Restaurant was superb! The waiters were excellent and friendly. The fresh grilled fish and pasta dishes were the best we had. Our room views and pool area were very beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful. Our only complaints were the room had ants but was immediately fixed, and the elevator did not work well, but was also fixed. Altogether a pace we can highly recommend!

Location slightly outside of Sorrento, but no problem, as the bus 2 euros each, was very regular and literally the stop was outside the Hotel reception, and took about 12 minutes.
All in all a beautiful traditional Hotel that we would come back to, with lovely people, just need to improve breakfast.

Spectacular view of Capri from my huge patio in Jr suite! The staff was amazing and so helpful with anything I requested. The room was very comfortable and daily breakfast was really good. Nice to have great restaurant on site when we didn’t want to go out! Enjoyed being out of the crowds in Sorrento but easy and quick to get there for ferries etc. I’d highly recommend.

The rooms were maintained every day by pleasant staff and the Restaurant was a lovely place for breakfast and Dinner with a glorious view of Capri filling the horizon. The rooftop pool was clean and clear and there was a snack bar for coffees and tasty snacks. Overall the hotel was a lovely place to stay ...for two whole weeks....I had a ball.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The attached spa and outdoor bar/pool were great. Unfortunately the soundproofing in our room wasn't very good. Noise from the road, nextdoor room, and surrounding properties was very loud. The road is not suitable for walking into Massa or Sorrento safely and so you will need to take the bus or drive.

Rude staff, terrible service, and two days in a row ear-splitting drilling right by our room starting at 8:30. We let it go one day, and went out, but the second day it was raining and we got a huge headache and finally had to ask for them to stop. We never got the comped bottle of wine. Poor command of English so any complex requests went unanswered. After my fever, I got a massage the next day, and went up to the pool deck. I lost the key card and the brusque, older woman with shoulder length brown hair and thick black glasses made a big to do about this! It's a spa and aren't we supposed to be relaxing? The road is noisy and the shutters do drown out some of the road noise at night but very noisy if you want to sit on your patio, the road is right there.

We liked the vibrant hotel and the gracious front desk. Our room was clean and we did have a partial view of the ocean. It is about 1 mile from Sorrento and I don’t think it can be walked safely (no sidewalks). There is a bus stop that can take you into the city right outside the hotel— for either the EAV or Sita. It will also drop you back. You can purchase bus tickets ahead of time at a tabacchi shop or pay on the bus. We found the EAV came around more often when we needed it but expect that it comes about every 30 minutes. There are barely any call buttons or signage where you are on the bus route so google maps is very handy to figure out when you need to get off. The hotel itself suites our needs. The included breakfast had a lot of options, which we enjoyed. We liked the quiet and that the city was a little bit away.

The best part of our entire honeymoon trip was staying at this hotel! The staff were exceptional and helped us book all of our activities, print our train tickets, make restaurant reservations, anything we needed. Our room was cleaned every day, and the amenities were amazing. We took advantage of the hotel spa and had massages, and we loved the rooftop pool. Overall an amazing stay, and we will recommend to anyone travelling to Sorrento.

The room was good with lovely balcony and view. The main problem was we had no WiFi at all the whole week we were there. We had the manager come and check then nothing done about it. Also we had no tv only couple of Italian channels worked. The English ones said no service and the screen went blank The Netflix wouldn’t connect either!! So inaffect we had no tv all week also. The breakfast was basic and the same each day. Strange bacon and the scrambled eggs one day tasted off. They ran out of gluten free bread for 2 days.

This hotel has an authentic Italian feel. The staff are excellent, welcoming and helpful. The food is great and the evening meal is table service which is a refreshing change. The rooftop bar and pool have beautiful views across to Capri. There is a regular bus service into Sorrento every 20 minutes which stops outside the hotel.
However, the hotel sits right on a busy road. We had a ground floor room which gave us a lovely view but was very noisy. The road has no pavement and so, if you like a walk in the evening its not safe. There are no nearby bars or shops that we could see.

The hotel was amazing! It is remote from the chaos of tourists. It was peaceful, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was nice with beautiful views of the Sorrento and Capri coast. The restaurant was amazing! My only complaint was that our room had a bit of an ant problem. Our kids room did not.

I was happy to do my dream trip for my birthday and the hotel has a beautiful view. Transportation was easy from the main door to the town. Food was good too; however, the service wasn’t what I excepted.
We asked several times about tours and information of any activities but we were told that it was low season and we were ignored. We ended up buying a great tour in downtown Sorrento to Capri and another to the Amalfi coast but the hotel didn’t help us at all with information.
We basically stayed there come in and out.
One night they closed the restaurant without enough notice and we didn’t have anywhere to eat since there is nothing around and we had a small baby.
About the baby, the didn’t seem very happy with having the baby in the restaurant and in the hotel. We were constantly rushed to eat and finish even though my baby was very calm at all times. They didn’t even offer desert so they wanted us to leave. I was shocked since we had 14 days in Italy and everywhere else was fantastic and very family oriented.
The have an indoor pool but when we asked, they say that the baby wasn’t allowed I. The indoor pool 😧. Which I didn’t understand why…
If this is not a hotel for family, please advertise that way. I get that some places are meant to be for couples, but PLEASE make sure you advertise it that way.

