Out hotel room heater was on very high (it was 70 F outside) or room was near 80z. So hot that my entire family could not sleep. We opened the doors on the patio to let cold air in and that caused the heater to start working overtime. Lose lose. Ac/hester is controlled centrally and the staff could not assist with their maintenance guy out.

Beautiful relaxing place!
The place was impeccable and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with good variety to suit everyone. The grounds and location couldn't be nicer if you just want to relax. Not a whole lot of commerce or restaurants around. There was a big supermarket a 5 minute drive away.
My only issue was with the front desk not being open after a certain time, it said to call the hotell if arriving after 16.00 so we arrived earlier hoping to check in and go out to enjoy the day, but the guy at the front desk couldn't check us in before 15.00, so... you're supposed to arrive between 15.00 and 16.00?! That's not very convenient if you want to do something a little further away. Anyway, it worked out but I thought this was inconvenient.

We were three adults and three kids under 10 staying in one of the lodges. They were more spacious than expected and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need for a stay. We couldn’t figure out the aircon so it was a bit warm. The pool was being renovated during our stay (which the hotel had communicated to us on several occasions before the stay, which was great to know). It looked like it’d be a great addition though! The property itself is nice with beautiful views and nice amenities such as an outdoor gym and free of charge mini golf, but messy, there was trash left in the grass. Not sure if all the regular staff was on vacation but all employees we interacted with seemed like it was their first day at the job, which meant we were often left waiting for them to check things or things just moved slow. Overall a lovely stay with kids though and I would recommend on hot summer days once the pool is up and running!

Disappointing check in. Nobody there at the check in desk so had to search for a member of staff. I then found an older lady with glasses ( sorry don’t know her name) who was quite rude and ignorant. A warm welcome and friendly smile goes a long way!

We were very pleased with our apartment it was very clean and comfortable with views of Gavle Bay . It had everything we needed.
It has plenty of parking. There is an ICA supermarket not far away. The hairdryer was missing, so we reported it. Within 5 minutes the very pleasant janitor brought us a brand new one.

Som förbättringsförslag skulle uteplatserna kunna sopas rena oftare då det låg en hel del löv där under vår vistelse. Minigolfbanan skulle också behöva en renovering för att hålla samma standard som övriga anläggningen.

Ett annorlunda,fint ställe!. Trevlig personal. Skönt med en stor lägenhet- 2 badrum, flera sovrum, stort , rymligt med det mesta man behöver. Vacker herrgård, bra pool, mkt att göra för barnen. Litet minus i kanten för att tv:n laggade massor, samt att det saknades riktiga mörkläggningsgardiner i vardagsrummet, lite slitet på golv & ytor samt möbler. På stora hela en skön vistelse!

Vi besökte Furuviksparken vilket var en höjdare för barnen.

Frukosten var bra, men stökig, då personalen var för få och man hann inte att fylla på och allting tog slut. Det drog ner poängen på det hela.

Ett hotel på en fantastisk plats. Stora lägenheter med alla bekvämligheter som man kan behöva. Bra poolområde och god mat i restaurangen. Det enda negativa är att lägenheterna blir väldigt varma under varma sommardagar samt att våningssängarna är hårda som cementblock.

Vacker och rogivande omgivning och helt underbar utsikt över vattnet från lodgens uteplats.
Sängarna var otroligt bekväma, och lodgen i sin helhet välplanerad och noga genomtänkt - hit kommer man för att koppla av till 100%. Inredningen var smakfull med mjuka färgtoner. Det märks att lodgen planerats noga utifrån besökarnas behov - vi saknade verkligen ingenting. Där fanns till och med en smart-tv!
Stort plus för att även våra barn stortrivdes.
Ett ytterligare plus var Bastun som fanns i poolområdet där vi spenderade mycket tid tillsammans. Barnen uppskattade duscharna som fanns i nära anslutning till bastun.
Hit kommer vi garanterat fler gånger för att ladda batterierna :)
Vacker och rogivande omgivning och helt underbar utsikt över vattnet från lodgens uteplats.
Sängarna var otroligt bekväma, och lodgen i sin helhet välplanerad och noga genomtänkt - hit kommer man för att koppla av till 100%. Inredningen var smakfull med mjuka färgtoner. Det märks att lodgen planerats noga utifrån besökarnas behov - vi saknade verkligen ingenting. Där fanns till och med en smart-tv!
Stort plus för att även våra barn stortrivdes.
Ett ytterligare plus var Bastun som fanns i poolområdet där vi spenderade mycket tid tillsammans. Barnen uppskattade duscharna som fanns i nära anslutning till bastun.
Hit kommer vi garanterat fler gånger för att ladda batterierna :)

Allt var till belåtenhet förutom ventilationen på rummen då luften stod stilla. Förklaringen kom vid avresan då vi hittade reglaget som var avstängt inuti ett köksskåp.
