great location

One of the best stays we have ever experienced. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. High ceilings, beautiful windows ensured great ventilation. A/C was highly effective (40C heatwave). The staff was knowledgable
and helpful. Full of great touches (local breakfast delivery, fruits
in the fridge). Worth visiting Lisbon again just for this place. A great home
away from home.

Flora Chiado apartments could not have suited our needs any better. The location was perfect…near everything but on a quiet street. The apartment itself was so beautiful. Clean, comfortable and super stylish. We had the duplex and both bedrooms had en suite baths and comfy beds. The place was so quiet and spacious. Loved the morning pastry delivery. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience and will def be back. If you are traveling with family or friends, Flora Chiado is the perfect spot to explore Lisbon from!

Incredible Stay - Impeccable Service!

Absolutely amazing property! I really do not know where to begin… There were so many positives about this property and specifically the management and associates who assisted us during our stay. Everything about the apartment is very high-quality and all the small details are present to ensure a comfortable stay. The refrigerator was stocked with a lot of items that did not require an additional purchase, a great espresso coffee maker, and multiple bottles of water replenished every day. The front desk manager (Rita) was extremely helpful during the check-in process and explained everything we needed in great detail and even held our bags for us until check-in time. The daily bread service which was hung on our door was a treat to say the least! Perhaps the biggest event of our stay was the nationwide blackout for all of Portugal and Spain. The management team (Rita, Luna and Marco) went above and beyond what I would expect and assisted us throughout the entire event! We cannot thank them enough for ensuring our safety, providing candles and extra foodand also accommodating us for an extra three days when our flight was canceled due to the blackout. The location is perfect for Lisbon! We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit. THANK YOU FLORA CHIADO!

Best stay ever. Want to come back just to stay here. Luxurious and homey.Close to everything. Friendliest front desk. Everything was so perfect. The bakery pastries at your door every morning. This is such a boutique, unique hotel alternative that I wish they had these in every major city in every country in the world. The staff could not have been nicer more accommodating, and the property was so high end. I would stay at this property again before I would a Ritz Carlton.

2 couples on shared vacation found the Flora Chaido a great launching path for our first visit to Portugal. Bread delivery and provided coffee was a luxurious way to wake up in the morning. The suites were spacious and beautiful. The staff were kind and thoughtful. Cannot recommend enough.

The apartments are right in the center of everything in the Chiado neighborhood. We were able to walk to many nearby places and shops. The stocked breakfast and daily fresh breads and pastries were both convenient and delicious. The staff was excellent in all aspects: professional, attentive to our stay, caring and engaged. The whole experience made us feel like we were living in the heart of Lisbon. I would highly recommend this great place to stay.

Flora Chiado was our home away from home for the Christmas holidays! We stayed 6 nights in the 2 bedroom duplex 3a. All the amenities of a chic apartment were there! Fresh croissants and rolls are left each morning. The refrigerator is restocked with oranges and breakfast foods each day.

Our room had a good sized bedroom, washroom and a large living area with an adjoining kitchen. It also had four separate access doors to a balcony that ran the entire length of our room overlooking a very nice and quiet street close to the heart of Chiado (and one of the nicest areas in Lisbon). The room was fully furnished, the kitchen restocked every day with ample supplies for a large breakfast and the furnishings were very tasteful and new. It was like staying at the home of a friend with very good taste.

We stayed in apartment 2a: 2 Bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen/living area. The Apartment is very modern seems brand new renovated. 1BR had two single beds close to each other and 1 BR a king (?) size bed. The staff filled up the fridge every day with ingredients for breakfast and fresh bred was delivered to the door in the morning. The location is great. maybe 5 mins to area with many restaurants, close to center, subway station practically in front of the door. Quiet street. Staff was very helpful and super friendly.

Amazing stay and highly recommended

FLORA is an amazing stay. Located in the Chiado neighborhood, it is close to the shopping, dining and the subway (a leisurely 5 mins walk). But the apartment is located off the main street so we avoided the crowd and noise, which provides for a restful sleep. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it is really as pretty as the photos of the rooms on their website. The apartment is well-stocked with all the amenities and comforts we've expected of a 5-star hotel. Equally wonderful is the concierge/front desk. They are very knowledgeable about the city, and would recommend us the best ways to travel and see the city. They know great restaurants and helped us with reservations. We did our own research and it helped to make for a great trip when that coincides with their recommendations. We stayed over the New Year Eve/Day week and the apartment prepared for us complimentary champagne, cheese and sweets. We would definitely want to stay at FLORA the next time we visit Lisbon.

Really enjoyed this apartment. Check-in was a breeze and they had gift of wine and cake waiting for us. The staff was wonderful and very courteous with great shopping tips. The actual neighborhood was perfect! Felt like the Soho of Lisbon with fun cafes and food options. Super clean and swanky apartment. Looks brand new.

We love staying at Flora Chiado Apartments. The location is excellent for touring - in the center of Lisbon but not in the most touristy area. On a quiet sidestreet with great restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed the apartment - much more room than in a hotel - and we loved the breakfast in the room. The fridge was restocked well every evening and fresh bread/pastries delivered each morning by 8AM. The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great communication even before we arrived as I sent a few questions via Expedial Highly recommended!

This property was beyond perfect - they arranged for airport pick up on our arrival, and Julian gave us a great city tour as we approached Flora Chiado. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and even tolerated our rusty Portuguese! Our apartment was immaculate, well appointed and very quiet. Fresh baked goods were hung outside our door each morning to accompany the butter, jam, cheese, eggs and fresh oranges stocked in our refrigerator. We were within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. Could not have asked for a better experience! Muito Obrigada.

A home inside Chiado

Great apartment with a lot of space and windows. Cuisine equipment and electronics were top with Bluetooth for music streaming and good wifi.
Top service and location inside Lisbon’s Chiado.
Everything was fine, the only thing to upgrade is the safe which was too small and not fixed in the wall.

Best Apartment Hotel, Ever

I've stayed in dozens of apartment hotels in many cities in the world. Flora Chiado was the best. It's a newly redesigned and refurbished building in the middle of the nicest area of the city. Close to everything yet on a quiet side street. The front desk and cleaning staff were amazing -- always helpful and attentive.
