Wow , I just had such a serene and wonderful time for my birthday. Sheila was amazing at the front desk, actually everyone I encountered at the front desk and throughout the property was beyond amazing . The breakfast was delicious. The sparkling wine upon check in was so refreshing after experiencing the heat . The balcony/ porch with the King Suite was my sanctuary! I will definitely go back to visit !

We enjoyed our stay at the Senza. The location is perfect off a main road yet set back a bit that you feel like you’re in a country setting. The room is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the Nespresso in the room. The bed was very comfortable with high end linens. The only reason we didn’t give it all 5 stars is because we found hair in the shower and the pool was not clean and cold. Overall we had a great time!!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Senza for a birthday weekend.

The highlights were the clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, and well-maintained property. The hotel also hosts complimentary evening wine tastings from local wineries, which was a nice touch. We appreciated that the staff recognized my wife’s birthday with a slice of cheesecake waiting in the room, which made the stay feel special.

We also booked massages during our stay, and the therapists were excellent. However, guests should note that the spa facilities are quite limited. There are no shower or relaxation facilities, so it feels more like an in-room or standalone massage service than a full spa experience.

A few aspects were less impressive. We noticed other guests receiving complimentary welcome champagne while we were not offered one, which felt a bit inconsistent. The breakfast credit also did not go very far, as the on-site café is relatively expensive and portions are on the smaller side.

While we enjoyed our stay, the value proposition may feel less compelling at peak-season pricing.

The property is beyond beautiful! Our room in the Parker mansion was very modern and large with great amenities. Easy parking and all buildings are surrounded by beautiful gardens. The pool is very private with nice cabanas. Breakfast as well as other meal items were exceptional and served in the library or outside deck. Like being in Europe. Outstanding staff.

Great location tucked away on the far north side of Napa. This hotel consists of a few buildings which resemble old homes that have a bed and breakfast feel, which was nice. The breakfast offerings were vast and reasonably priced. The hot tub was nestled in a more secluded area of the property near a fire pit, for those who wanted to be perhaps a little farther away from any children who may be at the pool.

Easy access to/from the other main cities in Napa Valley, and about 1 hour from Sacramento airport. Clean hotel! Would highly recommend.

I paid 2x the amount for a place that was a tenth as nice in Yountville last time and am glad I chose the Senza this time. I will definitely go again.

Spoke with the hotel ahead of time about early check in and late check out, also to make sure that there were flowers with a card arranged in the room beforehand since it was Valentine’s Day weekend. When we checked in, they were behind, didn’t have the flowers and wouldn’t allow us to check in for 2 hours. The hotel wasn’t busy, or over booked, and the pictures online absolutely show a different experience than real life. The hotel is directly off the main road, not tucked away. Is on a very small winery, was under construction, and the staff members at the front desk were “aloof” to be as kind as possible.

We booked Senza Hotel in the last minutes after checking into another B&B that had 10 points on 8 reviews but so horrible. We drove off after seeing the interior and the room, very old, outdated and smells very bad...
It was like day and night and the silver review on Hotels.com + $25 extra savings + $40 meal credit sure helped offset the other reservation...
The Sunza hotel saved our day and there was nothing to even give it a 9 or less point rating...My only regret was that I did not have time to enjoy the hot tub and spa....But being the closest hotel to the 6AM ALOFT Hot Air Balloons meeting place in Yountville (where all local hotels are almost $1000 /night ) is the best feature. Highly recommend for the HAB riders.
We would stay here for any of our trip to Napa!

Overall the staff is friendly, there was some confusion about how we use the credit for the breakfast at the first day, but the hotel staff solved this issue. And I got the 60 mins massage, it was really good. The massage therapist knew what he was doing and my body feel much lighter and the muscles feel relaxed too.

Very cute boutique hotel. VERY nice staff from front desk to cafe. We were notified of a wine tasting from 6-7 but they last minute cancelled. We were poured a glass of wine of choice which was a nice offering since the cancellation was not their fault. So nice. She even gave me an extra glass of Chardonnay. The breakfast was also delicious. We had baked French toast and breakfast tacos.

