The hotel is located in amazing place, close to the cathedral and the royal chapel (10 min walk), 27-30 min walk from al-hambra (I don’t know far by bus that because I prefer to walk in the amazing in Granada), 15 min walk from the train station of Granada, 20 min drive from the airport (40-45 min by the bus to the airport)! I
The staff is a kind people, the lady on the reception help me to take the right bus to the airport last day instead of pay 30€ to a taxi I paid just 3€ while the bus station is 2 min walk from the hotel and she told me exactly how to reach the bus station!
They let me leave my luggage last day for 9 hours with no problem!
I used the hotel just to sleep, so I don’t care if there wasn’t option to make tea or coffee at the room!

My child and my husband and I had to sleep ingot temperature and they refused to give us a refund. I hope Expedia does.

Convenient location, clean but simple.

The room had a bed that was comfortable. There was a flat screen TV but it was old enough that it did not have an HDMI input. There was no easy chair. Noises from the hallway and the street were easy to hear.

I would recommend this only as an inexpensive hotel for a brief stay.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed In within my three weeks of travel. It was loud...street noise, constant banging from the rooms all around me, slamming doors and noisy housekeeping folks. Air conditioning did not work (not even any controls in the room) and the bed was small and hard. Tiny room as well.
However, considering the low price it was not that bad of a deal.

The hotel is conveniently located nearby Granada's landmark (Constitution), very near to the train station (10-15 minutes walk) and bus station (bus no.3 or 33 - or €9 by taxi). Taxi to Alhambra costs only €6.

The room is tidy, although not very spacious (our room has two single beds). And the soundproof is quite terrible (we can hear people talking from the next room).

The WiFi is free, but keeps disconnecting when surfing from our room (but very strong connection at the lobby).

No elevator, but the hotel only has two floors.

In a nutshell, it was a pleasant stay.

Good basic hotel from which to explore the city.

The hotel was basic but clean, but if you needed that bit more room ask for a twin room, the staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble, the breakfast was substantial , the hotel was only ten to fifteen minutes walk away from the centre, so a good hotel at the budget end of the scale.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms are pretty and comfortable. The breakfast could be a little bit better, but I'm very satisfied with the service at all.

OK hotel but small and noisy

Hotel location fairly central and easy to find, staff helpful, clean and modern but rooms very small (especially bathroom). Whilst hotel seemed to be in a quiet location it was suprisingly noisy at night from both street noise (local drunks, bin wagons etc) and other guests. Air conditioning also brokedown which made room very hot.

Hotel simple mais suffisant pour 2 jours. Bien situé et prix très abordable. Pas d'ascenseur. Le petit déjeuner doit être pris à l'extérieur dans un bar à 100m. l'Hotel est très bien situé dans une ruelle très calme.

El ruido de las limpiadoras desde las 8 de la mañana es horrible. Hablan a voces y se escucha todo en la habitación. Por barato que sea no merece la pena que no te dejen descansar. Lo demás muy bien.

No nos hospedamos porque encontramos todo muy mal,las habitaciones sumamente pequeñas y se encuentran en un segundo piso sin ascensor,no tien aparcamiento y el parqueo público más cercano estaba muy lejos

Hotel in buona posizione. In pochi minuti si arriva al \"centro geografico\" di Granada. Nonostante i numerosi commenti positivi trovati sulla'hotel la nostra esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva. Niente di grave... forse inezie ma la mancanza di ascensore per esempio ci ha lasciato un po' basiti. Se si hanno due valigie di 25kg l'una da trasportare la cosa può risultare impegnativa. La pulizia non l'abbiamo trovata eccezionale e sul letto appena arrivati abbiamo trovato dei capelli... evidentemente non nostri. Idem per la doccia! Camere molto piccole ma, tutto sommato, vivibili per un breve soggiorno. Se comunque si tirano le somme, quello che si ha per il prezzo pagato, ci può stare la receptionist un po' scortese e qualche capello di altri. Dignitoso nel complesso ma senz aspettarsi un Hilton!

Zwei Sterne sind einer zu viel für dieses Hotel.
Es war zwar sauber, aber doch alles sehr abgenutzt und verschlissen.
Kein Aufzug vorhanden!! Das stand nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung.

Lamentable. Bolsas de ropa sucia días enteros en el pasillo, sin ascensor, ropa de baño y de cama de otros hoteles, ni papel higiénico, ni pilas en mando a distancia. Carísimo. Un verdadero timo

Personalet var flinke. hotelet meget nedslidt,vores badeværelse havde vasken placeret så man ikke kunne side lige på toilettet vand ud på gulvet efter bad.Meget lydt fra gaden og gangen. Dårlig/kedelig morgenmad, kaffe på hotelet men super gode cafeer i nærheden. god placering med gåafstand til seværdigheder . rengøringen var mangelfuld.

Für 2 Sterne darf man nicht viel erwarten..

Für den Preis war das Hotel definitiv zu überteuert! Es hat im Flur gestunken und die Zimmer waren sehr alt und nicht sehr sauber.. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und waren auch froh darüber, nicht länger bleiben zu müssen. Ok, es sind nur 2 Sterne, daher darf man nicht viel erwarten, aber für 2 Sterne doch überteuert! Die Lage ist aber gut.

pas beaucoup apprécié

hôtel très bruillant. demander les chambres donnant sur la ruelle plutôt que sur la place qui sont encore plus sonores. problème vec la climatisation. dans la première chambre, elle ne fonctionnait pas et dans la seconde, c'était une climatisation collective (pour trois chambres). donc pouvant causer des problèmes avec les voisins. télévision sans programme international. mais hôtel propre, bien tenu, accueil agréable, parlant français à la reception.
