We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very inviting after a long day out. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a great variety of delicious options. A special shout-out to the woman who checked us out on February 7th — she was incredibly personable and so fun to talk to, which made our departure especially pleasant. We also really appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the train station, especially since we returned from an Olympic event very late in the evening. The convenience made our trip so much easier.

I have been staying at this hotel twice now and every time I have been impressed with the cleaningness of the room, the professionalism of the staff and by the fact that the hotel is close to all amenities in the city center.

Location was in town making it easy to walk around town. Property advertises parking included but this is only if you are lucky enough to grab a spot out front (free only after 7PM) otherwise requires parking in parking garage. Can hear a lot of city noise so clubs/bars are rowdy and loud on the weekends. Breakfast was limited and nothing special.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were right on the pedestrian Street so everything was convenient. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the staff were all very helpful.

For those taking a bus from the Venice airport or going on to Lago de Braies, the bus stop is less than a 10-minute walk away

Special special thanks to Valentina us get a package mailed over a weekend. She really went anice and beyond the call.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Belluno. Great value for money. Good breakfast options. Pro tip: it is actually not that hard to find parking near the hotel -- and even right in front. We were worried we had not reserved a parking spot, but it turned out not to be a problem at all.

The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced with travelers from different countries. Truly, there is no need to look any further than Albergo delle Alpi for a lovely stay in Belluno!

Service was fantastic. The room was clean and large with a nice view. Very close to the old town. Parking can be a challenge since we did not reserve a spot in the hotel lot. The toilet seemed loose and wiggly. Complimentary breakfast was traditional average.

Great value home base for trip to the Dolomites

This hotel is a clean and comfortable home base for a trip to the Dolomites.
The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The reception is very friendly and quick to provide helpful tips. Easy parking, quick walk to the old town.
The breakfast is basic - reflecting the value pricing. The only coffee on offer at breakfast was instant made with tepid tap water. No worries - there is a great coffee bar next door to the hotel.

Great stay in Belluno

Very friendly reception staff - they couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Belluno providing easy walking access to bars and restaurants. Although as far as restaurants are concerned the hotel’s own restaurant (specialising in fish) is excellent.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Our room was nicely furnished and included a pleasant sitting area. We had a view looking over the city toward the Dolomites (our next destination.)
Belluno offers some interesting sights and is easy to explore on foot. It was a very enjoyable stay.

A bit plain, and half way between 'town' and the bus/rain station. Pleasant walk to town, several restaurants (including one at the hotel). Decent breakfast. A bit noisy room-to-room. Bizarre WiFi: no WEP/WPA code, but they you're challenged for a password... maybe. iPhone and Mac book acted differently. I eventually got it to work, but it didn't last. Gave up and hot-spotted my phone, roaming data from my [US] plan. Ick. Very helpful front desk staff (I had 'questions' about bus schedules, since the summer schedules evaporated, my language skills were completely insufficient to navigate a phone call... which the front desk did for me! Yay!) Parking was supposed to be provided, but..it was full, so I had to feed the meter on the street. (Yes, I had a rental car... and friends finishing a hike, which required bus schedule knowledge).

Awesome Alpi!

Very pleasant & comfortable stay. Staff were really friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good-typically Italian.
Great location only 5 mins walk from station(where there is a Mc Donald’s).Close to all main sitesw- lots of cafes & restaurants nearby.
Well worth a visit as the scenery is spectacular.
