It's a condo (Koreans call sharing units as condo) rather than a hotel. Youngsters come a lot and very noisy at night. If you will have a party at night, you will love this place but if you are visiting with your family and want a rest, find out another one.

Run down but clean

The hotel is run down, but the rooms were very clean. We had a cooktop and small refrigerator, but no microwave. There were 3 microwaves in the lobby that could be used. The overall value wasn’t worth the high rates we paid. The sand beach was nice — I just wish there was less garbage on the beach.

객실 안은 방바닥에 모래가 완벽히 제거되지 않아 거슬림
바다가 가까운 것이 장점이긴 하나 이 방 예약하고 아이들하고 집사람한테 엄청 갈굼당했음 ㅠ 다시 방문하고 싶지 않음

This is an rundown dirty musty cheap beach hotel. That said, you are paying for quick beach access and an ocean view, just like all the other 3 star resorts on the east coast of Korea. The BBQ was great, but the town is dead and pretty far from the main attraction of Sareak National Park. I just think at $168 a night it is overpriced for a hotel of this quality and inconvenience.

Best ocean view hotel

Because it was off-season, not many rooms were available. However the ocean side room was perfect to watch sun rising. The sandy beach in front of the hotel must be recognized and appreciated. one separate bed room with queen size bed was good. More people could sleep on the floor with provided folding mattress and blankets. The balcony from the room to see the ocean was the perfect additional benefit to have. The hall way to the room was a little dark and was not covered by carpet. However, to me that was fine and understandable because it was for easy cleaning of the floor full of sand carried by the people from the sandy beach. The compliment breakfast was more than expected. I appreciate the many choices. Because the hotel is hotel-condo, so they don't clean the room everyday. You can use the cooking utilities in the room to cook. If you are Korean and at least Asian, you can find how to use the rice cooker. The location was a little far from cities. I don't know how busy it will be during the season. Within 500 m, there is a small harbor and sea food restaurants. Within 100 m, there are two convenient store and a Korean food restaurant with excellent taste Korean soups.

5월초에 6인실을 썼는데 모기가 너무 많아서 밤새 모기 잡느라 잠을 설치고 아이들은 일주일 내내 가렵다고 힘들어 했어요.

현관문과 창문을 잘 닫고 잤는데도 리모델링할 때 샷시는 안한 건지 문틈에 이격이 있어서 손을 대보면 참바람이 숭숭 들어오더라구요. 새벽 3~5시에 잡은 모기만 17마리이고 3세, 5세 두 아이들 각각 팔다리에 20방 이상 물려서 난리였어요.

그밖에도 카드키 1개만 받아서 누가 나갈 때 문을 열어줬어야 했는데, 직원분께 1개 더 달라고 했더니 손님들이 다 잃어버려서 여유분이 없다고 하셔서 좀 황당했구요. 중앙난방시스템이라 저녁에 방이 추웠는데 밤9시에 난방 틀어준다고 기다리라는 것도 불편했어요.

좋았던 점은 해변 바로 앞이라는 위치와 오션뷰입니다.

주말과 시즌때는 싸지는 않지만 해변을 품고있는 숙소에 이만한 곳은 찾기 힘들것입니다. 평일에는 가성비 숙소로 적극 추천합니다.
하지만 혼자숙박한다면 겨울 저녁에는 좀 심심할 수도 있습니다. 가족여행객들에게 추천합니다.

전체 외관은 처음 볼 때 약간 노후화되었나 그러다가도 객실은 리모델링해서 깔끔하고 직원분도 친절하셔서 룸 업그레이드 받았어요.

이 리조트의 가장 큰 장점은 리조트내 시설등이 매우 합리적이라는 점이예요. 특히 야외 바베큐 이용해보시거나 회 한번 주문해서 드셔 보시면 좋을 거 같습니다.

가성비, 그리고 바로 앞 바다등 여러 면에서 좋은 인상을 받았습니다.

오션투유 리조트는 바다 가까워서 위치적으로 가장 만족스러웠어요. 객실에서도 바로 해변 접근이 가능해 휴식하기 좋은 환경이었습니다. 객실 컨디션은 기본적으로 깔끔했고, 침구도 정돈이 잘 되어 있어 편하게 지냈습니다.

객실 : 전체적으로 노후한 편, 벽지가 들뜨거나 늘어진것도 있고 화장실 벽면모서리나 싱크대 벽 모서리에 부분적으로 물때 껴있음. 약간 시골집에서 나는 냄새가 나는 편.
직원 : 친절한편입니다. 대부분의 직원이 다 친절한데 편의점 직원들만 예외. 군고구마를 예약하라느니, 바로 살 수 있다고해서 뜨거운걸 들고 갔더니 착각했다며 다시 갖다놓으라고..
조식 : 종류는 다양한 편인데 맛은 중간 이하로 보여집니다.
위치 : 최고입니다. 사실 위치때문에 별 3개나마 받은겁니다. 해변에서 가깝고 해변도 북적대지않는, 한적한 해변이라 깨끗하고 산책하기 좋았습니다.
전체적으로 호텔직원과 위치만 별 5개 감이고 시설(객실 주차장 등)과 편의점 등 일부 편의시설 직원, 조식 문제들은 별 1-2개 수준
