Let me start by saying I visit NY frequently and have stayed at multiple places and I would absolutely stay here again. Staff from check-in to room requests were exceptional. The 27th floor terrace provides continuous free coffee drinks from lattes to espresso and both sparkling and still water. There's plenty of workspace and terrace space. The rooms are NY small, I've had bigger but these were typical size. And they will bring a fridge and microwave if you request. But the biggest most significant quality is it is QUIET, not NY quiet but QUIET. Only downside is no on-site food or other drinks. Also, if you are going to spend a lot of time in the Times Square area, we went to four shows, you will need to walk close to a mile. Not a problem for us but may be a consideration for others. Plenty of stores around.

Club Quarters and Hotel Boutique are now one and the same, and it's a great place to stay. This property is located almost across the street from one of the entrances to Grand Central Terminal, making it easy to get to by subway from outside the city and giving you access to everything NYC has to offer. There are great restaurants and stores nearby, and it's an easy walk to Central Park, the Frick, MoMA, and Times Square if you don't want to deal with the subway. The rooms are pretty spacious by New York standards, and this hotel offers a rooftop lounge and deck with places to work, free coffee and tea, and a terrace with unbeatable views. The staff is super helpful and quick about filling needs like extra blankets or even a yoga mat if you request one. I'll be back for sure!

The only problem I had was with the room. Our AC unit was very loud and leaving it on auto it kicked on and off a lot making it hard to sleep. When you turn it off the room gets stuffy quickly. The king bed was just two twin beds put together and the mattress was also uncomfortable and after awhile part of my body was starting to sink in. Between the bed and AC unit we could not get a good nights sleep.

I stay here regularly and love the convenience, cleanliness and staff. The room I had this stay was probably the worst one - no bathroom door, which was really weird especially when you’re sharing a room with friends and the AC was so old. It was loud and still too warm in the room on 65 degrees.
