Great hotel in a quiet location. 150 metres from Pancrac metro station which is 4 stops from the centre of Prague.
Clean and spacious rooms.

Room was OK, clean. However bed matress seen a better times. Too soft and out of shape. Breakfast was ok, good choice.
Terrible check-in. Came later evening, tired after a busy day.. while checking in i was asked to give my credit card authorisation as a safety measure to cover potentional minibar consumation. And if not, they wont check me in. WHAT THE HECK is that? This is just unacceptable in a 4 star hotel! Plus they charge you 595CZK (approx USD30) just for one night parking. That is just ridiculous.

Next morning during the checkout i complained to the hotel manager about my medicore check-in experience. At the beginning he played like the card hold is a normal safety measure, later he admitted that the desk clerk did not the best job and failed in communication. Later then I got my parking fee reimbursed as an excuse.
But no matter what, this kind of service is just unacceptable in this class of hotel. Stayed in many higher class hotels around the world and was never asked to pay a safety fee for a minibar consumation

An overall lovely hotel. Staff were all friendly and welcoming, greeting you with a smile at all times.

The room was a good size, a lovely comfy bed, initially pillows were fluffy and not the most supportive but the staff were happy to provide firm pillows on request.

The breakfast was a nice selection that varied day-to-day, but could become a little repetitive after a few days (a problem at any hotel though!).
All food was well cooked and of good quality

The spa was wonderful, great sized pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room and a great place to unwind with views of the city.

The hotel is showing its age a little in places, but this is mainly just little aesthetic touches like little dinks or wear.

Overall I’d happily stay again.

In general, the hotel was very nice and attractive. The food was really good and the cocktails were nice as well.
Nonetheless, there were a few things that were not nice completely. One of them is that the hotel is smoke free, outside of the hotel have signs that says so, but you also can see at least 2 or 3 different people smoking right in front of the door (I'm not exaggerating, one step away from the door, a few times I had to say, \"excuse me\" for the person to move), which for someone with asthma is not very convenient and nobody from the hotel said anything.
Another thing it was the pillows, I couldn't sleep properly all the 5 days, the size of the beds are fantastic but the pillows are horrible.
And the last thing it was how slow they were in serving food, it took a while to get served. The food was very good is the amount of time that took in arriving.
Probably all those things you don't notice them when you stay for one or two days but after that you start paying attention.

a little far from tourist spots but the room is spacious and accessible by metro and trams (closest metro station is under renovation during my stay though). Steps to a big shopping mall too.

Overall nice hotel with a full top floor of recreational facilcities (gym, swimming pool, spas, tub and steam room).

The room is clean and tidy but the facility in the room is quite old. The shower is hard to switch to , the drain stopper of the bath is leaking and the hair dryer is too old that it is super weak for drying long hair. The pillow is too soft and flat , not supportive at all.

We spent two nights at Panorama Hotel for our 25th anniversary and felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, in a quiet area (around 20 mins by cheap Uber to the Old Town), and our room was spacious with a huge comfy bed, great air con, and lovely views.

The highlight was the pool and spa on the 24th floor with stunning views over Prague. Staff were fantastic – friendly and thoughtful – and even surprised us with champagne and a note for our anniversary.

There’s also a big shopping mall just 5 minutes away with plenty of food options. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay in Prague!

The hotel is beautiful with a spacious and welcoming lobby. The interior of the room feels a bit outdated, but it is still comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the check-in experience pleasant. However, the housekeeping service could be improved — my coffee cup still had stains from the previous use, and the bath mat was not replaced. Overall, it was a good stay with room for some improvement in cleaning services.

The hotel is great value, excellent service, staff and a nice bar and swimming pool. It’s a bit dated but was clean and the staff make up for that, being so friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a business / conference/ shopping area. 10/15 min uber in to Prague old town was reasonable.