Excellent property/spa resort! Parking is NOT an additional charge, which is refreshing.
Included breakfast made to order was the best. Also, nightly wine tasting hosted by the hotel from different vineyards was a bonus.

Yes, the bar was well stocked and had a great selection. The kitchen also had everything we needed to cook comfortably, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, the experience was really good. The property was welcoming and relaxing, and Jeremy was excellent, very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. His service really made a positive difference. I would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed to find that the property was definitely not as shown in the pictures. It’s much smaller than it appears online, and the rooms are quite basic and not particularly impressive compared to other hotels in the same price range. While I will say that the rooms were clean and organized, that was unfortunately the only real positive aspect of the stay.

The on-site restaurant was another letdown. It’s extremely small, with only about five tables, and the prices are far higher than what the experience justifies. The menu is very limited, and the food itself was poorly presented and lacked creativity or inspiration. Overall, it did not feel like good value for the cost.

Overall, the stay did not live up to expectations based on the photos or pricing, and I would likely look at other options before considering staying here again.

My wife and I went on our honeymoon. Right from the moment we walked in Karen took care of us. Our stay and customer service was amazing. We also received great recommendations for wine tastings and delicious eats. experience overall was a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was in a nice and quiet area. It was perfect for a relaxing wind down close to yountville. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. I loved the fireplace feature in the room and the wine upon arrival was a nice touch. It was easy to get to the wineries from the hotel and had excellent amenities with two separate fire pits.

The staff were great. And the beds were very comfortable. That said, the room was a little worse for wear (cracked light plastic, scuffs on the wall, broken closet door, pillows leaking feathers, etc) The breakfasts I had were very tasty. The smash burger is excellent. However, the meatballs and Caesar salad were not so much. They were small meatballs and the salad came with packaged Ken's Caesar dressing, which was disappointing. However, they were able to find something more to my taste. I'm probably being too hard on the hotel; it just wasn't what I was expecting, I guess.

Overall, the stay was just okay. The property itself seemed nice, but there were several issues that significantly impacted our comfort.

We stayed in the same building as the front desk and restaurant, and it was very loud throughout our stay. Housekeeping repeatedly entered our room immediately after a single knock on the patio door, without waiting for a response. We were only provided one “Do Not Disturb” placard for the main door, which made this worse.

The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was fine. Front desk staff, however, were not welcoming and it often felt awkward approaching them.

Our first assigned room (Room 24) had a noticeable odor, so we moved rooms. Unfortunately, the second room had the same smell. I later discovered visible mold on the toilet tank lid, inside the bowl, and under the lip of the sink. The odor appeared water-related and aggravated my allergies. Both rooms smelled the same, which made me wonder if there was a previous water issue or leak. When we returned home, our clothes carried the same smell.

Housekeeping also did not seem thorough. Items under the sink were dusty, and the bed rails and box spring were visibly dirty. I felt uncomfortable and unclean during the stay and would have left if the stay hadn’t been prepaid.

At checkout, I was incorrectly charged for breakfast even though it was included with my stay. I checked out five days ago and am still waiting for a call or email from the manager regarding

Just a quick trip from San Francisco for Christmas Eve. Staff was absolutely amazing especially since they were working on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Kind, considerate, cheerful - really impressive! I think the gentleman working breakfast was Jeremy? Amazing service! We also loved our spacious room and ease of parking. I had not stayed here before and the hotel is in a great location between many premium areas and wineries. Bistro Don Giovanni is walking distance next door and the food there was delicious. The dining at the hotel was also delicious with great menu items and plenty of other amenities, such as fresh coffee, tea, water available at the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and very clean.

The room was fine but the bed and pillows were super uncomfortable and my biggest complaint is the wifi. WiFi was extreemmeeelllyyyy slow, frustratingly so, especially after paying $200 for 1 night. Also, their dinner menu leaves MUCH to be desired, it’s basically just a burger, a sandwich and a couple flat breads, that’s literally it. Lastly, they advertise free breakfast, but when you check in they inform you it’s actually a $40 credit, not including tip and tax, so it’s not really free is it? Kinda wild they can just say something but mean something else lol. OH- I also didn’t see a hot tub??? It’s winter so I brought my bikini to soak, and online it said there was a hot tub but did not see one.