We stayed from 6/18-6/23/25. The staff are so friendly, always greeting you with a smile and hello. Francisco and Lucia at the front desk (everyone) always helpful. Very clean and pristine smaller hotel with great service and concern. Always available for any questions you have regarding bus, train or tours. Bus stop is also conveniently in the front of hotel. Amazing view of Capri breakfast very good with scrambled/hard boiled eggs, Italian meats, pastries, fruit, yogurt and more. Coffee machines were awesome with any coffee you desire. Restaurant for dinner was also very good.
Pool was clean and bartender, Rueben, was amazing with his positive upbeat personality, delicious and well garnished drinks. Pool was not crowded most of the time. Very quiet and serene place. We would definitely come again!

The hotel was very old with very little amenities, in the middle of no where, could only walk to one restaurant that was owned by the same family that owns the hotel. Our room included breakfast, but we basically had the same thing every day, because options were very limited. Everything was just mediocre

We had a wonderful stay here, from check-in to check-out. Front desk staff were wonderful: friendly greetings whenever we passed by, efficient with any request. Parking was available; free and easy (we requested prior to arriving). The room was lovely; the view spectacular (overlooking the island of Capri, and Sorrento. There was significant road noise from our balcony, but it was not noticeable with the glass doors closed. The bed was comfortable, and temperature controls were easily managed. The bathroom was roomy, with a larger shower than we typically had in other locations in Italy. Rooftop bar at the pool was relaxing to enjoy at the end of a day touring the area, as was the spa pool below it. The restaurant was amazing as well; wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was included each morning, with a wide selection of beverages and both Italian and American style food choices. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Property was nice and clean , but I booked a sea view and most of the rooms are partial sea view, they try to change my room 3 times but the view was the same. Definitely a 3 star hotel, needs some touch up in showers, breakfast was not good except coffee and croissant . Owners were very accommodating though.
There is a bus that stops at front for two euros and takes u to the center. In my opinion it was better than many other hotels I stayed while i was there but overpriced.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. It was located about 15 min outside of Sorrento, but bus available right outside door to town. Location was nice a quiet, room was clean with wonderful view of Capri from our room. Food was very good as well, we ate there for all meals at one time or another. I would definitely return on our next visit.

Amazing property!!! If you want to be out of the city centre of Sorrento but have the option to get in to town. Only 2 euros and 10 minutes on the bus into the city, bus stops right at the hotel door. Amazing views from the rooftop pool over to Capri. Beuatiful!!! Staff and owner are great. Food was very nice. I would stay there againd.

Reception were v helpful and informative. Only downside was the noisy traffic (mopeds) alongside the hotel. This was more evident in the lower rooms where we were. Rooms higher up in the building probably weren't affected.

The staff was incredible here and the view - they call it BellaVista for a reason!! It was nice to be on the outskirts of town and have a bus stop right in front of the building. The rooms were large and comfortable, the beds were rather firm, but otherwise it was all amazing.

The hotel was further outside of Sorrento then I expected, but is was not a problem at all. During check-in, Lucia (who was fantastic!), told us about the bus. It runs every 20 minutes and takes you right into the center of town. We took it a few times.

We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights over the weekend. Service at this hotel and restaurant is excellent. The front door staff were very helpful, the roof bar gentlemen and the restaurant staff were all very friendly. The restaurant is one of the highlights with good food and a great view. This hotel has an amazing location looking out at Capri and Ischia with a 20min bus ride into Sorrento from in front of the hotel. Our room was beautiful and we loved waking up to the sunlight filling the white room and classic Sorrento tiles. We found it a little loud because the sound from other rooms travels through the floor and walls, and the door shakes every time someone else opens or closes a door - but that didn’t detract too much from an otherwise great time. Nothing beats seeing Capri from your bed. We would come again.

Only 10 mins from the centre of Sorento. Really handy bus that took us up and down. Just check last bus time as very expensive taxi if you miss it.

Too Hot for a Shower
We nearly burned ourselves in the shower and when we complained to management they said it was our fault. I tried to explain that it was like there was no cold water being mixed with the hot water but they told us that was impossible. They came to the room and said it was because we didn't know how to run the controls. It wasn't until I showed them that only hot water was coming out of the sink that they believed us. After five minutes of calls they realized that there was a cold water shutoff above the door. \"I don't know why that would have been shut off.\" The condition was dangerous. Such valves should not be where another guest may fiddle with them.
We only stayed one night. The other problem: there is no place to walk, at all and a really inadequate place to work out. We came to Italy to walk and stretch but that wasn't possible, unless you count the four flights of stairs you had to climb to get to our second floor room.
The view is beautiful but that was the only thing this room had to recommend. We were so unhappy with day one of our trip that we ripped up our itinerary and went north to Florence.

The view from our room was the most incredible view ever. Just sitting in bed and looking out the wall of windows looking at Capri was breathtaking. The windows opened all the way along with the deck sliding glass door. Same view in the large gorgeous bathroom. The food at the restaurant and the staff were excellent too!

We had a balcony view room, which we had an amazing view of Capri. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean everyday. The rooftop bar was great to hang out and have a few drinks and the restaurant was amazing, with very nice options. Breakfast was simple. It was super convenient to have a bus stop for the local transit right outside the hotel doors, making it very easy to get into the city centre (it was 2 € each ride). Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel, would highly recommend.
