Me and my partner only stayed here for one night so we could catch a ferry the next morning. It did all it needed to in terms of a bed and shower. It was clean and spacious. The AC blew directly on us which was freezing and my main complaint. But overall, if you’re looking for a quick stop over, this place worked well.

This small boutique hotel was amazing for the price. The room was small but had what we needed for our one night stay. A bit noisy from the dogs outside so I would suggest earplugs and you will sleep fine as my husband and I did. No kettle in the room for coffee, this would be a nice addition. We just walked 5 minutes and we were on the main strip filled with restaurants. It is close to the train station but a good 30 minute taxi ride if you are taking a ferry.

The hotel is set in off the main road and car parks at the back of the property - nice and secure, and it is centrally located to shops, the night market and the nightly street market.
Our room was a considerable size, comfortable and clean, having great shower pressure, and a pleasing balcony.
Breakfast included western/asian items and was more than adequate and satisfying.

Basic and noisy but as good as you're going to get

Chumpon is a big place but everything is very local and basic. So don't expect anything at all different from your hotel stay!
Positives about Euro Boutique hotel: easy parking, clean room, comfortable mattress and bedding, dark when lights out, hot shower, small balcony, large fridge freezer in room
Negatives: noisy - can hear every little thing that every other guest is doing, can hear dogs barking at night from next door, flimsy entrance door

Arrived early and they had a room available so I was able to check in early. As previous reviewers have mentioned, you pick your breakfast for the next day (4 options). It is located close to a couple banks, night markets and the large shopping mall. The bus station/minivan station was only about 800m away as well if that is how you are traveling. Room was spotless. Even though I was traveling solo, I was still offered both breakfasts (I wish, big portions! No option to book for 1 adult). If through that way again, would happily stay.

Nice spacious and bright rooms with balconies, hot water, and good linens. Free coffee (including french press) and tea available in lobby, and free bikes provided as well. Location is perfect - right downtown, a short walk to train station & to night market (a must for foodies!) We booked one night initially, but stayed two.

Decent budget hotel, good value for the money

Clean, basic budget hotel which overall was a good value for the money. The bed could have been more comfortable. Breakfast is served on the top floor, with a nice view and a lovely breeze - eggs cooked to order, but only instant coffee. Excellent location, only about ten minutes to the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property, from hallway to room. One of the cleanest bathrooms I've had in the country, great, hot shower pressure . Chumphon is a lovely town that doesn't get too much recognition. 10/10, 100% recommend!

Conveniently located approximately 10 minutes walk from the train station. We stayed here for one night before catching the ferry to Koh Tao. Fairly spacious room, good air conditioning, had lots of ants however. Walking street/night market just outside for local food. Staff were very quiet, didn’t tell us anything about the location/breakfast/etc so we had to figure that out on our own. Overall good value for money but not very welcoming.

This hotel was easy to find, close to the mini van station and train station. Our standard room was very clean, spacious, bright, and with a balcony facing a big street. Because the hotel is several yards away from the street it was pretty quiet. It was a very good choice for our one night stay in transit to Koh Samui. Staff was helpful and made sure someone was at the reception to return our deposit when we checked out at 4.30am. There are plenty of street food and restaurants nearby, and the night market is just down the street.

A huge Thankyou to Surijan and his wife Jan. They were exceptionally generous with their time and advice on activities and beaches in the area. Staff were all pleasant. And helpful. Would recommend to stay at this hotel.

Good choice, close enough walk to train station. The receptionist didn't give me back my key deposit, 200b, when I checked out...and I physically handed her the key and said \"check out\". It's not like they give you a receipt or anything, and we arrived in the pouring rain so I totally forgot when leaving. She wasn't in any rush to remind me, since they HAVE to give the deposit back to EVERY guest, EVERYDAY on checkout. They only let me know after I emailed to tell them. Oh well, won't be back to collect it. Good open breakfast on roof w sweet views of somewhat just ok town.

Our train got in at 10:45pm and it was a quick 12 min walk from the train station straight up the road (1 km). Taxi wanted to charge us 100 baht but the walk was fine with backpacks. The reception was pleasant but asked for 200 baht to be refunded when we returned the room key. We found this odd and hoped reception would be open the following morning at 5:40am to return it to us when we left. Unfortunately, they prepared (cooled) a room with a King bed and not the Twin bed set we ordered, so when we changed rooms, the twin bed room took a few minutes to cool and the free water bottles in the fridge were warm. Even so, the room was comfortable and clean and we received our 200 baht when we departed early the next morning. Breakfast was included but we left too early. All in all GREAT value and perfect for our purposes. Would highly recommend for good value, clean and comfortable room and walking distance to train station.

Euro boutique is a golden coin

This hotel is new, well designed, well maintained, well kept. Balconies are precious. Staff is super friendly.
All for a very reasonable price. One of the best quality/price ratios ever.

We were happy to stay at the E B hotel. The elevator was reliable and breakfast was good and on the sixth floor. Very good view. The hotel was very clean. You could walk to most things from the hotel.

Nice new hotel - except for the bedbugs

The hotel is beautiful and brand new. The location is handy - next to the night market and walking distance from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quite loud on the floor directly under the breakfast buffet but nothing earplugs can't solve.

Unfortunately my visit was compromised by a small bedbug infestation in the duvet in my room. I discovered it after being bitten at night. It can happen to any hotel and management seemed to be taking the issue seriously but I'd still recommend a very thorough bedbug check before accepting a room. I wasn't thorough enough.

Da wir früh ab reisen mussten haben wir noch ein lunch-paket bekommen. Sehr praktisch für den flughafen... Für eine Zwischenübernachtung OK!
