Absolutely terrible experience! When we arrived at the front desk, another guest was already complaining about cockroaches in their room — that should have been the first red flag. Still, we decided to check our room, and it was disgusting. The bed wasn’t even changed after the previous guests — the sheets were full of hair and stains, and the whole place smelled dirty. The chairs and floors were filthy, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and we honestly felt uncomfortable even touching anything.

We immediately left and booked another hotel. When we asked for a refund, the staff refused and didn’t seem to care at all about how bad the conditions were. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here — it’s not worth your money or your health. Later when trying to get a refund Amy the manager told Expedia we spent the night and refused to help in getting a refund.

There were 3 police headed to a room

I am trying to cancel the Expedia trip because I hadn’t been able to check into my room for over an hour and I had enough and went to another hotel. Talking to your agent I spent a half hour per person with no rectification. It took you guys two minutes to take my money But over 60 minutes with your people I got no wear with.

The hotel seems to be pretty run down. I don't know if it's in the process of being remodeled or not but the part we stayed in was quite worn. Also some things were not provided in the room such as Kleenex and one night shampoo and conditioner. Also, they have a terrible neighbor, the credit union next door has a generator right by the parking lot by the front door of the hotel that runs pretty much all the time. It's extremely noisy. I don't know if they don't pay their bills or why they would need to be running a generator

Our first room smelt terribly of animal urine, we let the staff know and they were nice enough to change our room and we thought all was fine. Then we found a bug crawling. The fire alarm was off and dangling from the ceiling, the bathroom door knob wasn’t even attached to the door. The door across the hall had been booted in (the damage was still present). There was an unknown red/orange substance splatted all over the ceiling. We left and didn’t even stay the night there it felt so unclean and unsafe.

On the positive side the young man working at the desk was helpful and nice. We checked in, put our bags in the room, went to dinner and decided we didn’t want to stay there. Came back and checked out. The area around the hotel didn’t feel safe. There were people drinking in the parking lot near the entrance when we checked in and they were still there when we came back 2 hours later. There appeared to be a fair amount of sketchy activity including the partying in the parking lot and what looked like sex workers checking in. We don’t know if that was actually the case but it sure looked like it. After we decided to leave we asked if we could get a refund. The young man at the desk said he would try. He then said since it was booked through Expedia that we had to go through them. We did and he approved the refund. We didn’t feel safe staying there and would have left regardless of whether we got a refund.

I understand the saying “you get what you pay for,” but there are limits, and in the summer they charge $300 a night according to Google reviews. For that price, the experience was unacceptable.

There were a few positives: the king bed was decent, the parking lot was large and easy to get in and out of with wide spaces. The room itself was spacious with a curved shower curtain rod that gave the illusion of more space. The Wi-Fi was strong, the TV had plenty of channels, and the young man who checked us out on the last day was friendly and efficient.

Unfortunately, everything else fell short. There is no elevator, no fridge, and no microwave. The hallways and rooms smelled strongly of mildew, and the carpets were stained, uneven, and a tripping hazard. Housekeeping never came during our three-night stay, so the trash piled up, and my pillow smelled like someone else’s cologne. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with a tub and sink that drained so slowly you stood in water, a low sink with chunks missing, a flimsy light that only worked sometimes, no fan, and a metal doorframe coming loose. Towels were thin and left fibers on our skin, and ice and vending machines were out of order or stock.

The staff was unfriendly at check-in, one clerk left us waiting while she smoked outside, and a day before checkout our keycard stopped working. To top it off, hours after we left we got an automated text asking us to checkout. Overall, the property is run-down and poorly maintained

Don’t stay here

The hotel is in need of major renovations. The hallway carpets are filthy. The decor is old and tired. There was mold in the shower head. The light in the bathroom had no cover. There was surgical tape covering a hole between the tub and the wall.

There is no security whatsoever. All the outer doors are left unlocked all day. It appears to be a landing spot for some rather unsavory characters who come and go at all hours of the day and night.

