Loved the roomy apartment Plenty of room to spread out. Liked the under cover carpark as well. Room not serviced on a Sunday which we didn’t mind but not told so it’s a small thing to keep in mind. Outside facilities fabulous. Your own BBQ along with table and chairs. Beautiful view of the golf course the other side of the apartment with additional table and chairs.

Huge rooms with great view over the golf course. Everything was spacious and tidy. The staff were lovely and helpful. My only gripe is with Expedia who made it extremely difficult to alter the booking within the advertised time frame. This is perfect accommodation for a family or group who are keen on golf or watersports.

Great stay, about the only criticism is the location of the aircon, blowing right onto the bed, makes for a real chilly sleep even at the lowest fan speed.
Roomy room with a good view over the golf course, and a nice walk to the beach.

Undercover parking, property is set back from the street by quite a bit so you don't hear traffic. The BBQ area between ours and the adjacent rooms was superb, clean, well lit and very convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

Post GFC/Covid/Murray floods there are significant problems in the riverland that have to be factored into any review. This property is ideal for golfers but there are issues. Our unit had a blocked handbasin sink, a broken sliding door latch, a noisy badly fitted fridge and blown light bulbs. However, the room was spacious, clean and looked out over the golf course (thru' dirty windows). We went for winter sun and unfortunately the elements did not oblige but would like to have played tennis. However, the courts were unserviceable and neglected. On past experience many of these problems are widespread across the sector and it may take some time to restore standards to meet expectations.

Nice Two Night Break

Our stay was very good. The Premises were old but very clean and modernised since I last stayed there 40 years ago. It adjoins a well kept Golf Course. The Rooms were well appointed with ample facilities such as a microwave oven, fridge etc for a two night stay. The Reception Officer was friendly and very welcoming. As SA was in the grip of severe weather the only setback was that there was a heavy rain caused blocked drain in the carport which had us stepping out of the car into a large pool of rainwater to access our room but by morning this had been cleared. I would stay there again if in the area.

Poor water flow in shower.

Room was very comfortable. The only down side was the shower. Barely a trickle came out of the shower head. I think some sort of restrictor has been placed behind the cold tap or even both to prevent people from running the water too fast. Would have been nice to have a decent flow when having a shower.

Justa short walk to the middle of town. The rooms are set out in groups of four, with a central bbq and tables in each quadrangle. Every Time we've been there we've met some good people. And if your friends/partner goes to bed early, there's always somebody else to drink with :)

All I needed a good night sleep, having driven up late and with an early start filming a property at first light I was extremely frustrated upon arriving to a freezing cold room with windows left open, upon turning the heater on which is an old wall-mounted unit it was right above my bed, rattled and banged then every so often would clunk and go to a loud wiring sound before kicking back in again. For the price and simple amenities, I would have expected more from this place. I also expect that for $120 a night in a country town a warm experience but a large sign saying wash your own dishes because it's not included is far away from that. How long would it take your cleaner to wash a teacup vs printing signs that instantly put a negative spin on what was already a disappointing stay.
