We had to extend for an extra night because the receptionist refused to let us check out at 11 am, we were waiting for a confirmation for our flight back home, check out policy at 10 am is not fair for customers, plus hotel should be little fixable if they ask customers to check out at 10 am which totally unacceptable.

Breakfast was expensive considering choices were limited. I stayed at the hotel behind it last year and I got much more for 10 euros only.

The cleaning crew is very friendly and has kept the room clean.

The staff was great and helped us along the way with airport transfers. The hotel is quaint and beautiful. Olga was so helpful with everything we needed and was super friendly the whole time. She suggested a lovely dinner spot close by and provided us with a walking map. The hotel was located right next to the Vatican, lots of restaurants and shops close by. I will definitely stay here next time we are in Rome!

The property was cute and quaint, and well maintained. It was located for us in great walking distance for everything we saw in Venice. It was a bit tight quarters at times, especially in the bathroom with two people trying to manage. The lack of AC was a little bit uncomfortable at times, especially when we got eaten alive by mosquitoes one night with the windows open. The daily breakfast was a lovely and a big perk!

Lovely place with a fabulous location. Cute rooftop bar, but closed down way too early. Also had a nifty bar downstairs off the lobby that was never open. Rooms were surprisingly large and we loved staying there!! In room amenities were way above average. Staff was great. Helped us setup first class transportation to the cruise ship, that actually got us to the cruise ship, not the drop off point, which was a big deal. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

The room was clean not to perfection but it is durable . The staff were really friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast here because there are so many options around the hotel. The air conditioning was not working but luckily at night it was nice and cool so we left our balcony’s door open. I have to say though… this hotel it is perfect located on front of the Vatican’s museum . Do not book a tour if you trying to get in the museum fast you can just get to the entrance at 5:30 am if you don’t have tickets yet and be the first ones in or buy your tickets 2 months ahead only From the Vaticans website since there is a lot of scam websites . Saint Peter’s basilica it is only 13 minutes walking distance and the Colosseum it’s about 23 minutes away driving distance. You would pay an uber around 28 euros or about 35 dollars to get there . If you taking a cruise it is a 1:20 hour drive and it’s best if you take an uber it’ll cost you 150 euros . My own opinion you don’t need to rent a car just take Ubers plus it is crazy the way the locals drive here a lot worse than NY drives .

N/A on breakfast and AC. Our overall experience was fine. Our main problem was very slow drains in the bathroom sink and shower. The two shower doors were missing and we had to do our best to take a shower without getting a lot of water on the floor. This was very challenging and we did the best we could. We informed the front desk receptionist within the first 24 hours of our stay of the situation, but no maintenance was ever done. We stayed three nights and got through it. It is doubtful we would ever go back to this hotel.

Directly across the street from the Vatican Museums entrance. Loved being away from the city center! Got a recommendation for a locals restaurant from our Vatican tour guide, which was easy walking distance from the hotel. (Not full of tourists).
Clean room, helpful staff. Didn’t see the rooftop bar open at all, but we did peak up there and it was pretty nice.
Good water pressure in the shower. Loved the bidet!

The Tmark hotel is conveniently located across the main entrance to the Vatican Museum. With very good lunch and dining places within a reasonable walking distance and good cab service. They also offer an inhouse restaurant with limited service since it closes after breakfast. I did not have a chance to eat there so I can not say anything about the quality of their food or service. Their staff (consierge) was friendly and service oriented. They can improve on shower space and TV programming.

The hotel was well situated opposite the entrance to the Vatican Museum, so very convenient starting point for a tour of the Vatican. The room was well presented, albeit quite basic. It was clean throughout and although a bit dated, was otherwise in reasonable condition.

My only complaint was the noise within the room from the heating/ cooling system which lacked the ability to switch off. It caused quite a racket and this caused disrupted sleep. The other noise issue was from the road outside. The hotel mentions 'soundproof' rooms on the Expedia listing, but unfortunately this was not the case. The windows did not prevent traffic noise and noise from passing pedestrian entering the room, and when emergency vehicles passed with sirens sounding, it was quite alarming especially during the night. I wouldnt recommend a room facing the street!

The location is good for visiting the Vatican. The hotel staff did not tell us before our trip or when we checked in that the hotel did not have hot water. This was very problematic during our stay, as we couldn’t take hot showers in the winter. At the time of check out, they mentioned that this is an ongoing problem. They should have been transparent about this beforehand or reduced the price so we could decide if we wanted to stay here.

Enthusiasm from staff poor, always on their phones, never engaged with us to see how our day was going.
The room was lovely appointed ok.
Tv had no English channels, no streaming and you could watch Italian porn.
The roof top bar was ok, no draft beer and zero atmosphere .. food not available after their shocking breakfast .. why batch cook fried eggs and pile them high? Hot dogs as sausages! No one was bothered at check out so why say anything at all. Just won’t stay again.

The hotel is older, but some areas in the room had not been cleaned for some time. The shower had midew all aroud the bottem. The thermostat was non functional. They gave you 1 door card at the desk... the power in your room was controlled by that card. If you went out you took the card and power was lost. Cant charge anything

I would have given it an over all 5 stars. However, I decided on a 3 because of some plumbing issues. we did not have hot water for 1 night.
Aside from that issue, the hotel is very convenient to the sights. It is just across from the Vatican wall entrance. Lots of eateries around. Hotel is clean. Hotel front desk personnel could be a little more personable. Over all we had a good stay.

This place is exactly across the street from the Vatican Museum. And since that was one of my stops, it was very easy to get there that morning. It’s very walkable to Saint Peter Square as well. And there’s lots of good dining and shops and restaurants nearby. I feel very safe. The rooms are small, but clean And the bathroom was really nice. I’d absolutely stay here again.
