Our first stay in PR was a special one thanks to the awesome hospitality and support from the staff at San Jorge. The cost was affordable and the accommodation was excellent. They addressed everything and even helped navigate our trip 👍’ not to mention the complimentary drinks at the restaurant right next door. Convenient location close to everything and everything we needed was there. This is definitely where we’re when we come to the island 🏝️!!!! 10 out 10!!!!!!

There were bed bugs and Cockroaches in the rooms, we had to switch rooms and while the staff was polite and tried to move us to another room, there were cockroaches in that room too

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly. I found it amusingly entertaining that the Front Desk had a computer virtual associate. they offered coffee in the morning and a little kitchen area with a fridge microwave utensils vending machine. The hotel room had little bars of soap and shampoo. i really appreciated that. they have an elevator which was very convenient. They have an open patio which I stayed up late playing and talking with my hotel guests. parking on the street was convenient, safe, easy to park and walk into the hotel. Parking was not hard here at all. No parking lot, it's street parking but very useful. I like that they don't use keys or key cards it's digital access codes, and feels very secure. laundry is $15 cash for them to wash and dry for you and my clothes came out smelling so good and not damaged. I had a very overall pleasant stay super satisfied for the price.

We would never stay here again, there was cockroaches in our room. I wanted a refund but they wouldn't give me one, did give me a better room. The first room had toilet paper stuffed in the bottom of the window to try to block a gap. There was a cracked bulge below the window in the wall. The new room had a hole in the ceiling panel. The inside of the elevator had something spilled down the length of the door. The virtual greeter system was weird, there was a person right there to help us...we needed washclothes and hand towels no instructions on how to call on the phone to the front desk, tried dialing 0, got the virtual greeter who couldn't keep us so had to go to the front desk to ask. No shelf in the shower.. The street parking sucked, not enough room. Dixie size cups for the tea and the coffee. Rooms small, overpriced rooms.Only good parts of the stay were the tea offered, locks on doors, lobby and outside area.

The air condition was effective. The staff made delicious coffee. They had a beautiful patio and elevator. The whole property was decorated beautifully. We’re very accommodating friendly.

Extra helpful like when a bit above and beyond, walked me down to my car helped me with my issue made me feel very at home

I really didn't mind this hotel. My family and I stopped at Hotel San Jorge for a few hours. We had to wait a bit until our room was ready as we arrived before the check in time. However, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the location was very close to the airport, Pueblo supermarket and the cruise port. I would stay at Hotel San Jorge in the future. Thanks

The floors inside the room and in the hallways are mopped, but it seems like it’s been quite a long time since anyone used soap. All the floors are slightly sticky.

The vending machine machine is useless. Either keep it in good repair or get rid of it. Give your guests a bottle of water.

Hotel is very dated - the check in process is very strange with a remote check in but live people also working the desk at the same time. Not even free tap water in the lobby. Towels are incredibly thin. Only one outlet in the room. Staff were nice overall.

This hotel does not have a human checking you when everything is down virtually on the computer and when my husband got there, he and another guest could not get into their rooms the virtual check-in was down was not working. They got in after 11 PM due to flight delays and there was no one there to assist them. They slept in the lobby until 8 AM at that time. Staff came in and gave them the keys to their room so they were in their room for just three hours. I’m not writing my review for the other client they can do their own. I am speaking strictly what my husband experience and I will be contacting Travelocity for a full refund because this was unacceptable. Who wants to sleep in the lobby after the traveling all day.

Nice staff who are very accommodating. Rooms are small yet cozy for one or two people. You’ll get a hot shower and a bed to sleep in. It’s located on a busy street with lots of traffic so the noise is high even at night. If you like bars, there’s a bar right next door that has a great menu of food and drinks. Affordable rates and good overall place to stay.

Worst experience. Rooms were iffy on cleanliness. To check in you don’t have a real person but someone virtual it was so unprofessional and not efficient with guest care. Got a call at 9:30 to our room saying we didn’t pay and we did. That was a nightmare as they didn’t have their records straight so had to get my receipt from Expedia and even showing it was paid wanted to argue it wasn’t. Finally they got it figured out. Would not recommend this at all Going to try to get our money back on this

No hot water. Egress window opened into a wall. No wall cloths. Awful, lumpy bed. Cockroaches. It's really indescribable. We needed a safe, clean, comfortable place to rest and clean up during a stressful travel delay, and we ended up in what felt like a third world sit com. I'm very disappointed that Expedia allows places like this for booking.

The staff was lovely. We are freaked out, sore, dirty and exhausted. I never want to book through Expedia again after this experience.

Very small rooms, water made a high pitch squealing noise even when water was not on! No wifi. TV had a muffled tone as if the speakers were shot and no decent channels. Bed blankets were tiny and all in all it felt old and dirty.

Whilr the staff are super nice and accommodating, the rooms are not well designed and poor in presentation.
Water pressure was extremely low and washing hands is impossible due to short nozzle of the water on the sink.
The rosty shower heads and limited cleaning amenities such as soap.