It felt unsafe as well as filthy.

On the other hand, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked amazingly.

The staff was fairly friendly, but the building and property are far from nice. The whole building reeks of smoke and the building was far from clean--tidy perhaps, but definitely not clean. Everything felt like it was falling apart and the air was so thick you could hardly breathe. Floors were sticky, crud on the walls, dust behind furniture. We won't be staying at this location again.

The room was filthy. The hot water in the bathroom sink ran continuously, we had to shut the valve off. We had 2 rooms on opposite ends of the hall. When we asked if they could be together...they said they are in the same hall!. The 2nd room had carpet nails coming through the carpet and the bathroom. My granddaughter stepped on it and punctured her little toe.She is 2. It smelled like smoke. the side door was not locked. AC was so loud we had to shut it off.

Super 8 shows a swimming pool and exercise room on the property that does not exist there. That was a big disappointment.

Very disappointed in our room. Had a hard time finding lights as room was dark & the 1 switch didn't turn anything on. The carpet needed to be removed a year + ago. Wore my sandals the whole time. The bathroom faucet could not be turned off and the tub was all black mold. Had to go ask for towels as we only had 2 hand towels. The saving grace was the bed was clean & fairly comfortable. A safety problem is there is only one way in/out.
Breakfast was minimal. Definitely will not go there again.

The chair, carpet, curtains, box springs protector all had stains. I was scared to put my bare feet on the floor. The ice maker was broken on second floor. Air conditioning worked barely. The steps up to second floor were a trip hazard with chunks broken off. Some of the steps were duct taped to try to make safer, but not all. Bathroom door would not shut due to bent door jam.

This property was in unwelcoming area, homeliness living in cars in parking lot and one was doing drugs in car when we parked. It definitely was an eye opener/conversation for my 17 year old. Room was old, rusty fixtures in bathroom and air conditioner couldn't keep up and kept us up all night with its noise. We only needed a room for a few hours sleep so we hunkered down and locked up.

The place was ok. I mean the wife and I really didn’t stay too much in the room because we went sightseeing throughout the days we were there. The room was just really outdated, but then again, it was a cheap price, so you get what you pay for I guess. The bed, in my opinion, was very uncomfortable. The TV was placed in a crazy position. The room smelled like bleach, which I guess means it is clean lol. The hairdryer came right off the wall the 2nd day we were there. The shower did have great pressure, I will give them that. The employees were ok. They just acted like “I’m here” The vending machine was broken the whole time we were there (4 days). It just appears that they really don’t care anymore about keeping up with the times. In closing, if all you’re going to do is sleep there, then maybe it will be alright for you. It all depends on your sleep in the bed.

The ladies that checked us in were fine/helpful; the water temperature/shower were GREAT - good water flow & lots of hot water. I had a nice, thick, fluffy bath towel but my brother had a thin, worn bath towel.

There is a brown stain on the bed spread, the carpeting in the room felt like it hasn't been cleaned in years. But the sheets appeared to be crisp & clean.

Breakfast was lacking - no real juice/the milk wasn't labeled as to whole/2% or what. Some hard-boiled eggs or peanut butter - some sort of protein - would have been welcome.

Keycards did not work. breakfast machines were broken and supplies were not sufficient. There was a hole in the bathroom door that looked like someone had punched it. There were rips on the lamp shades. There were not enough outlets for our devices and only one nightstand for 2 beds. The hotel was supposed to be non smoking but the air in almost all hallways was thick with the smell of cannabis smoke. The shower pressure great though and there is plenty of parking.

Very old property …needs updating badly…needs towel racks and grab bar in bathroom ..no facial tissue ,bath tub dirty and stained,windows cracked…personnel however very nice and did informal us that the rooms were old and furniture damaged,but the the motel was going to undergo lan upgrade …which is badly needed.

Sig outside not visible from road due to overgrown bushes that need to be trimmed back.outside of building looks freshly painted,but door locks and keys need updating as well as they did not work consistently.
