The vanity joinery was swelling and paint peeling and the tiles had fallen off the skirting in areas. The bathroom had hair on the floor and lots of dead bugs stuck all over the ceiling. Whilst the units were in a quiet garden setting, the unit we stayed in was not good. We had 3 adults sleeping in one room, including a shabby, tiny kitchenette. To watch TV we had to sit on the beds. After sleeping the night the walls, etc were covered in condensation - no fan or heatpump to use. The bathroom had a wetfloor shower which caused the whole room to be drenched in water everywhere. There were no towel rails, no fan or ventilation apart from a tiny window. No shelves or working area. It wasn't nice. Overall we were totally disappointed in our stay. The only plus was it was clean.

Have been before - look it isn't 5 star but it was decent and great location-wise. Wow, did it go down in quality - so much so I will never go back. Walked into room - the smell was horrible, a damp smell near bathroom (maybe due to lack of any barrier from open shower to the carpet in hallway), and a strong smell of urine. Found it from a pillow on the bed which seeped through layers of bedding, as well as in the living room near couch. It was so noticeable there is no way someone cleaning would not have realized. Also, must be a wasp nest close cause wasp after wasp flew in. Wifi weak but manageable, overall state very 'sticky' - tables, kitchen - just overall grubby. Staff came to give another blanket when asked but also had to ask for more towels as they gave 4 when there was 5 of us. Was really happy to leave, which is an unfortunate thing to say about a short holiday at a place which was much better only a few years ago.

It was value for money. Nothing special, it almost seemed like going back 20 years in time with the old Feltonmix shower rose with green corrosion lumps, and a shower curtain. Liquid soap for the vanity and the shower. The couch was uncomfortable and looked like it might fall apart. I remember when 30\" was a big TV. That was in 1992. Having said that, it was fairly quiet, staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. If you are on a tight budget, this is fair value for money.

Sadly due to very antisocial neighbours, leaving two dogs unattended in the room barking for several hours until late in the evening this has put me off future stays although this is not the propertys fault. It's a shame though but we did enjoy Snell's Beach and surrounding area