We really enjoyed out stay at the hotel. Libor who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and used the 20% off voucher we were given during check in. The staff at the restaurant were equally as friendly. The free bread and condiments were a nice extra.
Our rooms were upgraded to the executive rooms. The views were great and the bed was very comfortable. Good selection of teas and coffees were provided and the complementary bottles of water was a nice addition.
The two only negative points was in the bathrooms. The bathroom taps in both rooms were very stiff and hard to open and turn off. Also the shower head in my bathroom wasn’t the best, still worked but the water dribbled out. The shower in my friends room worked well so we had one good working shower.
Overall, our stay was very good and we are happy to return

Very unique stunning vibes !

It’s an absolutely stunning hotel that has conserved its vintage signature from the 80s.
Each detail in the room and the lobby is unique and well maintained.
I really recommend it as it brings a new kind of experience compared to modern lame hotels.
I will definitely be back.

A really good hotel with one irritating flaw.

The staff were excellent, especially reception staff at check-in, and at the spa. The facilities and fittings and fixtures all seemed well maintained and very pleasant.

The only let down was the utterly useless pillows. Pillows are supposed to raise your head and give you some meaningful support. Despite being pretty big, these ones just deflated under the weight of a pretty normal head, providing no support at all. The rest of the bedding was really good quality, and even the towels were fine. But the pillows were truly awful and did not help me sleep well.

We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low.
Breakfast was great, tons of options.
We used the gym
and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment.

My stay at this hotel was generally good although the rooms had a very foul sewer kind of smell. I bought air fresheners and that would only work for a matter of hours. This was not just the case in my room but my family members room too. On the positive, the staff were lovely and the bar had a great selection of drinks.

The hotel facility is old, dirty and no maintenance in the rooms.. bathroom so dirty with dirty bathroom curtains and the toilets got choked even from peeing whiles we are occupied in the room, room service comes to attempt to drain the toilets. Request to change room failed so we eventually decided to check out. My wife and I will never recommend this property for anyone who wants to have a good sleep during their holidays in Prague. Their restaurants look well decorated but with nothing special and pricey for the food. Waiters and managers are rude and it’s as if they are expecting a certain class of people to dine there where as whatever had there, was paid for.

Nice hotel relatively near centre but only by using Metro, if you are lucky enough to have high floor room views are amazing...reception very slow but polite but waiting for check-in around 20 minutes-vouchers for welcome drinks as compensations were nice and bar/restaurant ladies amazing-Hotel advertises spa and swimming pool but neither hotel or hotels.com stated anywhere that there is an extra charge for it- big disappointment as we would have booked more central hotel without a pool knowing we won't be allowed there anyway....

Always a winner with me.

Great location near metro Pankrac. Also easy access by night buses, if that is your choice. Shopping Mall with food court steps away. Breakfast buffet fantastic. Top floor pool, hot-tub and spa is available. It is a superior facility. Hotel staff great. And as this hotel s 4 metro stops from the Centrum, the rates are very affordable. I highly recommend Panorama.

Nice hotel, clean and smart. Staff are horrible and i mean horrible. I have been to Prague around 30 times and have never experienced this sort of behaviour.
We booked this hotel for the pool as my son loves swimming and although we had the right room to use the facilities we had to pay extra as we booked through an agent. Have you ever heard so much rubbish. There was no movememt anyway from any of the staff and they were downright rude.
Id rather sleep on a bench than book here again. Its a complete rip off and they will charge you for water from the taps next.
Disgusting. Dont bother.

Our stay was very welcoming and easy to get into the centre of Prague. We did find the facilities dated and does need to be more modern. The bathroom had a broken tap and hairdryer and the pool was dated. It was good for the price and the beds were comfortable. Aircon at night wasn’t great but overal good location and cheap stay.

I stay here regularly on my trips to Prague, where it suits me to be based in this district. I absolutely love the decor - it really screams 70s/80s high-class Czech. It's a testament to how well they maintain and clean this hotel that they seem to be still using a lot of the furnishings from decades ago (I mean the taps in the bathrooms must be decades old!)

Food is good, staff are friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend.
