Hotel was very nice, had everything on site, restaurants, cafe, casino, bars, pools, and the beach front. AC was amazing and the rooms were clean perfect sized.

Location was great, had convenient stores nearby and all types of restaurants/food all around and even a church that was walking distance. Close to old San Juan and airport. Uber was inexpensive so greatly recommended.

Staff and in general, Puerto Rican people were very hospitable and humble.

The room was pretty, however, when i got in my bed there was a long black hair… i have blonde hair. The shower didn’t get hot water which was annoying and the balcony door was broken so it didn’t open. Everything else was okay except some guests are rude like screaming in the hot tub at night. Also for some reason the hot tub water smelled like sewer.

Me and my husband went to Puerto Rico for the first to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and our stay at the La Concha did not disappoint! Everything about the facility was great, from check in to check out. They were doing some renovations to some of the common areas, like the adult only pool overlooking the ocean. That would've been great, but that didn't take a way from anything. The room was clean, grounds were clean, beach is absolutely beautiful, staff on the beach A+, food was good, location was prime.

I absolutely loved LaConcha! The decor and ambiancce were phenomenal. Our room looked right out to the ocean. The food, from the Aroma Coffee Shop, to the Brunch at AQA, and even the pool side eats were divine! I highly recommend LaConcha, as it would be my first choice if I returned to Puerto Rico.

While the hotel itself has potential, there were several aspects of our stay that made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. The loud music by the pool carried heavily into the rooms, making it nearly impossible to relax or take an afternoon nap, and it continued well into the late evening. On top of that, the street noise outside was extremely loud throughout the stay.

We also found the resort to be less kid-friendly which would be hard if traveling with children. In addition, parts of the resort and casino being open to the public seemed to attract some undesirable crowds at times, which took away from the overall atmosphere and sense of comfort we were expecting.

The shower head in our room had almost no water pressure, which was surprisingly disappointing for a resort of this caliber.

Lastly, while we anticipated premium pricing for food and drinks, charging over $30 for a single martini felt excessive and unreasonable. Overall, the stay did not quite match the level of comfort and value we were hoping for a honeymoon.

The facility are older and not in good conditions they have hidden fees that increase the cost of the room by $75 dollars a night, the pools were dirty and obviously have seem better days. The were without electricity on my first night and their room TV didn't have any internet for my full stay. Honestly their isn't much of a difference between staying here or somewhere at half the price right next door. The overall experience was bad for the cost. If your paying close to 650 a night you would expect more. Stay away.

La Concha hotel is in a great location on Condado Beach. The decor is fresh and modern. Very aesthetically pleasing. The amenities are top notch from the pool to the beach areas. The cafe in the lobby offers quick and convenient breakfast and snack options and the restaurants are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are very helpful and kind. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to my return.

This property looks actually like the photos. The room with the ocean view was nice and lovely view. The room was comfortable and house keeping was attentive daily.

I like that they have the mechanism of no key to get into your room it’s a wrist band that was convenient.

The daily wellness to sign up for was a nice treat and the instructor was great.

Plenty of places to eat in the area and the food at the resort was good.
The casino was easy to get to and my mother loved it.

Items to address: while the resort smells wonderful upon walking in and throughout the day the lobby is freezing cold.
Management staff is not as friendly as lower end staff.
There is no smoking on the property of the resort but I looked over the balcony at the pool and saw a cigarette buds all in the dirt of the plants.
The resort fee it too high and my card was charged for something after I left which was unauthorized.

Taxes and fees on every drink you order. Taxes, fees, and delivery fee for room service! The AqA restaurant on site was terrible. Lamb was so overcooked my wife sent it back.And of course, taxes and fees added to everything you eat and drink. Way overpriced in every category. Just looks like a legal way to steal your money. $20.00 daily to self park,and you guessed it, more taxes and fees added . Hotel felt relatively safe but San Juan is a sewer. One and done. Never coming back.

Casino was fun, the staff was respectful and helpful whenever we needed help. There was a lifeguard at the beach warning people about underwater currents. The room was quiet . I did not hear any loud music till after midnight coming from the nightclub like some complained about. The pools were well maintained and also fun to be in. Many things other people complained about , I couldn't see . I had fine time there except for the fact that swimming and diving is risky. Always listen to the whistle of the lifeguard!
