Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel club. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Les repas furent très apprécié par l'ensemble de la famille et des menus végétariens ont pu être proposé à notre fils qui a adoré. Dommage que le sauna ne soit plus en accès libre.
Nous avons aimé le cadre et l'emplacement de ce site et nous pensons y retourner pour un autre séjour.

meme si le site est agréable, le confort des chambres est limite. Pas de place oû poser la valise, la télévision ne fonctionne pas correctement, peu d'espace pour passer vers les lits. En ce qui concerne les petits déjeuners, seulement du jus d'orange, et surtout un seul mini croissant par personne...... pour 12 €; je trouve trop cher pour ce qu'il y avait.

J'ai réservé une chambre familiale sur le site expedia.fr avec petit déjeuner inclus. L'hôtel m'a dit qu'il fallait que je paie les petits déjeuners et surtout que ce que j'avais payé n'incluait que les 2 adultes et pas les enfants. Rien n'était clairement indiqué au moment de l'achat. J'envisage de me tourner vers une association de défense des consommateurs...

Assez decue dans l'ensemble, chambre passable, mal isolée. Le lendemain a 9h la femme de menage est entree sans frapper. Repas du soir : menu unique, a aucun moment on le sait quand on réserve. Sinon bon emplacement avec tres belle vue. Convient pour 1 nuit.

La chambre aurait besoin d'un petit coup de rafraichissement ainsi que certaines parties de l'hôtel et surtout besoin d'un pare-douche... sinon nous avons apprécié que notre chien soit accepté. Venus pour randonner aux Rousses et profiter le soir de la piscine, du sauna et du Hammam de l'établissement, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'apprendre en arrivant à l'hôtel que toutes ces installations étaient indisponibles sans réduction du tarif bien entendu. La personne à l'accueil s'est contentée de dire que nous pourrions profiter de notre baignoire ! (Baignoire minuscule avec flexible de douche qui fuit façon geyser et que nous avons dû réparer pour pouvoir nous doucher).

2éme séjour dans cet hôtel. Séjour appréciable dans les périodes de canicule (nuits fraiches). Très bon rapport prix-prestations. Personnel aimable et efficace, propriétaires au petits soins, chambres familiale très pratique, propreté irréprochable, très bonne literie, petits déjeuners supers et diners possibles sur place. Environnement paisible avec vue sur une campagne juracienne franco-suisse, digne d'une publicité pour un bon chocolat au lait...

Un hôtel peu recommandable
Une arrivée avec un accueil peu commerçant. Nous avons été par ailleurs étonné du menu unique proposé, avec aucun menu de substitution sauf du « riz, jambon ». Les personnes ayant un régime particulier, cela peut être compliquer. Le restaurant doit être plutôt qualifié de cantine, car avec un menu unique à nous proposer et la présentation qui laisse à désirer, cela s’y assimile fortement. De plus, la propreté et le confort des chambres sont catastrophiques pour le prix. Des poils et des cheveux retrouvés dans le lit, une tache sur le plaid, un matelas dur et le robinet du lavabo qui ne tient pas en place.
