Check in was good with a welcome drink from a very friendly Gonzalo. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. The hotel has a lot of steps and the rooms are located outside the main building so we had to drag our luggage through the theatre, up and down steps to reach our room- it felt poorly designed with little thought to guests comfort. Thankfully we only had small cases. Our \"Superior Deluxe\" room was very cold, the heating wasn't working, when reported it was \"fixed\"- however the temperature never got hot enough and the room felt damp. The towel rail fell off the wall when removing a towel, it was reported and fixed. The shower temperature kept fluctuating from cold to warm to boiling but we had given up reporting and waiting in the room for things to be fixed as we were only there for 2 nights. The buffet breakfast had cold bacon 1st day and cold scrambled eggs the 2nd, the orange juice was watery. It was cold weather and the waitress kept exiting the restaurant via the fire doors and leaving them open letting in a cold draught. Overall a disappointing stay.

A bit dissapointing. I specifically asked for a room with the spectacular view and we got a partial view and the golf course. The beds were too hard for us and so we didnt sleep properly for 2 nights. It wasnt made clear on the booking that we had to pay an extra 25Euros each to go into the pool. The balcony had not been cleaned so we couldnt use the sun beds as there was bird poo on them.

This is a very well-run hotel, with friendly and professional staff. Our only observation is that the food at dinner was lukewarm and there was a lack of vegetables. The breakfast was plentiful but no boiling water ( for tea ) - only hot water. We would return!

La verdad es que el hotel nos gustó mucho. El único motivo por el cual no le doy la máxima puntuación es porque el acceso al spa, que es una de las principales atracciones del hotel, no está incluido en la reserva. Si deseas utilizarlo, debes pagarlo por separado, lo cual no se menciona en Expedia. Fuera de eso, el hotel es excelente y el personal es muy atento.

Enjoyed our weeks stay

Top class hotel, suite was large, private balcony, and expected room facilities. Took half board as food reviews were good. The food was very good and plentiful with varied, themed menus each night. Gym was reasonably equipped and pool inviting. Staff all very helpful, will rebook in future

Wonderful place to relax

We loved this hotel, the room was beautiful and the extra beds for our children were proper beds, comfortable and fit for an adult. The Check in experience was excellent and our kids loved the fact we were taken to our room in a golf buggy! There was lots of friendly cleaning staff moving about in buggies so the hotel and grounds were very well tended to. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and hope to be back soon!

Comfortable remote stay - worth the effort

This is a fine, if remote, establishment. Stayed here while passing the area, not to play golf. All very comfortable as I would expect in a 5* establishment. Room had everything & had a large bathroom. Breakfast was good. The room we stayed in was outside the main hotel and had a lot of steps to get to, no lift was available at this location. Parking is very convenient, indoors & easily accessible, Got a good last minute price from the Hotels.com app also.

Lovely resort!

A great place, sadly very few staff speak English so make sure you brush up on your Spanish before arriving! Low season is July (weirdly) so place feels very empty which might be perfect for some! Thanks for a lovely few days.

Large hotel with spacious rooms. Very formal and professional staff. Not new but not too dated either.

The service level doesn’t seem to keep up with the size of the hotel. Annoying too have too wait half an hour for a cup of coffee in the morning, or stand in line for anything at all. No place left in the spa.

Somebody had cleaned the windshield of our car during the night, nice gesture.

Demasiadas escaleras y habitaciones fuera del edificio (tipo motel). Si las condiciones climatológicas son adversas, problema. El bufete de la cena no es bueno, el del desayuno mejor, sería exquisito si la bollería estuviera tierna.

Was für ein schönes und vor allem ruhiges Fleckchen! Eine ältere Anlage, aber alles super gepflegt und in Schuss. Es war etwas schade, dass der Golfplatz wegen Pflege für uns kaum nutzbar war (und wir dies vorher nicht wussten). Das Buffet morgens & abends ist nicht riesig, war für uns aber abwechslungsreich genug und vor allem frisch! In der näheren Umgebung ist nicht viel zu entdecken, mit einem Radius von einer guten Stunde Autofahrt bieten sich viele der bekannten Hotspots in Andalusien. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort

Ci siamo trovati molto bene presso l'hotel Fairplay. Check in / out veloce e personale molto disponibile e cortese. La pulizia di tutta la struttura è impeccabile. Se ci fosse una piscina interna fruibile senza limitazioni di tempo, sarebbe perfetto (con il trattamento standard è possibile solo la permanenza di 90 minuti). Il panorama dalla collina e sui campi da golf, in perfetto stato, è stato apprezzzato. Anche la colazione a buffet era ricca e variata. Assolutamente consigliato!

Foi incrível. Estou habituado a estar em muitos hotéis de 5 estrelas, mas este... Surpreendeu. Serviço incrível, cuidadoso e sempre prestáveis.
Todo o hotel muito bem cuidado, os funcionários sempre atentos,...
Não tenho nada de mal a dizer. Foram excelentes. Ah... E o pequeno almoço foi brutal!! Parabéns a toda a equipa!

Perder una hora de tu tiempo

A las 17,30 del 11/8 estábamos en la recepción.
A las 18,33 terminan de hacernos el check in (63 minutos) más luego esperar que otro empleado nos llevará al apartamento ( un segundo piso sin ascensor)
La razón de tardar 63 minutos es porque sólo están un conserje y un recepcionista para atender las llegadas. Lo sienten mucho pero esa es la realidad.
Nunca en 62 años que tengo me han tenido 63 minutos para hacerme el check in. Es intolerable.

Un hotel muy acogedor a tan solo 1,30h de Sevilla.
Quizás le faltan todavía servicios de 5* en las habitaciones.
