The room was ok, the pictures and reality were very different. Ny room was infested with ants so had to throw away all our snacks and get the room cleaned. As we only had 1 night left we just persevered. Our room did not have any smoke alarm which I think is must !

Employee at breakfast was very rude and did not offered good service to us and we complained to owner instead apologizing she tried cover for employee also never changed towers had to asked to be changed and opened door whithout knocking while we were coming out shower

A little out of the way from places given then crazy traffic there, but the hotel is super cute big clean beds and washroom. The pool and breakfast were great. The brown rice restaurant down the road was the best green curry we ever had.

Beautiful Oasis while training Muay Thai.

We stayed at Phu NaNa while training Muay Thai at AKA Thailand. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms are well equiped - with a kitchenette and clothes dryer. This worked well for us as we were able to prepare meals before training and wash our clothes in our room. Great location - close to 24hr Supermarket, local markets, Rawai Muay Thai Stadium and even a french patisserie.

A real home from home hotel

I stayed at the Phu NaNa for two weeks, the attention to detail was second to none. The staff made such a fuss of me especially Kaet who was based at the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble for Kaet or any of the hotel staff to do for me.

My hotel room was cleaned everyday and I as particularly impressed with the hotel shuttle bus, which ferried me to one of the many beaches.

Cute and cosy hotel

Phu NaNa is a great small hotel in a quiet area, aside from the road noise, in phuket. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the room was spotless. Beautiful pool. The only reason I didn't give 5 is because I woke up during the night with ants in the bed biting my back! Not the hotel's fault though, we had a great stay here .

Fantastic little gem

We stayed 5 nights and had a fantastic time. The staff are all amazing and make you feel link you are the only person there! The shuttle was available to us all the time which was great. However the local area was great for restaurants and bars and avoided the commercial side of Phuket. The rooms were spacious and good wifi connection, air conditioning was welcomed greatly! The pool area was clean and nice to relax in at anytime.

Is a nice place to stay for your holidys

I stayed at this hotel 14 nights and I liked it for the cleaness the nice pool outside your room. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast good. I rent a scooter from the hotel very cheap and you can go to Rawai beaches with it. I truly recommend this hotel is so nice

We loved it here. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the man running it will do anything to help. In a great area, they have a shuttle bus to take you to to the beach & elsewhere locally when you like, they lend out sunshades and beach mats and there is moped hire onsite. Rooms lovely and modern and clean, we had a poolside room, lovely outside space, right by pool and room had a little kitchen area with crockery & cutlery. Lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate local area, also about a 20min walk to Rawai main restaurants/bars. Supermarket opposite. Great breakfast.Right by a Thai boxing training place and laundry.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our big room and the fun bathroom! Very creative layout. The breakfasts were really good and we thought their Thai food was some of the BEST we tasted during our entire stay on the island. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The robes and slippers were a nice touch and we enjoyed the kitchenette. Very lovely place to stay, just a block from the main road. The only \"catch\" is that it cost a lot in taxi fare to get to our selected excursions since it is on the southern end of the island. We'd recommend choosing a hotel closer to the center unless you just want to hang out at beautiful Nai Harn Beach via the free shuttle that runs twice a day.

Terrible customer service

Reasonably clean but a noisy location with lots of street noise. Hotel staff repeatedly ignored the \"Do Not Disturb\" sign to enter my room and turn off the air conditioner without my approval. Neither the receptionist or the owner appeared to show any concern for my complaints.
Breakfast was included but the \"American Breakfast\" was always either cold or stale as though it had been pre-cooked.
Avoid this place.

Simply nice

Quiet hotel with only few rooms , the staffs are making it like home. The room is very comfortable, and quiet at surroundings, me and my partner have so much quality rest throughout our trip. Although the place is not near to the fabulous Nai Harn Beach, but u can take the hotel shuttle to the beach. Breakfast, order your preferred buffet from their menu at your preferable time. In short, simple and nice hotel.

The staff at phu nana boutique hotel are very attentive and extremely friendly. On our last day, we had to leave early in the morning to the airport. The front desk gave us a morning call without our request and reminding us possible travel time and traffic condition. Very attentive.

The Phu NaNa staff couldn't be better. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. This hotel is not located near all the action of Phuket but close to some of Phuket's best features, the local fish market, the best hidden snorkelling beach and a lot of local places...

10 weeks total Stay at Phu Na Na

The stay, staff, hotel was nothing short of perfect. WE stayed a long time, in fact my son is there an extra 6 weeks training for Maui Thai Boxing. Phu Na Na is not a hotel, its more of a bugalow style stay. YOure own room, own entrance, not like ANY other place I've been in the world. The staff is proficient, professional, over the top in doing for you. Keat and Aon work the front desk, speak many languages, esp English, go out of thier way to help you in any way. Awesome staff. Owners are close, Jin & Lek, run a tight business and are very conscientious about a quality stay and quality experience. If I went back, we'd stay here again.

Good value

Location wise, it is fine as long as you are not looking for the party scene of Patong. Vehicular traffic through the neighbourhood can be noisy. Pool is great, available 24 hours and not cold at all even at night. Bed is hard. Room amenities include a fridge and a microwave oven. Window blinds are slightly damaged and gathering dust. Basin can be cleaner too. Encountered a stained towel too. Nice touch to have a garden just beside the bathroom.

Très bel hôtel familial avec des bungalows autour de la piscine.
L’accueil est très sympathique, les chambres sont propres et confortables.
Le seul point négatif est que l’hôtel est loin de la plage, du bord plus animé et la route à côté est bruyante avec les motos qui passent vite.

