This was an amazing hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very clean, large with a lovely view on the deck of the gardens. The breakfast was also worth paying for. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. Best hotel we have stayed in so far during our France visit.

Je remercie le réceptionniste du soir qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable comme nous laisse manger et nous dressé une table dans la salle de restaurant alors qu'il est censé être fermé ( le restaurant du site n'ouvre pas avant avril pour des raison de saison pleine et saison creuse)
Je reviendrai très certainement au bois d'imbert car on s'y sent bien tout simplement.

Séjour d’une nuit en octobre, ça sent la fin de saison estivale. Personnel réduit, propreté chambre correcte sans plus, il y a un escalier. (Large) en bois qui est bruyant pour accéder aux chambres, si la vôtre en est proche on entend les allées et venues.

Situation géographique légèrement à l’écart de Rocamadour, ce qui permet d’être un peu à l’écart de l’afflux de touristes.
Légèrement déçu pour la carte du restaurant qui ne propose aucun plat avec du fromage de Rocamadour (si ce n’est le plateau de fromage), alors qu’une simple salade de chèvre, ou une sauce chèvre sur une viande par exemple serait des propositions simples à mettre en place pour permettre de déguster ce délicieux fromage local.

Non offre i servizi di un hotel 4 stelle. Per due giorni consecutivi hanno dimenticato di pulire le stanze e di cambiare la biancheria come avevamo richiesto. L'albergo è gestito da ragazzi disorganizzati e per nulla preparati. Peraltro nessuno sa una parola di inglese. Quindi per noi è stato impossibile riuscire a comunicare adeguatamente. Livello scadente, non consigliabile.

Très loin du standard 4* octroyé en 2020. A déclasser d'urgence.
Un peu de déco sur un bâtiment et des équipements très ordinaires plus un manque d'entretien intérieur et extérieur.
Personnel qui fait son possible mais débordé dès l'accueil. Pas de Direction.
Chambre petite, prestations très basiques, finitions approximatives, serviette sale, meuble de salle de bain sale, pas de ménage entre les 2 nuits, bruit de la climatisation, bruit du restaurant au dessus, vue sur les mauvaises herbes,...
Sur le plan de la sécurité, fissures inquiétantes sur certains murs, couloir pas éclairé, pas de détecteur incendie dans la chambre.

Dit hotel is compleet overprijsd en verdiend twee sterren, zeker geen drie of vier.
De eigenaars zijn wel heel vriendelijk maar het gebouw en vooral het restaurant zijn uitgeleefd ondanks dat de kamers een update kregen. Het avondeten is gewoon slecht en de veel te duur. Het steak was heel taai, niet te snijden en de folie gras was heel matig. Wat wel leuk is: je kan aan het zwembad in een rustige omgeving relaxen.
Het is de eerste Keer in jaren da tik een slechte beoordeling schrijf, maar ik kan niet anders hier. Sorry.

Cet hôtel vendu comme un 4 étoiles est à peine du niveau d'un 3 étoiles. Vétuste, ressemblant plus à un motel qu'à un hôtel. Une odeur désagréable dans les couloirs, des escaliers en bois vieillissants, des portes battantes génantes pour les valises, pas d'ascenceur etc... Dans la salle de bain une baignoire de taille ridicule.. Séjour heureusement d'une seule nuit. Prix bien trop élevé.

Le personnel a été super, rien à redire.
L'hôtel est charmant, très jolie vue depuis le restaurant, situé à proximité de Rocamadour, de grottes ou encore de fermes et fromageries à visiter.
Le dîner dans le restaurant a été très bon.

La propreté quant à elle est à revoir. Le sol de la chambre, les toiles d'araignée dans les parties communes ou même sur la porte d'entrée donnent une impression de laisser aller.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est vraiment extraordinaire et très dépaysant — un vrai plaisir pour se ressourcer.

En revanche, il est évident que l’établissement souffre d’un manque de personnel. Le personnel en place, bien que professionnel et aimable, était clairement débordé, notamment au petit déjeuner où un seul serveur devait tout gérer. Ce n’est pas une critique envers lui, qui faisait de son mieux, mais plutôt un constat sur une organisation perfectible pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

En general bastante bien aunque tuvimos que limpiar la taza del inodoro, al levantar la tapa estaba manchado de orina.
La ducha tarda en salir el agua caliente y hay que tener precaución de no abrir totalmente el grifo, de lo contrario se sale toda el agua fuera.
El desayuno fue abundante y completo.

Chambre salle, pas de nettoyage de la chambre pendant notre séjour (malgré la pancarte laissée à la porte), un bruit constant de vmc dans la chambre, l’eau chaude met 10 min à venir et pas de pression dans la douche, demande d’un lit double nous avons eu deux lits simples collés l’un à l’autre avec des draps déchirés.