I stayed in Rawai in order to have easy access to the Chalong harbour for dive trips. This hotel has been exceptional and I was positively surprised by the beautiful and very spacious apartments. I extended my stay 3 times and so I had move apartments. As such I have seen various rooms and I would definitely recommend the poolside apartments which do not face the street. I would not recommend the room upstairs because it is not as nice as the apartments downstairs which are basically all separate buildings offering some privacy, and also the room upstairs has a connection door to another room and I could hear everything from there. In the neighborhood to the hotel there are various nice bars, cafes and restaurants which can easily be reached by foot. The personnel at reception has been absolutely lovely and friendly and overall I enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely return.

Hôtel merveilleux, paisible, les chambres sont magnifiques et très propres. La gentillesse est la générosité des propriétaires et des employés est vraiment fabuleuse. Possibilité de louer un scooter directement à l’hôtel pour un prix super raisonnable et ils ne sont pas regardants. Vraiment je recommande cet hôtel à 100%!!! Il est bien placé mais un scooter est indispensable pour aller à la plage et visiter les alentours.
Merci à cette superbe équipe sur place qui est d’une gentillesse hors du commun.

Super séjour au Phu Nana - Merci à toute l’equipe

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Phu Nana Boutique Hôtel mais aurions bien prolongé notre séjour si nos étapes suivantes de voyage n’avaient pas été programmées.
Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure avec acces direct sur la piscine de l’hôtel ouverte jusqu’à 23h le soir, très propre et excellente température. Nous avions également un extérieur avec une table, deux fauteuils de jardin ainsi qu’un étendoir mis à disposition pour étendre nos vêtements. Rien à dire sur la décoration de la chambre et sa propreté tout était parfait à l’identique des photos.
Un personnel aux petits soins, souriant, arrangeant et très agréable.
L’hôtel est un peu excentré du centre de Rawaï mais possibilité de commander des taxis directement à la réception de l’hôtel pour les diverses sorties de jour comme de nuit que nous souhaitions effectuer.
Des petits restaurants sont également situes à proximité de l’hôtel.
Le petit plus : l’hotel dispose de son propre bateau pour effectuer des sorties en mer. Nous avons eu l’occasion d’effecutuer l’excursion de Similan en groupe de 36 personnes avec un équipage au top : petit déjeuner au port, repas du midi sur une des îles, coca et eau à volonté à bord et tout au long de la journée, collation de retour au port.. Les excursions proposées par « The Dolphins Trip » n’ont rien à envier aux grandes enseignes d’excursions. Merci à « Nicky Badboy » pour sa bonne humeur tout au long de la journée !
En bref très bon séjour vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Parfait ! Mais attention De ne pas se tromper d’hô

Après un long voyage,la fatigue 10 h 30 du soir le taxi nous dépose ! Personne a l accueil je dois téléphoner une personne arrive enfin,
nous voilà installé dans un hôtel qui porte le même nom mais qui n’est pas Conforme aux photos.2 jeunes filles arrivent et nous leur expliquons notre mécontentement .Elle nous font déménager dans l hôtel 20 m plus loin.apres mille excuses ! Nous avons eu notre hôtel un jus de fruit et deux sandwichs car tout était fermé
Le reste de notre séjour s’est super bien passé .hôtel confortable ,jolie piscine ,petit déjeuner au top 👍service parfait et toujours avec le sourire .menage refait tout les jours dans notre chambre à la perfection nous recommandons ce petit hôtel

Confort et convivialité au programme !

Un établissement original avec des chambres climatisées, installées dans des petites maisons indépendantes, tout confort, avec une literie exceptionnelle et un coin cuisine. Salle de bains spacieuse et originale. Une belle piscine agréable au centre de l'établissement. Mais, surtout, un service plein de gentillesse, avec une vraie envie de bien faire et un personnel toujours souriant.
L'hôtel dispose d'une navette privée gratuite pour vous emmener vers les plages environnantes, avec là encore de petites attentions bien agréables (un jour, en retard après une sortie bateau, le chauffeur nous a attendu 1/2 heure et toujours avec le sourire). L'hôtel possède également son propre bateau pour vous emmener sur les îles avoisinantes.
A 5 mn à pied de l'hôtel, vous trouvez une rue animée avec restaurants et tous les services.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Les chambres et la literie : Très bien !
la douche pas terrible , même pas un pommeau pour se rincer .
on a pris une chambre avec vue sur le jardin , Euh ...quel jardin ? il n'y en a pas ! chambre face a un mur !
petit déjeuner à éviter. 2 choix et les mêmes tous les jours , riz et poulet ou saucisse (1) et oeufs !Si vous voulez un expresso c'est en supplément. Personnel pas souriant ! PiscineTop ! hotel calme bien situé près de la plage et des commerces . Trop cher pour ce que ça vaut !!

The place to be in Phuket

A great and very friendly team! The room was super clean when we arrived and was cleaned every day. An awesome pool which was super clean as well. The location is great, very close to a beautiful beach and not too far from Patong. A very cheap Scooter rental down the road. We’ll defenitely come to stay again when we’re back in Phuket!

Liegt bissl im Nirgendwo in Rawei, man ist aber mit dem vor Ort für 200 B zu leihenden Roller ausreichend mobil. Wege auf Phuket sind ohnehin weit. Schöner großer gepflegter Pool, saubere Anlage, vor allem sehr netter und verbindlicher Service. Empfehlenswert.
